Pizza was disgusting and the manager's attitude and aggression was unbelievable. We will not be buying from here again.

I ordered a cheese pizza and garlic bread on new years eve. My pizza was 10 pounds for a large (special offer online) and i had to spend a further 1.99 for delivery so i added garlic bread for 3.99. The pizza had some garlic seasonings on the crust which was alright had a nice taste. The food was estimated between 70-80 mins as it was new years eve but it came earlier which i was really impressed with. Garlic bread was ok, it has the same type of seasonings as the pizza. The updates online were really good, it actually showed me where the driver was, very happy over all & i would recommend them.

Pizza Hut are the only local pizza company that I know of who offer gluten-free pizza, which of course is handy if you have an intolerance. It’s only on medium pizzas, but that’s still better than not at all. Lunch ordered at 11:50 and a 12:30 delivery slot selected. Arrived 5 minutes early, piping hot! Driver respected current social distancing rules of 2 metres, food dropped on the doorstep and rang the bell. Can’t make fault with the experience.

I ordered 6 large pizzas on the phone yesterday for today (13 March 2019) at 12:30pm for a baby shower party at my work. (My work colleagues lunches were between 12-1 & 1-2, so everyone on there12-1 lunch didn’t have there lunch but had to eat at their desks) The Pizzas were 45 mins late. They didn’t ring me to say they were going to be late because I rang them cos I was worried, there excuse was “we are busy” I said but I ordered yesterday you had plenty of notice, he said my food will arrive at 12:45pm but it didn’t arrive until 1:10pm. Even though I said twice on the phone what company we are and the address, the driver went into boots asking strangers if this was number 38, then he went outside Barclays Bank and then he decided to call my mobile. I made a complaint on the phone and they gave us free garlic bread. I opened the pizza up to find they got the order wrong, they gave us 2 pepperoni pizzas when I ordered 1 chicken and 1 pepperoni on the phone. I checked this order 4 times on the phone when I ordered it yesterday. My colleague called up Pizza Hut and they said they would send us 2 large chicken pizza and a drink for free. When the chicken pizza arrived we only received 1 chicken pizza not two. And when my colleague complainted on the phone when our orginal order didn’t turn up she said she wants to make a formal complaint and the person on the phone said we don’t take complaints. I still had to pay for the 6 pizza which turned up 45 mins late and the driver was standing there checking the money. I am beyond annoyed it’s the first time we ordered with them and it will be the last time. The chicken pizza looked awful it looked like it was beaten up and I refused to eat it. Please don’t waste your money & time with this particular Pizza Hut in St Albans.

I recently ordered one of their meal deal. 2 large pizzas, sides and drink. Delivery was expected around 35/45 mins. An hour passed, no show. A call to them. Driver had left 20 mins ago. Phone down, driver shows. Cold pizza, but not just cold, uncooked. The base was soggy and had seeped through the bottom of the boxes. The base was raw dough. The only bit cooked was the crust. I called them again. They didn't seem overly fussed. They offered to send more pizza. I declined. It was too late to wait again. I sent an email to head office. They didn't seem overly worried about this incident. So what does this tell you about Pizza Hut? No customer service or apology. I won't use them again.

Hard to write a review or put up a picture when the delivery doesn’t show up. Rang 50 mins after ordering, the delivery driver rang me, said he was outside my flat, but never rang the doorbell. I will never use this company again, nothing worse than this when you’re hungry!!!!

Not bad service. I use this place at lunch times on particular days with colleagues. They deliver on time or you can pick up. Food is always great. Pizza is different than other places so it is good for variety. Friendly staff and tasty lunch time food for me and work colleagues

the food is usually ok, although on occasion pizza is burnt, but the customer service is very poor, if you go in to order, you are usually ignored while they all stand in the back, for quite some time to the point I have wanted to walk out a few times as it borders on the ridiculous! especially as they can see you and hear the door go and still do not come to greet you or take your order but stand in the back chatting

Ordered some Pizzas for a meeting at work, they arrived on time, but having cut into one there was hairs baked into the crust and they weren't very hot. I would not order again and when I complained I was offered a discount on another order, which isn't that appealing when it's hair flavored!

I hadn't eaten Pizza Hut takeaway in a long long time but I was so impressed at how yummy it was. We had a half an half pepperoni and hawaiian and the value was amazing too, the deals are always better when you collect rather than delivery. It was just a shame we had to wait so long for it to be made, that was the only downside. In future I'll ring ahead!

I visited with a couple friends this weekend and can’t praise our waiting staff more highly. We were taken to a lovely table in the front dining area and our waiter was so helpful. Made recommendations and looked after us so well. Nothing was too much trouble. The food was freshly cooked and really tasty. Such a pleasant evening, thank you. Highly recommend - we will be back!

Garlic bombe and arancini were delicious. The red pesto and chicken pasta was a bit lacking but still nice, was just expecting a bit more. Good service despite being very busy.

We ordered pizza delivery from here on a Monday and it took 45 minutes for 3 pizza to arrive and when they did it was cold. We live less and mile away, won’t be using again as this is the second time we had a bad experience with Wheathampstead nonnos

This is a cafe inside of a Sainsbury's (stevenage branch) , today they aren't selling toasties because they have "run out of cheese". I guess nobody can be bothered to walk over to the cheese aisle? Ridiculous to run out of ingriedients when they're inside a supermarket.
