Hi I'm very disappointed, I don't have time to by myself and I order. Everything was fine till here, they arrived in time. When I check the box, I was surprised what I see inside, they give 6 little pice of meet and full box with salad and i pay £16. It's the last time when I buy from there.

Amazing food as always and they even gave me a little kebab meat for my dog!

Very disappointed as usually enjoy the food but me and my husband got food poisoning from one of our orders. Tonight, we ordered 2 medium kebabs, 1 large kebab and 2 chips and when it was delivered we were missing a medium kebab. My dad rang the shop to let them know we were missing our food to which he was hung up on twice before finally getting through. The manager then proceeded to say that we were lying as he had checked it, even though we were very sure we were missing food, and my dad was adamant we were missing it. He also kept using the phrase (I’ll tell you what mate) which is very unprofessional. He then said again we were lying and we hung up as we knew he wouldn’t listen. We’re very very disappointed and won’t be buying here again after using them for years.

Even though I placed the order at 3:40pm for a 6pm delivery, the order was 15 minutes late. This meant that the food was not hot and needed reheating in the microwave. This could have been an issue as chicken was involved and should not be reheated after cooked. The delivery driver parked a long way up the road and forgot the free bottle of Pepsi on delivery so had to go back for it. I am uncertain if I will use this place again.

Ordered two kebabs. Description said comes with salad. When arrived was meat and pitta only. Think this may be an order issue through just eat. Never had this problem before. Delivery was really quick. And meat/pita was good.

Ordered at 19.45 for a 20.05 collection food was ready but slightly cold still value for money and taste

Order arrived just over half hr from delivery time, freezing cold although cyclist(!) was polite he said not his problem contact restaurant, no answer

Great food. It is delivered separated out so the bread and salad arrive crisp and fluffy and the meat is hot. Highly recommend

Usually I collect my orders and I am happy with the service provided. On this last occasion I ordered delivery through the website as I was out and my partner was unable to get to the shop. The order arrived without the salad that I had requested and the meat was cold and didnt taste freshly cooked. Very disappointing and I probably won't use delivery service again. I will try collection again and hopefully will have no issues.

Very clean and very fresh and tasty food. The staff are nice and the service is fantastic.

Cold and an hour late. Probably been in the car with 20 others for that hour being delivered. Don't bother.

It would seem there's no option for salad and sauce anymore? It states all kebabs come with salad and mine did not. Asked for lots of sauce and had a little dribble of hardly anything. This is the 2nd time out of 2 recently that there's been a mistake with my order from this place 🙄

No salad with the kebab even though it states comes with salad and sauce. Had to write in the box which sauce I wanted. When I rang they said needed to write to let them know I wanted salad. Poor customer service, said we’re busy but if we’re passing later will drop in a salad!! Won’t order from here again.

Absolutely fantastic food we had a mixed kebab wrap meal delivered on time hot and full of flavour the delivery driver was friendly and polite no issues will order again

Missed off my salad for my donor kebab. First time they’ve messed up for me . Not a big issue, but a freebie would be nice the next time I order.

Every time I have had food from here it’s alway been hot and delicious and I can honestly say it’s the best kebab I’ve ever had. It’s even got the proper salad not just lettuce. The pizzas are great too. The staff are always friendly and polite. I wouldnt go anywhere else. I’ve ordered again tonight and got a free can of coke with my order. 10/10 lads. Rob

Food cold. Second time this has happened. First time gave benefit of the doubt. Second time definitely not happy will not be ordering again!

Food was fine but extra sauce should come in a pot as putting it over your beef burger made it stodgy. This meant the bun being soggy and the burger and sauce falling out all over you.

Ordered from here probably 10 times now, food is the same lovely fresh/hot standard every time. Value for money, good proportions and reasonably priced. They’ve never forgotten an item and I always receive my food within 30 minutes. Delivered by the same lovely driver. Would highly recommend!

Food was cold. Wrong pizza - mine randomly had spicy beef on it. Never had an issue with this takeaway before - such a shame

Initially only received one pizza, the driver had forgotten the other one or they hadn’t made it. When he delivered it 20 minutes later it was burnt around the edges and missing 2 of the toppings I had ordered as extra.

Food was cold, pita bread was stale and the lamb tasted funny… Didn’t even like the chips! Overall was really poor quality!

Food never turned up. Insisted it was delivered to a deaf man which I am not. Avoid using this place and just eat. Abysmal service. I will get the payment stopped

Went in to order food the gent that served me looked like he had a large night out then ask for a ham and pineapple pizza to then be ask what I wanted on my pizza after being in the car I could smell something burning opened my pizza and it was burnt

DO NOT, let the food distract you from this service of this restaurant. Normally me and my family are a custom to ordering from here as the food is exactly what you pay for and we are more then happy with it after all its a Friday night take away, however after making an order online as usual it, we had noticed it was much later then expected so upon noticing that we had received a notification telling us our food had arrived which was not true at all (we hadn’t even heard a knock on the door or anything.) I decided to ring up the store myself and inquire when i was greeted by one of the workers who couldn’t seem more unbothered if he tried, i told him our food hadn’t been delivered he claimed to ring up uber eats and ask them instead stating it “Was not his problem” before telling me i should ask them to give me the money back instead of the store, i however reminded him i wasn’t interested in the refund only wanting the food and mid way through he hung the phone up on me, very average to good food, awful customer service skills and are now more then unlikely to hire again unless a change is noticeable within the business.

After the wrong delivery 25 mins early and a phone call our meal (still hot) the correct order was received. I don't usually eat kebabs as find the meat to pepperary but these are fantastic. Can't recommend them enough. Thankyou

Had a kebab from here last night and have been up all night and day with food poisoning really badly, never ordering from here again!

Delivered the wrong order to start with but quickly resolved. The lamb shish meat was tough the chicken was good.

I don’t know if they had any other complaints this evening but my partner and his friends mixed kebab had bits of bone in their chicken.

Always put cheese in the burger when not requested apart from that great

Unwelcoming, and rude. Meat is dry, salad is far from fresh. Sauce is good tho. Maybe try the sauce. Don't order anything else. (this place is shadey, but fun shadey?) sauce! Also don't think any of them wanna work there.

I normally really rate this place but it wasn’t great tonight. Delivery took longer than normal. Pizza was cold. Chips were missing. Wrong kebab (ordered lamb donner and received chicken).

Nice lamb doner kebab HOWEVER I ordered a chicken doner kebab! After a long hard days graft I was just happy to eat my kebab! Apart from that the quality was pretty good & would certainly recommend Bristol Kebab House...

One of the worst kebabs I've ever had. I ordered a chicken doner. Its was bottom of the barrel quality meat. Pretty much all fat. It was binned pretty quickly. The chilli sauce was just ketchup. Go to Sammy's or Best Kebab they're far superior

We’ve ordered from here a few times and usually pretty good, but totally different this evening. Food took an hour (although was technically on time), chips were stone cold and soggy, wrap was barely warm and one of the meals was wrong. Think food must have been out for delivery for ages. Very disappointed.

Super tasty food as always, and plenty of fresh salad served with the done kebab.... this has to be the best Kebab in Bristol. Always friendly delivery team as well.

Lush as always,there was one mistake but it was rectified with 15 mins. Chilli sauce is amazing and I wouldn’t definitely recommend the wraps.

Pre ordered food for 8pm it arrived at 6.45pm luckily I was home ordered a mixed donner kebab pizza and chips which were all cold and the mixed kebab had no chicken, total waste of money and if you specify an order and delivery time 2 hours in advance you expect it to be on time and correct.

What I ordered was not what arrived, have used this place many times without a problem but always on a weekend, not sure why it would be wrong on a Wednesday night…
