Half the food was missing and the food that turned up was horrible

Pizza King always deliver the best pizzas highly recommend and I will be back again !

Food was perfect very tasty and worth the price am incredibly happy with the food I ordered as are my work colleagues, only sad thing is that this place is so far away from my home. I’d eat here as much as I could.

I ordered their "Popular" 2x11" pizza but I received 2 small sized pizza measuring <9" when I used a ruler. They even used small 10" boxes, indicating they knew the pizza was not as described on the menu. Very disappointed, and I tried to complain but received no response at all. Would not recommend!

The delivery man was pleasant and the food was hot and nice

Have been ordering from Pizza King for a long time, and usually amazing! But the delivery was very late, they forgot the bottle of drink and gave me back £1.14 as a sorry, then came back 3 minutes later to give me 2 dips theyd forgotten. I ordered two pizzas, one was supposed to be BBQ base but the BBQ sauce was on top of a tomato sauce, and both pizzas had a lot of spice to them.

Food was late and then cold on arrival.

Hot food delivered quickly and very nice driver

The Quarter Pounder burger that I ordered was covered in burger sauce and the chips from each order arrived cold. The chicken was freezing cold and dry and tasted like yesterday's chicken or like it's been sitting under a hot lamp all day. All the food was cold and usually we have no issues at all when we order but today it was disgraceful. The only thing good about this order was the delivery which arrived on time.

Very disappointed with the delivery service, ordered foods 6:30 ish was told delivery was for 7:15, no sign of them despite seeing the driver was waiting down the road, no food until gone 8 when my husband went down the road to find them, just waiting at the bottom of the road.

mozzarella sticks were over cooked and hollow, lamb kebab wrap was alright nothing to boast about just a bit mid. salads consisted of half an onion and one slice of cucumber so pretty poor on that front maybe just an off day

The food was not nice to be honest , was deliverd very late with an update untell i requested one , hawian pizza doesnt generally have mushrooms either, plus pizza was flat 😳

It took an hour and a half to receive our order. When it arrived a lot of the meat in the combination kebab was burnt and there was hardly any shish meat. The chips were sweaty in the box and the overall quality was really poor. We were severely disappointed with this order.

After multiple phone calls between the driver and restaurant we finally got out food 40mins after the delivery time, once we eventually got the food I asked the drive to wait while I checked the order to check if it’s cold the driver got back in his car and drove off, (Had to get in my car to look for him) Also the food is cold, No Surprise there, Great! Really unprofessional, unfortunately due to this experience I won’t be ordering from here again.

Order arrived over 20 minutes late, cold and damaged. Called restaurant who said replacement would be sent within half hour. 2.5 hours after initial order, still not arrived and restaurant declined to refund.

Could you please advise the delivery drivers in future that they need to press 21 on the keypad to the left of the front door and press call, then I can let them in remotely. All the best. Paul

Disappointing. Hard over cooked lamb pieces. Dried up, old salad and not much of it. One of the most disappointing kebabs I’ve ever had. Will not be ordering from here again 😕

Rude and unprofessional. Ordered on just eat at 5.20pm and still waiting at 7pm. Was told the driver was on their way expected at 6.10-6.30pm, just called and was simply asked ‘postcode’. Then…’‘Driver is on the way mate, we’re really busy mate’ and they hung up. I worked at dominoes when I was a teenager and would never have spoken to a customer like that, couldn’t even get a word in - rude and unhelpful Won’t be using again

The food turned up an hour late and wasn’t great. Charged over £3 for rice which was a few grains in some old plastic tub. There was no difference between large and medium kebabs even tho I paid more. Called the restaurant to ask where the food was and couldn’t get a word in edgeways.
