Incredibly dirty, there was nothing in the burger we ordered except a cutlet and a slice of cheese. I returned it, the staff was surprised, apparently such negligence is standard here. I guess it's better to go to KFC.

Other then our order missing a few thing's from time to time it's okay.

Wasn't given the dips that come with the cheese dippers, there was no mustard or reg onion in the burgers. Very disappointed with this McDonald's, will not be going back there unless they change their ways

Ordered many times muffin-jam and never received the jam . Paid £2.50 for a muffin. They never care about the order. Every time they will forget something, useless staff. And now you can't even contact McDonald's ffs

Doesn't matter if you order a delivery or use the drive through. This yate branch never gets the order right. Always missing something, and no one gives a dam. You just get told to call customer services, who can only refund you, not rectify the missing food! Never mind the kids are missing their meal!!! I'm not one for negative reviews but this store has messed up too many times to not say something! Update.. it feels as though the drive through has improved!

Typical McDonald's, staff friendly and polite. Food as expected, always have to wait as just want plain cheese burgers, not sure why, you would think it would be quicker mmm

Got my usual breakfast, Hashbrown and a toasted tea cake with Jam, They didn’t have any butter and didn’t squirt any of the usual butter they use, when asked for butter they didn’t understand us because the lead desk person wasn’t good at english and then said they were out. Really sad because that’s the best bit of the tea cake.

These no spark to McDonald's its just mundane corporate food. Can't put my finger exactly on it, but one is not a customer, one is just a number. Are the others any better? Probably not. There's just no spark, no excellence, nothing outstanding, just blank corporate numbing food.

McDonald's... Cheap and cheerful. Your not going for anything special. Fast food that kids love. I always leave feeling lacking. The rotating menu always leaves my favourites as a seasonal special. But the food is cheap and the kids love the toys so you can't hate it.

Its a maccies nothing really else to explain really but very fast and prompt you get exactly what you order and or was all warm which is a plus will visit again.

Under staffed and too much pressure on them regarding serving cars and Just eats. Feel for staff and needs looking at how the take away drivers pick up food and not just push past people in the queue. Again not blaming the staff just badly laid out store.

I was very disappointed with our order, as we went through the drive 🚗 thru. That part was great, but it was when we got back home that the food was luke warm and the distance from McDonald's to our house was about 1 mile. If we went there again, we would sit inside so we wouldn't have this problem, fingers crossed 🤞 XOXOX

I order for takeout. quite often there are omissions, confused orders and spilled products. the hygiene of the place is appalling. for this price so much

I would give a zero but not possible it cost 19 pound for 2 breakfast wraps the prices have gone up mental 10 pound delivery we had to pay the wraps came with mold inside of the egg and stuff on the wrap absolutely disgusting

Awful. If you are ordering via a delivery app your food will get to you cold every time. Not sure what the employees here do but it's dreadful. Luckily Deliveroo offer a refund if you report items as cold.

These guys always do a great service, they want customer satisfaction and even called me when I placed an order for delivery to check my order was correct, if they hadn’t I would’ve paid £8 for a patty in a box lol, most fast food places would’ve just served and not bothered knowing it was probably wrong. Yet again another order missing items, called and was given a number to call for Uber. Number was wrong and still trying to report. McDonald’s claim the fault is with Uber but Uber driver did not pack the food incorrectly. Rubbish service

This place is just what you can expect from a fast food restaurant. Average quality, average/impersonal service and fast paced atmosphere. The prices though have massively skyrocketed in this chain and portions have been made way smaller so I would personally not recommend it.

Standard McDonald's, only downside is it can be quite busy here. Parking is usually very difficult due to lots of cars. I drive a van and occasionally I cannot find any spaces that I can fit into.

Tables are dirty and staff don't clean then when people have left.

Typical mcdonalds, and standard food. The place was extremely busy and absolutely filthy. Food and drink had been spilled on the floor and little had been done to clean it up. I appreciate that this is difficult during peak times but cleanliness in a food and drink environment is paramount.

This is the 3rd time in a row I've had my order and its been wrong cold or I've had trouble with the app getting to be a pain now granted I do get a reply after I've emailed them eventually but please just get it right the first time and sort the app out?

Don’t use for delivery. As of late there is always something missing. The other day it was both fries for the two meals. Today it’s a burger from a meal and a side. Bags arriving in tampered with so must be a branch issues. Called about it and complained and they just don’t care. Then you have to go through Uber for a refund which can take up to 15 days. What a joke

Went to McDonalds Drive through and purchased a "Fillet O Fish" Bap. Really enjoyed it, tasted as good as it always did! The service was great and Cashier extremely friendly, dressed up in her Christmas attire! Highly recommended!

To be fair it was a Saturday afternoon but this is maccys and is always busy. Forget the fries from our order, food wasn't the warmest and restaurant not the cleanest but that was more to do with the clientele. Disabled parking was okay and easy to find.

I remember when fast food was fast... I've been waiting over 20 mins for a double cheese burger and a cup of tea.. I'm sure when I eventually get it the cheeseburger will be cold and the tea will be like gravy where its been sat so long.. I miss the days when they had lines of burgers under the heater and you could walk in and walk out In 2 mins.. why do they always change things for the worst.. its ment to be called progress

The food delivered is normally wrong and cold (even when paying priority). I normally only ever go there if my kids want it and they have been good, but due to the long wait times, its really not worth it.

As far as McDonald's go, it's about as much as one should expect. That said, double check your meals/receipt as items are often missing. The staff don't cause any fuss fixing that though.

Please, please actually put extra pickles when they are ordered. I love pickles. I ordered extra pickles today and got 0 pickles. A burger without pickles is not worth eating.

The beauty of McDonald's is that around the world the flavor is always the same, more or less, the place is large and we were served quite quickly

Is it really that difficult to give all of your customers napkins? I had to ask for them and literally had them thrown into my bag. I said thank only met by silence and your team member walking off to get his next order. Manners cost absolutely nothing. If you don't want to work there. Don't work there, simple. Don't be rude to customers, go work somewhere you don't have to speak to anyone, use common sense which we all know is not that common or be pleasant to people.

Slow service at drive through, queue backed right on to main road. No milkshakes again. Chips not fully cooked.

Chips are regularly undercooked and underfilled, items are often missed from orders, milkshakes are very rarely available, interior is dirty, drive through is very slow and ordering inside even slower. Generally a poor experience.

Unfortunately I would not recommend this McDonald’s. Every time I have ordered, chips are cold, its wrong and items are missing.

Everytime I visit I can't believe how nice this McDonald's is, staff is always polite, friendly and helpful - it makes such a diffrence I have never been to Mcdonald's that felt so local and chill, everyone always have been so nice updating on a wait time even when we didn't ask, clearing the trays for us, the overall attitude is so positive and welcoming. I always get McPlant and I don't know how are they doing this but it taste so much better in Yate than anywhere else, so if you weren't convinced before you should give it a go.

Funny enough I while back I came here and my good took over 30 minutes do be ready. I said to myself that I wouldn't come back here, unfortunately to my horror I had a job in yate and had to pop in for breakfast. It took nearly an hour. I mean, wasn't Mcdonald supposed to be fast food? The prices are going higher and services is going down, something is wrong with this place. When you look at the staffs thst works in here, you get lazy almost instantly. They work at their own pace, slow, very slow, the manager in charge was also working very slowly and chatting when there was queue of people waiting for their food and to order.

Mc Donalds is never fast food these days but believe me if you can get served in less than 20 mins at this mc donalds its a miricle. If the food doesn't look like it's thrown in a bag that would be two miricles in 20 mins, not the best easier to go to another shop or franchise.

Now usually this place is alright as its quick and cheap, but for the last few times ordering my food from uber eats, I'm getting the wrong orders. I have then tried to get this fixed using the app and all I get is a refund, yes that's fine but now I haven't got the food/drink that i wanted. Would be nice to offer to re-send it out or something as that is the reason for me ordering in the first place.

Had food delivered on 24/2/23 & all of the order was stone cold, McFlurry was half melted & totally missing chicken nuggets out of the chicken nuggets meal! Uber delivered & to be fair gave refund on the nugget meal & they came straight to us! Looking like McDonald's at fault here.... won't waste my money again with them as the last few times we've had issues!

The queue for the drive through never disappoints, it always gives me enough time to come to my senses and realise that I should have listened to my gut, and remained hungry.

Cheerful, not quite as cheap as before, you know what you will get at McDs

This is without a doubt the single worst McDonalds I have ever used! The lines are ridiculously long this mostly due to the painfully slow service also you have to double check your order before puling out of the drive through because it will be wrong! Do not bother to order on Uber Eats as the average delivery time is anywhere between 35 to 45 minutes even though the app says it will be with you within 20 minutes my advise just cook something yourself at least it will be warm and probably taste better also when your order arrives it will have items missing I have ordered using Uber 3 times and every time something has been missing from drinks to burgers to entire meals Avoid this place at all costs

The staff are always helpful here, they normally have a smile and are really friendly, I often see the same staff and they always seem welcoming. This is by far my favourite McDonald's and the food is normally hot and well made.

Absolutely disgusting one meal missing the rest was stone cold and the manager Jamie argued it was uber eats fault! We ordered through the McDonald’s App. He refused to refund money for missing items. Called himself the manager and refused to give full name because I said I wanted to make an official complaint about him not giving us what we paid for. Offered employees number then refused. Definitely not a manager someone called Jamie needs to redo his GDPR training as used it in completely wrong way. Absolute joke.

Went there because i heard the festive pies were back. At the end of the drive thru am told the pie will take a long time, and was offered a refund. If it's not quick and reliable then there really isn't much point going here

I am so fed up of ordering on uber eats and paying double the price for my food to come stone cold every single time! Absolutely awful, and furthermore ive called so many times and complained about the temperature that they have blocked my number! Very poor staff and customer service would not recommend to anyone!
