Ordered a deep pan pizza and received a thin pizza

Easy to make phone order food delivered on time and hot . reasonable price and no issues.

Fantastic pizza. Nice bbq chicken thin base crispy and delicious! Was recommended place and definitely will order again in future!! Chips where delicious too with the chips spice on them! Delivery service Fantastic and super quick!

First time I have used pizza pan,it won't be the last, fantastic pizza's,I had a 14"hotshot and 14"chilli chicken,both were superb and the triple deluxe burger was supreme.The service was brilliant,very polite and cheerful.I will be back.

Food never turned up, really disappointed

We were told delivery would take up to an hour and a half. We waited an hour and a half, the food hadn't arrived, rang the restaurant to be told driver's just left the shop. Rang again half an hour later, told the same thing and the man hung up. Rang back up up get more answers and was told just to cancel the order. The food arrived an half and hour after we were told to cancel, we sent the food away. 2.5 hours after we ordered as we'd arraned an alternative. Will never use them again

Food was lovely will definitely be ordering again, very quick with delivery.

In fairness it would have been on time if my phone number had been updated on the system, the driver had gone to the wrong address so had to make a second attempt at delivery so by the time we got our food the pizzas were like frisby's. Waste of money this time.

Order was wrong, lettuce in the burger had insects on it, despite me ordering no salad in my burger. Won’t be ordering from here again.

50 mins late but no option for that. They gave us 16.50 for delivery, then changed it to 17.15, then it arrived at 17.40. Had a hungry child waiting for food - if I'd known our "treat" was going to take that long, I'd have just cooked it myself or gone elsewhere. Definitely will go elsewhere in future. Not happy at all. "Bacon" burger was also just bacon pieces - not advertised as such, and the chicken nuggets were hard. Gone downhill from what it used to be.

Pizza was nice but didn’t get what we ordered.

First delivery attempt was 40 mins early than time booked didnt accept as guest werent second delivery was 25 mins later than time ordered. Food looked and tasted reheated.

This isn't my first time ordering from Pizza Pan, and once again they have delivered an absolutely perfectly crispy, thin base tasting pizza. They're definitely my go to for pizza in Harrogate and their delivery drivers are probably some of the most polite I've encountered. I'd highly recommend these for their pizza's, but do remember that it is cash only if you are collecting your pizza from the store!

So polite and very well mannered, the pizza itself was to die for. If you want a pizza definitely go for the deep pan. It was honestly amazing.

Ordered from here quite a few times and always been good quality hot food. This meal was mediocre at best. Half the chips were crispy scraps and the deep pan pizzas were anything but deep. Definitely not up to previous standards.

I can’t find where to let you know that our Pepsi Max bottle was missing from our order last night. I noticed quickly but the driver had gone. We’ve had one with previous orders but it was missing last night. Also on our order before we should have had something free but didn’t?

The chips came with the box broken and all the chips fell out and the chips where terrible quality

Never a bad experience from here. This order they missed a burger patty off my order, I called and they sent another burger over within 20 minutes. Great customer service always.

Best pizza takeaway we’ve had in a long time and very reasonable. We will definitely be ordering again.

Rude, not great food, refused delivery, lazy. Definitely inferior soggy pizza.

Pizzas were tiny, and as thin as a wrap. lacking toppings. Minimal cheese on both pizzas despite paying for extra on one and were cold on arrival. Burgers were ok, extra cheese paid on the chips that came with the burgers was underneath them, not on top and covered the whole of 6 chips! Delivery was quick though

Nice and hot. My husband enjoyed his house special pizza because it had plenty of toppings. It came before the due time and so no waiting around. Delivery driver was pleasant and had a nice smile!He even said “enjoy”we did!

I was absolutely shocked and disgusted with their service today. They were over an hour late because apparently the driver couldn’t find our address and after receiving an email about it from just eat we have rang the restaurant where the guy that answered had an awful tone of voice basically saying it’s our fault for not answering the door and raising his voice at me! I said there’s no chance someone has been at our address because I’ve had my window opened next to door and no one called or knocked I also have a dog and she didn’t bark. After sending the driver back he took another 20 minutes to find us and finally called our number this time. The food wasn’t best quality, pizza was cold and gummy. Will never be ordering again! Please avoid.

i ordered a deep pan cheese and ham pizza and a thin pan pizza with kebab, chicken, mushrooms and onions came instead? hoping i can get a refund.

Brilliant Pizza, but I'll never order from Just Eat again. Always check your local restaurants as many have their own website or app and you'll find the prices much cheaper and the delivery drivers are usually paid better!

100% would recommend. Best pizza I've had in 5 years! (edit) 2 days in a row I've been unable to order due to them closing earlier than advertised. Unfortunately for this reason, I cannot recommend this takeaway due to inconsistentcy After 5 years of living in Knaresborough, I can confidently say this was hands down the best pizza I've had since moving here. Everywhere seems to cut corners on the quality of their ingredients. Pizza pan however have not only managed to deliver on time despite being quite far from me, but deliver hot, fresh pizza with lovely crispy crusts and well spread toppings. This is a first in 5 years of moving here and hope to have the same experience in the future.

Food and service was faultless as always just brilliant ! Go to pizza takeaway! But they didn’t bring the drink we ordered but only noticed when it was too late.

Food arrived on time and the driver was polite. The food itself wasn't very good however. The chicken burger was ok, but the chips were cold and tasteless. Onion rings were soggy and bitter and the pizza wasn't sliced, but it tasted ok. The nicest thing was the cream cheese jalapeños, which were really good. I won't be ordering from again unfortunately.

They could be a little more careful on prep, sometimes a single item might be missing. Cheese on cheese chips once, this time only a single bacon burger when the order was a double.

Pizza was soggy and not nice, cheesy chips just had a lump of cheese on top and nuggets were soggy and mushy and it all tasted funny

Great food.. plenty of toppings, arrived hot which is always a must. It arrived 10 minutes early and that wasn’t a rushed time, food was cooked properly. Delivery driver was professional and a very polite man.
