DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. We were charged a scam delivery fee and unable to get our money back. You will be charged a delivery fee much higher than advertised. The food is very poor and late delivery. We have made multiple complaints to JustEat about this.

Just had a just eat, arrived very quickly, but was cold so not enjoyable at all, not impressed!

Never open on time and sometimes closes early, often delivery is very late and then given cold food, food not bad when on time. Would not recommend. I have ordered many times but am now giving up on this place getting their act together.

Scamming pieces of…donner. £45 delivery fee on Just Eat. Wouldn’t trust you to make a cup of tea, let alone feed people if you’re trying to scam them before they even try your food.

Had a delivery of Kebab meat and chips: Delivery didn’t take too long. Meat wasn’t great tasted a bit like it had been sitting for a while. Chips were awful - even worse than kfc chips. Won’t be ordering from here again.

Went in asked for a large mixed kebab and chips one assistant repeated the order to the other he charged me for that I looked away and they completed my order asked me about salad then wrapped my order when I got home and unwrapped my food at best it was a med kebab no sign of any chicken I was the only customer so it's not like it was confusing was it shocking used to order lots never again must do better

The portions are to die for. The staff is friendly and fast. Other than the weird 1 pound charge for using a card rather than cash, they are terrific. I would certainly recommend.

Awful food, used to be so nice, now flavorless, the salad is basically cabbage and onions. We had chicken kebab and lamb kebab, both non descript. You are left with grease sodden bread. Avoid , and Bristol kebabs let us know when you get your original chef back and better salad.

Only place I go for my kebabs, quite fussy with kebab meals but never had an issue and love their kofte! Burger meals ate good value for money aswell when I'm fancying take away without the big spend! And the chips are amazing I don't know how they cook them but they're like chip shop chips / McDonald's chips. Staff are super friendly and always polite

These guys are still charging a pound to pay by card. I pointed out to him that this is now illegal and he said he knew but they didn't really care.

Order two kebabs with separate salad ... they charge me for Salad !!! fries very greasy was cooked couple times . I’m order couple times always is something wrong. Stay away form this place . Service as well weak.

I ordered a half pounder, chips and a drink meal and chicken nuggets at 11.15 and gave up hope on the food at half 12 seeing as they shut at 12 so made something else. Was told about 30 minutes so after an hour gave up completely. Then at 12:40 they actually decide to turn up giving me just chips and some burnt chicken things which I just threw in the bin. Never will I order from here again. avoid this place.

I had a large chicken shish was very salty and absolutely tasteless had a bad stomach all night I would be very concerned if anyone uses this place.

Ordered on justeat, it arrived late, cold horrible foood, & half the order missing, would never ordered again! Stay away from this place at all cost.

Called this place first to see if I could eat there with a nut allergy. They said no problem, put it on the online form. After ordering, they called and said I can't have a kebab. Ordered something else. Recieved a text about a half later said order was on the way. After another half hour, rang to find my order. They said driver was stuck in the mud. I told them I didn't want cold food, send someone else. Never received the food and they only wanted to refund 50%!! Don't go here!!!!

Delivery was 1.5 hours, double the time given. Pacificly asked, make sure chips was hot. Kebab meat and chips was cold, hardly any chilli sauce, vile food. Will not eat from there again, as this is not the 1st time this has happened. 2 star rating..... for the salad.

Where start. We ordered at about 4ish and waited till 6 for it to actually arrive. Which was 50 minutes later than it says it was said to be. I rang up when it came to 20 mins late and they were utterly rude. They said there drivers don’t leave till late which is rubbish because the delivery time was before they leave apparently. My friend ordered garlic mayo in a pot as she didn’t want it in the kebab and she ended up recieveing nothing no sauce what’s so ever. The chips were soggy. The onion rings and cheesy chips were a dissapointment however we were getting hangry so had to eat it.

Rubbish food, angry little delivery dwarf couldn't read door numbers . Food is suitable for dogs or the wheelie bin.

2 hours for delivery, when pizzas arrived they were stone cold and burnt, phoned to complain, they were very rude and refused to give a refund.... Avoid like the plague!!!

I ordered a pizza with vegetarian toppings. They gave me a pizza with meat on top, which I can't eat. I didn't check it in the shop, and by the time I'd got home the shop had closed, so it was too late to get a refund or replacement. So, that trip was a complete waste of time and money; I won't be going there again.
