Lovely greeting as we arrived, shown straight to our table and left to order online via QR code (although could order via staff if that was too tricky). Loved being able to order this way as it felt less pressured. We used the kids eat free offer and both got a buffet lunch. Really good selection of pizza and salad, well labelled and refreshed regularly. Icecream factory was lovely too. And bottomless soft drinks were well worth it. Restaurant was a bit nippy, the only thing that let it down a tiny bit, as we left to warm up 😂 Staff were very attentive and all said goodbye as we left. My daughter's first ever visit to this Pizza Hut and she can't wait to come back!

Never any peperoni or margarita Pizza's which should always be available to be honest some Pizza's were duplicates as well and with fussy kids I won't be coming back here again especially for the price when they can't even get the basics right!!

Ordered a delivery, spent £50, delivery was 40 minutes past our time, & when it arrived everything was cold. Was offered a partial refund, still waiting for this to be refunded, & not even sure how much we'll get back. Won't be coming back.

Disappointed to go there at 19:30 to be told that if we hadn't booked we'd have to wait over 30 mins for a table. I'm unsure how they can seat you if booked but have to wait 30 mins if you haven't when there were no more than 5 tables occupied and the rest of the restaurant empty but hey. The server said it was only herself on which is absolutely shocking considering the time and it being school holidays. Pizza hut you really do need to sort it out!

Pizza good, service could really do with some improvement. My partner needed to as for her dessert 4 times! Which is pretty shocking.

Food is really nice not too expensive, good value .. The staff are really nice and friendly and really kind especially Keira and Abbie nothing was too much trouble :)

this woman with blonde hair as saying it takes half an hour to wipe down tables i reasoned with her and understood she works in hospitality so do i but the amount of abuse and verbal i was getting from her was absolutely unnecessary as well as the customer should be shut down never want to go there again!!!!!!?!!

It was unusually quiet when we visited. The place is clean and good value for money. They take allergies seriously. Enjoyed my perfectly cooked pizza but having loaded up on the salad (all fresh and good) I couldn't eat more than half of it. Staff were happy to provide a box to take the rest of it home. Kids love the ice cream machine and toppings. Wheelchair access is fine.

Wrong order. A few pieces of peperoni. Complete rio off.

We had a great visit today! Was busy because it’s school holidays but we didn’t wait for anything! Abbie was amazing and even made sure my son got some extra cheesy garlic bread because he was obsessed with it! We had buffet and one of the cookie dough after - would absolutely recommend

Pizza was fine. Salad bar wasn't fully stocked with items and needed replenishing. Not enough staff seemed to be the problem. Ordering and payment all done online via QR code. This asked for a tip, but other than bringing the pizza to the table, there was no other human interaction, certainly nothing I'd consider tipping for. Not a cheap option either with one pizza and 2 soft drinks costing £35

Had to write in to say how great our server/manager Maddie was. Faced with huge pressure in a reduced staff environment (she was the only one bar the chefs) she was friendly, attentive and engaging. The food was lovely too :)

Went on Saturday 22nd June. I have to say the staff were good, but seriously short staffed. Even with a barely half filled restaurant the service was agonisingly slow. Their attitude was fine friendly just slow. Dishwasher was broken so that probably didn’t help. My biggest complaint is how insanely expensive pizza has become. My 11” was the same price as a main and rice for an Indian. That’s crazy, pizza used to be good value for money compared to going out for a curry. Suffice to say won’t be returning, I’d rather go for a curry for the same money tbh.

Service is unbelievably slow. Waited for deserts more than 30 minutes.

Everything was perfect . It might have had something to do with the restaurant being quiet bit everything was perfect from start to finish and we were not made to feel rushed at any point. It was my wife's birthday and she was given free ice cream on a board with syrup written Happy birthday. What a lovely and unexpected surprise. Added touches like that make all the difference

I went here for Pizza it was vile frozen microwaved junk. The staff were rude and there seemed to be a lack of management. The place itself was gross and unhygienic.

Spent 4 times on the toilet,pizza ok,but salad avoid,been feeling unwell most of the day,not nice as it was me and my wife's 13th wedding anniversary day

Shocking, left stood at the door while they finished their meeting, clearly saw us there and no acknowledgement. Eventually got ot our table, ate starters and had to go chase our drinks. Asked where the chilli flakes were to be told they allow them front of house anymore, asked if I could have a small pot or something for my pizza and was told no by the manager keiran a little odd if you ask me. Pizza on the buffet boring, last 50 minutes only 2 fresh pizzas have come out with a fair few people still looking to eat this lasted seconds, meaning 3 of us had to share 2 slices of a pizza 🤣 £60 for this mess. Thank Guys

Had a works meal here on a Sunday evening. It was quite quiet in there but we still had a good night. The food was spot on but around the ice cream factory area was quite messy which was where you self served the drinks, hence the loss of a star. Booking was simple, every time I rang someone before hand, they were very helpful and the service on the day was brilliant too!

It's like Pizza Hut want the company to fold. No staff, no service, no salad in the salad bar....no good. £70 for 1 burnt pizza, and 3 individual pizzas. I felt really sorry for the 2 staff members who were running around. They were turning empty tables away because they couldn't staff it which makes bizarre business sense! Have been several times over the years but won't be going back now, could have had a nice meal somewhere for that money.

A truly awful experience… waited 10 minutes for someone to attend to the queue forming at the door… clearly understaffed. As we didn’t have a booking, we were informed by the young, clearly inexperienced in customer service waitress, that our party of four would have to wait 20 minutes for a table… fair enough if the restaurant was busy, however, it was anything but… half of the tables were vacant and several of those were waiting to be cleared… nor were we offered a place to sit and wait despite a member of our party having obvious disabilities and using a walking aid :( decided to take our good money elsewhere instead.

We had a lovely waiter but our food was awful. Overpriced, oily slop with a side of uncooked chips out of the freezer.

I visited the restaurant on Friday 29th December, was served by a lovely young girl with brown hair whose service was impeccable. Unfortunately, the whole experience was ruined by the tasteless food which was not worth the price and another member of staff wearing a black shirt who was very rude and had a lack of customer service, which unfortunately for us ruined the whole experience.

A last minute decision to go out for a meal before cinema visit. We chose Pizza Hut and had a lovely experience. The food was great, arrived promptly, was tasty and fantastic value for money. We had the mega deal for 4 people. What makes the experience extra special was the three hard working young ladies, who were serving the customers and clearing the tables. Despite how busy the restaurant was, they were very friendly and efficient. Credit where credit is due. As Pizza Huts customer facing staff, they are doing a great job

Came for the buffet longwell green. was told by manager it would be 30 minutes to get a glass and a plate. Worst pizza hut experience ever, no wonder they are closing everywhere!

I go for a pizza with my sister before the cinema on a Tuesday the Guy that greeted us was really friendly and told us that they were quiet busy and short staffed he explained they were only taking card payments and would send someone to take our order, it was really busy and customers had to come back the guy was always very polite and friendly and explained the situation to them Our server was a girl called Ellie who was really nice and friendly and brought our pizzas over when we explained we didn't have Long because of the cinema she kindly brought us a box over she hasn't been there long but was doing a really good job because it was so busy The pizza was good salad bar was OK but some of the sauces needed refilling the staff are really nice and friendly and work hard so a credit to the company

Very nice pizza Serving time was optimal Possibly my favourite Pizza Hut in terms of staff. Very nice staff with an amazing sense of humour. Our server Daniella did an amazing job, giving Ali’s perfect tips. One of the nice people you could meet.

Food was good and plenty of options for the kids. However they are pushing only ordering on the app at the table and it was hard to get the app working.

Went for a birthday lunch with the family. Staff were rude and unhelpful. Service was bad. Pizzas took ages to come out then they were burnt. WiFi/4G terrible and so their online ordering system took forever! Awful experience. Avoid!

Pizza was spot on. Can't really comment on service as all done via an app. Restaurant was filthy though and salad bar was empty apart from nacho crisps.

So understaffed the customer experience was terrible! Now 2 floor staff might have managed if they were exceptional, tonight they weren't. I hate the fact if you mobile order you have to tip before your served, because after the service we received tonight I'd like a refund. Drinks (suppling us with two glasses) over half-hour wait. Pizza so thin that it's practically tissue paper, the salad bar a disgusting sight of empty and mixed containers only filled at 1945, no good if you put you food order in at 1830 your food order arrives at your table at 1920, along with the glasses after a prompt. Once the disappointing pizza arrives that's it for the waiting staff, no checking up, no how's the meal, no is there anything we can get you. Or even how was your meal would you like your dessert, more like walk up to the counter and ask for it, then 30mins later one arrives, can we have a spoon for the ice-cream?? "Ok I'll get that" 10 mins later next dessert...and the spoon? Oh sorry let me get that for you...10mins later I'm eating with a fork. How could they improve. 1. Employ more staff 2. Don't ask for a tip before service it might be a way of motivating more attentive staff. 3. This might beva personal thing but stuffed crust pizzas should have a slightly thicket base. 4. When clearing tables, sweep the floor, it's not nice trying to avoid the last persons salad. 5. If your making a huge profit on drinks please have the curtesy to fill the ice machine. 6 if you can't manage the customer that are waiting, put a sign up to say sorry we're can't take anymore customer right now. Instead of having an angry queue at the door of would be disappointed customer, whilst pissing off everyone who's waiting already for food/drinks/salad/dessert

Went for the buffet, food wasn't bad, just expected more, feels like you're attending a child's birthday party, once again the food isn't that bad, it's just not restaurant level, would like to make it clear I am reviewing the buffet and nothing more

Family of 4 went for buffet lunch, salad bar was low and looked like the salad was a couple of days old, the buffet pizza was very nice when there was some out, there was a good 15 min where there was no pizza and a Que waiting, the biggest issue was the ice cream machine, paid the extra so kids could have a ice cream but the mess around the ice cream machine was disgusting, there was so much stuff all over the floor and ice cream all over the counter there was no toppings to put on the ice cream, probably because it was all over the floor, this was like this for a good hour at least. I’ve cream walked all through the restaurant and no one cleaned it up just walked around it. Shame really as the pizza was really nice when there was some!!!

Pizza Hut, Longwell Green, 10.7.23 @ 7pm. Walked in to be seated, waitress came over and said we couldn’t have a table because she was the only person working front of house! Terrible customer service, turning paying customers away. Not just us, others behind us - won’t be coming back that’s for sure.

We had an excellent visit to this branch of Pizza Hut. The service was very good and food prepared to a high standard. Very pleased all round.

Ridiculously expensive for a mid-size family, or anyone on a budget. Food was good, but the price put a bad taste in my mouth. Those large round tables are a pain, 7 people & only 2 exists, you do the math.

Pizza was huge, so the biggest size could suit about 3 or 4 people. The ice cream was great, and the salad bar was constantly being topped up. However, it's a bit on the pricey side, but it's still cheaper and better than Domino's ( my benchmark for pizza).

The prices have gone mad. You can't order a cheesy bite pizza unless you buy a sharer, which is now around £40. Plus you have to do 90% of everything yourself.... when paying through the app, it asked if I wanted to leave a tip... for what? Ordering the pizza using my phone myself? 🤦🏻‍♂️

Very quiet for a bank holiday weekend. The place seemed tired and the staff were bored. They tried but they need better tools to work with. I guess it's not helped by its location in a concrete jungle.

We popped in for a quick bite to eat before the cinema, and the drinks and food didn't take long to arrive. The staff were friendly, but there were several very young kids running around unsupervised. I think it was unlimited ice cream, but it was pretty annoying and noisy until they left

Can't beat a nice easy get-together at pizza hut. They were short staffed, but still smiling and helpful.

We went to get food for a table off 8 and the restaurant was almost empty but they couldn't push two tables together or open up the other side to seat us I just don't know how they could turn almost £80 of business away

Waited at the door for 10 minutes. Tried to order on the app but it wouldn't work and it took another 20 minutes to get someone's attention to let them know I hadn't been able to order. Finally ordered and it took 15 minutes for the food to arrive but the drinks took 20 minutes. Cancelled off my deserts and left as my son had enough of waiting by this point. All in it cost £47 for me and my 6 year old (far too expensive considering you dont get table service) salad bar wasn't explained to us and there was a real sense of no one cares at the restaurant. 1 highlight was the guy who bought the food over, he seemed to be the only one out of the 8 members of staff I counted to actually be doing any work. Maybe get him to train up some of the others. G

We used to go here a lot, then the service went a bit downhill, we didn't go for a while. I go with my brothers and thier families (theres a lot of us) we went today after a long time and i have got to admit they have really upped their game. Amy was the lady who looked after us and she single handedly done such a Great job of making sure we had everything we needed and were looked after. The whole experience was great, we will definitely be coming more regularly for sure. Thank you Amy :-)

Visited today we walked through the doors the tables were all fill up with rubbish and dirty dishes there were two servers at the front one close by that completely ignored our existence slowly tidying up and another server talking too two young children of which children of one of the workers as I over herd them asking for there mummy by the kitchen pass at one point during our dining experience the younger blonde server finally acknowledged us and seated us handed us the menu and asked if we had ever been here before which we had replied not for a very long time, she then said well basically we only except card and you order from the qr code at the table no explanation on how it all Works, confused and feeling rather ignored I decided to go ask how it works no person at the counter so I asked the chef behind the pass in which she called over one of the servers who then told us how it worked like we were an inconvenience for even asking we ordered on the app and got up for salad the two children who weee obviously a staff members kids wearing land yards with till cards were messing around with the tills and messing around with a dust pan and brush I thought this to be very unprofessional the food was cold and the pizzas were soggy at the bottom we paid x2 adult for £20 each and one kids for £10 that’s £50 and to top it off on the qr code ordering we had to pay a tip which frankly would have been alright if we actually received customer service so that’s £50 plus unwarranted tips for shoddy unprofessional , rude and disgusting food and to be made to feel like your a complete inconvenience. I want my money back but couldn’t talk to the staff because they just ignored our existence !!! 0 stars don’t waste your time or money only gave one because you t won’t allow for a 0 mark

Very expensive for what it is and an absolute disaster in terms of service. Wrong food then things being taken back, having to keep asking what we'd actually ordered. Mayhem.

Lovely experience at Pizza Hut this afternoon. We were looked after by Katie, who was fantastic! Lovely mannerisms, great customer service and she was very professional. Food was delicious!

We went to this Pizza Hut for a sit down meal care of a voucher. The staff were excellent and the food was incredible. Definitely restored our faith in Pizza Hut

The buffet lunch was really good. Lovely fresh salad ingredients & fresh pizzas brought out regularly. Sadly the ice cream machine stopped freezing but, as we'd specifically checked it was working when we arrived, the manageress brought us a huge tray with scooped ice cream in bowls for all of us plus bowls containing all the toppings. We'd bought the £14.99 deal which included ice cream so she couldn't really do anything else, even so it was a nice gesture. Would certainly come here again, especially as pizza huts are few & far between now.

We had a great waitress but the restaurant was bad. No bottomless drink and very very other drinks, basically meant no cola pepsi or anything similar. The salad bar was empty for our entire visit. The waitress her served us was great (Charlie I think her name was) but everything else was shockingly bad

Awful service. Run by 2 children. Waiting 15 mins for someone to greet you at the door even though no queue. That’s why these old boy companies go in to administration.

Easy to order via the mobile app, although the only service we received from any staff was when we went up and found someone. We had to find someone to give us glasses for our drinks, ask for the sauces to be refilled, hunt down someone to get spoons for dessert. Our daughters side was missed and we had to go up to the bar to ask for it to be sent out. We asked two different staff members to refill the ice cream machine as it was empty when my children tried to use it. We were hoping to have some of our pizza boxed to take home but no staff came back over so we gave up and left it behind. Lots of tables full of dirty dishes. The salad bar was good and the mains were hot and tasty.

Pizza was nice. However £15 for a 9" pizza is a bit steep. I could get a large pizza from domino's for the same price... and they taste better. I won't go again as I don't want to pay £30 for two small pizza's.

Service was amazing. We were made to feel like we were very important. The food is excellent. Choice is also fantastic. I am a VERY fussy vegetarian but have so much to choose from.

Not the best! Short staffed and dried up pizza under the heat lamps! Staff was friendly though.

The good- gluten free base, vegan cheese, had pineapple and gf vegan pepperoni as an extra topping. The service we did get was good. The bad, normal Pepsi came in a small bottle and cost the same as endless refillables The pizza it's self was very thin and a wee bit hard. All in, I prefer the pizzas at Frankie and Bennies and Pizza Express. The atmosphere is better at those places too.

Excellent customer service (the two ladies serving us were absolutely lovely!) and great food including tasty vegan options. The food didn't take too long to come out and the salad bar was tasty and fully stocked.

Me and my family attending Pizza Hut this afternoon, waited 10 mintues to be seated , 3 members of staff, most tables full of dirty plates ect , we finally got seated then was told they don't accept cash, This isn't stated anywhere , then we Ordered our food, to go up to the Buffet to be told that someone had been sick all over the pizza ect , we had to wait for fresh, the choice of food was really bad , my cousin wanted a refund as there was Nothing left to Eat, The manger was so rude and Un helpful . I would totally avoid this Place it was So filthy and Unhygienic . I cannot believe it's still Open, I am going to make a formal complaint to Head office . As I think the manger needs to learn some customer service .

I would of given 5 stars but there were no deep pan pizza bases left on our visit tonight, which really did ruin the experience. We all had to have thin crust pizza which came out like cardboard. TANYA was great though. No faults.

Had my son's birthday party here with six of his friends. Food was great, children were buzzing and staff were really helpful

Not a great experience. Went for my son's birthday, had to use app to order food, no one taking orders. App wouldn't allow us to add toppings. When we eventually managed to order our food they all came out at different times, my daughter had finished hers by the time my wife's had arrived, it wasn't busy so no excuse, very poor won't go there again.

Really nice food although I personally think it's a little expensive. The staff were lovely and attentive but the restaurant wasn't very clean, bins over flowing, dirty tables that had been empty for a while, and rubbish and bits of food all over the floor. But honestly couldn't fault the quality of the food or the friendliness of the staff

Booked online for dinner for three of us. On arrival, was told our table had been “stolen” (this didn’t really matter in itself) so was seated at a booth next to the drinks machine and salad bar. The floor was covered in crushed tortilla chips and other salad bar items. It was disgusting and put me off the food. Felt very unclean. Ordering online and food was all fine. Salad bar - dressings and oils all very low/empty. There were people who were filling their salad bowls up and then standing around the salad bar (near to our table) eating their salad with their hands and then going back for more. A lot of the experience just felt unclean. Ice machine was broken too and no ice cream. We spent £50 for 3 people and it was dirtier than the fast food restaurant around the corner. Overall, just felt extremely dirty and unhygienic. Table was sticky and bench and floor filthy. It wasn’t quiet but was not exactly busy either so should have been able to keep on top of cleaning a lot better.

Unfortunately insufficient staff were working (Thursday night) so did not manage dine-in.

We just been here with our family and they say the kitchen was already closed and the restaurant was closing earlier. So they send us away. But Google say the restaurant close at 10:30pm,not 9:00pm. What's going on?

Really friendly staff and a great pizza

Ended up here before a trip to the cinema. The whole restaurant seemed to be being run that evening by two people who did their best to help, but we waited a little while to be seated, and then we were told we could only order online. Given that we ordered a pizza and some sides and desert, the whole experience lasted an hour and a half. No problems with the quality of the food we received, but the wait was quite substantial, especially given how empty the restaurant seemed to be.
