Pizza Paradise in Wakefield

We received an telephone order normally the pizza is full of cheese and very stretchy but tonite it was a let down my son said chicken nuggets wasn’t very good either. We are disappointed normally I’d very nice n eat it all we haven’t ordered in a while either ☹️

Absolutely disgraceful no delivery they tried telling me I’d put collection and I didn’t I asked for a refund and they said straight NO! I’ve reported them on food hub same as I’m here next thing citizens advice

Swore I wouldn’t order here again over a year ago as burnt black bottom on calzone and miss things off order and never deliver if you complain. Chicken in the kebab was overlooked and dry it reminded me to note on menu DO NOT USE, Crap Food

Great food however, delivery was late so I phoned to ask roughly how long it would be to which they responded "driver is just setting off" OK... but I had to phone again after another 40 mins to find out what was happening with my order, it finally arrived 10mins after this phone call... Great food poor delivery times

Nuggets burnt , no sauce on anything I asked for , no drinks arrived even after ringing them , onion on wrap I said not to put on , had to ring to ask where order was and they couldn’t find it eventually turned up after 1 hour 50 min

Asked for free garlic bread for order over 14.50 and didn’t send or send Chili sauce with the calzone, asked delivery driver about it and he said he’d check but never came back

Every time I order it tells me a set time that my food will be delivered and that’s usually an hour after but it never comes on time, it always comes 20 minutes late, if not gonna be there on time don’t put that time, other than that foods good

Very good kebab and chips and cooked really well

Food came 2 hours late, delivery driver told my girlfriend to hurry up and take the food when she answered the door, very unprofessional and would recommend everyone avoid this place.

Appearance was awful. The pizza wasn’t the best we have had. The delivery box looked the best part of it. Won’t be ordering again sorry.

Way too much garlic butter put onto the calzone, was completely soaked. Couldn’t eat it.

Didn’t put coleslaw in order but other than that all ok

My partner ordered a margarita pizza and was sent pepperoni, he can't eat meat it makes him physically poorly. This was a mess up on the 'restaurants" behalf not the driver.

Food was tasty but we ordered to be delivered at 21.20 it arrived at 19.50. what is the point in selecting a time for it to be ignored.

Chicken tasted like cardboard won’t get that again

I ordered a kids meal & it was supposed to have a drink with it, I called the restaurant & told them they said they would send it but nothing ever came so my daughter got a burger only nothing else. Also the chicken kebab was spiced not just grilled chicken so it got wasted as it doesn't state its spicy. Not be ordering again!

Items sent wrong, additional notes ignored so 2 items sent wrong, 1 being the pizza which turned up and wasn't how we requestesd so majority was thrown away as we didn't like it. Previous order items were missing too.

Chicken and lamb krabab,, chilli sauce is on fire 🔥 can't feel my mouth... Wow wow wow.

Ordered food to arrive at 8:50pm - called at 9:00pm to ask where it was to be told it’s on the way but only part of our order as they forgot our pizza. 9:10pm the first part of our order arrived. Our pizza took another 25 minutes after to arrive even though we was told it would only be 3-4 minutes apart.

The worst takeaway around! The food took almost two hours to be delivered and we only live half a mile away, all the restaurant said when we called was 2 minutes 2 minutes. Then when it finally arrived the meat tasted off so ended up throwing in the bin. Will never order again.

I got a Bacon Burger, it had HALF a slice of bacon on, the food was COLD! I paid nearly £5 for that and was disappointed! Won’t be ordering for there again..

Over 2 hours since we ordered and we're still sat waiting for it to be delivered. What a joke.

Normally more than happy with here but Totally disappointed with the state of the food this time. After being told one of my items wasn't available my delivery turned up looking like it had been sat on to keep it warm! Burger, squashed completely flat and everything else so overcooked and burned!

Kebab was huge and garlic bread with cheese and mushrooms was loaded with the toppings. Given a 3 on restaurant service as I ordered online so don’t know.

Really nice kebab and was delicious, only thing I asked for loads of chili on kebab and some on the portion of chips. It wasnt on the chips and there was very little on the kebab. Other than that it tasted nice. Thanks

Food was cold and came over 2 hours late!

Took a little long but it was a Friday so can be forgiven. Chicken strips were sooo good. Garlic mayo was great as per usual. The pizza was good but I’m not a fan of the stuff crusts, the normal crusts are much better. Overall a solid takeaway order!

PIzzas were nice some of the chips were like rocks and the kebab meat was cold like it had come out of the fridge

Didn’t get chips I paid for, delivery driver showed receipt which didn’t have chips on yet my order on just eat shows that I paid for them?? Don’t no what’s going on?

Good was mediocre, ordered 4 cheese... But seems they only had 2 and delivery driver thought it was OK to put his bag on our car bonnet whilst waiting for us to answer the door and the pizza topping was smushed all over the box!

My food was 45 mins late which ment that half of my food and got wasted because it was freezing cold. Will not be ordering again

Always satisfied with Pizza Paradise food.

Pizza took 1 hour and 40 minutes to come and when it eventually come was flat cold, the chips were cold and soggy. Also asked for a bottle of water and received a can of sprite, wouldn’t order from here if was dying from starvation.

We ordered a calzone which was too overloaded with pepperoni and ended up too salty. Grease also ran out of it the second we cut in and covered an entire dinner plate. It didn't taste good at all. We also ordered onion rings and jalapeños stuffed with cream cheese, which were both actually very nice, especially the jalapeños

Pizza base was soggy, swimming in grease. Chips cold and barely cooked. Disgusting and more to the point a massive waste of money. If you want a nice take away avoid this place!
