The pizza is really undercooked not cut properly and is sloppy it’s like the cheese has been melted with a hair dryer, really disappointing as food from there is usually good

Absolutely disrespectful service . I ordered off just eat after not receiving my order I called the restaurant only to be met with the most abusive call handler he actually called me a liar I definitely will not be ordering from here again couldn’t even tell you what the food is like but the staff are disgusting

Dont bother getting the parmo. Its not a parmo its just a small piece of soggy chicken with tomato based sauce and a very little topping. No bechamel sauce and barely no cheese. Paid nearly £20 for two of them. Wont go back and wouldn’t recommend

Ordered on Just Eat and they had listed items that they didn't sell, they only offered alternative items and had already sent them without checking it was OK. We then found roots on our chips and bone and cartilage on our chicken pizza (the chicken is grey), avoid this place at all costs.

Ordered a prossiutto pizza and was given a ham and mushroom pizza,the toppings just fell off with the cheese and it was burnt! Also I bought some mozzarella dippers which cost £4 and received only 3 of them, the food was horrible and I would never eat anything from there again! I'd rate zero stars if I could.

Can’t comment on service or atmosphere as we ordered on just eat Feel like it has come from a different takeaway, nothing like the order we did last Saturday Chilli sauce was darker with no taste of chilli and the topping of the chilli burger was more a bolognaise topping with no chilies the chips tasted like they were cooked in old oil, special salad not well presented as saparitos would look, questioning a lot on our delivery this evening. Disappointed

Overall best takeaway it Ossett, decent delivery times. Staff are really friendly too if you're collecting. Would recommend the Donner meat Fattaya.

Been ordering Burger Box over a period of 6 months, with option on just eat "any deluxe burger". To be sent tonight a plain cheese burger. I rang the shop to explain they'd sent the wrong one, to be shouted at down the phone, stating they are only plain burgers in the box meal. Back to DeNiros!

Used to be really nice but tonight it was awful, waste of money.. 4 cheese pizza, thinnest topping of red cheese couldn't see or taste any others.. just reminded of the cheep frozen pizza from Iceland infact they have more cheese on.. ordered a portion of chips but only received half portion.. Really gone down hill weren't b ordering again

Really not great, burger was really average considering how it was described. Cheap, frozen patties, heaps of raw onion (thought they would be cooked), bland ranch sauce. Ordered cheese jalapeños which I love but was sent mozzarella stick which I hate so they went to waste. Chips were fine but definitely wouldn't order again.

This place used to be the best in town. Unfortunately it's gone down hill. Kebab no longer moist and tasty but dry and bland, chilli sauce is watered down with no taste and a large size seems to be the size of a small. Garlic mushrooms dripping in grease and tasteless. Yuk. All delivered cold. Will not be ordering from here again 👎

Toppings sliding off the pizza may as well of thrown it at a knife to cut it shocking normally good from here

Poor! Placed an order for an elderly gentleman with Down syndrome. Email sent for confirmation of order. We waited three hours. Attempted to call them, no answer. The Service user was upset and distraught at being disappointed!

Bolognese pizza...perfect along with a beautiful portion of chips. A meal for 2 for under a tenner....Great food.

Saporitos is an excellent takeaway. The staff are always welcoming especially Sam whose smile lights up the shop! Prices are reasonable & service is quick & efficient!

Awful! Said it would be 50 minutes was at least 90. Was cold and congealed when it finally arrived , never again.

Sorry but worst food ever, everything is covered in cheese, more cheese than Mickley mouse's house, not good at all. £11 for lasagne, chips n mushrooms, no thanks, rip off, won't be buying from here again.

We've ordered from here a couple of times now and always order the chicken as it is really moist and tasty compared to other takeaways. Would recommend trying hear definitely for the chicken!

Food arrived 2 hours after ordering. No cans of pop that were ordered, no dips that were ordered, food was barely warm. Whilst eating the burger thought we had covid due to having no taste. Terrible, won't be ordering from here again

Shocking .. used this place for 15 years and in just one week they’ve ruined it all .. Ordered a pizza and 2 portion of chips ,, got delivered an hour later without any chips because they hadn’t put them on the order ... chips turned up 15 minutes after the pizza .. The following week I have them the benefit of the doubt and ordered again ... 2 pizzas, 2 chips and a bottle of coke .. the chips and pizzas arrived 65 minutes later and the driver said the coke is behind me in another car .. the coke turned up 15 minutes after the pizzas ... the chips were raw and soggy too ... I will never use this place again ask long as I live .. No stars

Eldest loves this place n youngest loves ray the guy that runs it. Very busy place but friendly staff n helpful when you ask which is going to be healthier. Takeaway treat night lol. Food is lovely n good quality

Absolutely disgusting food! Took 1 hour 10 minutes to arrive, chips dry and luke warm, onion rings tiny and oily, pizzas tasteless, burger dry and spag bol pasta so soggy it crumbled putting it on your fork!!! My can of pop was missing as part of my "meal deal". I can honestly say this is the worst takeaway ive ever had and it never uses to be like this some months ago!

There were girls shouting in the bckground whilst talking on the phone, worse part is the pizza. Was cold and the cheese was like rubber, really greasy and cheap cheese. Do not recommend

the takeaway took a total of 2 hours to arrive and it is not that far from my house, and did not arrive until half an hour AFTER the takeaway was shut! Our meal was freezing cold and was ashambles anyway, and the man told us he had been looking for our house for ages but why didnt he ring us or give up? I would rather had nothing than that piece of shite! Would not rate it and would never go agaibn.
