Great service really kind people food was lovey could not ask for any better

Nice food and great service from I believe jaz was her name? The young lass with dark hair was very kind and took the time with me as I have a stutter which makes it hard for me to talk fast but she took her time very well done to her !!!!

Fresh tasty pizza always made to perfection, Neil is always welcoming and very friendly. Just ads to the food when served with a smile… a genuine ambassador for the brand is Neil. Thanks

Sorry, but a waitress said my 7 year old couldn't eat his Happy Meal that we had purchased from McDonalds next door (as he does not like pizza) due to some 'allergens' waffle when I suspect the truth be known it's that they just do not like to have competitors food in their restaurant. Its not like my boy was throwing his food around everywhere or screaming about McDonalds, he was just sat quietly eating. We were prepared to order our own meals but when we were told he'd have to leave the premises to finish then we figured we would rather put our money elsewhere. We ended up at a lovely local pub and got an even better meal and supported a local business so it all worked out in the end but we won't be visiting a Pizza Express again.

We visited the outlet today with friends and my autistic little boy was finding it all very hard in the food hall. Neil was absolutely amazing. He was very helpful, giving my son time, showing him options but not too many etc. The understanding he had was amazing. Every one needs a superstar and in a tricky time today, he was ours! Massive thank you to him. The food was delicious too.

The server was Islamophobic and wasn’t serving us- they were not busy at all yet they chose to ignore us after we asked if they could take our order 0 starts absolutely terrible

The young woman working today really made my day. Customer service at its finest. So helpful and polite even brought us our cookie dough and ice cream over!! Lovely lady couldn't do enough for us. Will definitely be back due to this lady. Fabulous service I hope she is given recognition for being the face of your brand as she was brilliant.

Me and my husband called here for a bite to eat on our way home from an appointment we got the meal deal for 2 and it was lovely the service was good it was very busy as we had got there just after 12 but couldn't fault the service that we received will definitely come here again

Stone cold. The cheese was hard on the pizza and garlic bread, fries weren’t edible

It was late in the day, so can forgive the luke warm food, but the guy serving was clearly more concerned about reading his phone than service levels. Left this neutral as it wasn't enough to completely detract and I actually try not to leave negative reviews as that's the world we seem to be in. But think there is an improvement needed...

Limited choice, dire service from poorly trained staff. Food awful and the chicken supreme had two very small pieces of chicken in. The entire 6” pizza! Choice of only four toppings what a farce. Don’t bother wasting your time here , “nil points” Avoid at all costs I wish had! One star is one too many.

Fast food and perfect temperature! Would definitely revisit. I recommend the vegetarian supreme with seasoned fries and BBQ sauce.

Pizza toppings were well spread- to standard! Must have been a well trained BOH. Cheesy bite bites needed more time to proof up before putting in the fridge however they were well cheesed. From two Pizza Hut girlies xxx

Absolutely shocking. Can’t order a 6” pizza unless it’s a meal deal, I didn’t want fries and I can’t drink the fizzy drinks as all contain aspartame and it causes flare ups of my fibromyalgia & ME. Also wanted garlic bread and they said they’d have to go check out back, said in such away that made us feel like we couldn’t ask. Absolutely shocking customer service and will not be returning.

This was a fabulous restaurant to dine in at, where all the options are presented clearly at the counter! The service was very fast from the staff, who were also nice and gave me a tray for the meal. I enjoyed a meal deal of a delicious Stuffed Crust Pizza with Fries and a Tango filled up from the drinks machine that was priced reasonably, relaxing at a clean table!

The lovely dlfemale manager went above and beyond to accommodate a request, she was so helpful! Lovely food and super quick

Came here with my wife on Thu 18/08/22 decided to have lunch in PIZZA HUT never again after paying found out all the cold drink dispensers was broken apart from just one the pepsi one which we got but was very warm mentioned this to a member of staff who did not seem to give a s##t after eating the pizza with no drink we decided to go to the fish shop next door who sold us two COLD drinks so we paid for drinks from pizza hut which we could not drink and cost us more to get drinks from anothere food outlet won't be using PIZZA HUT again also more customers was complaining about this same issue.

Tye chips were really nice and hot but the pepperoni pizza was a bit tasteless. The base was really soft and easy to eat.

What a joke of a place and service. Waited a full 25 minutes for our simple 2 pizza combo meal where's the 'express'. This is on a quiet Saturday afternoon. Absolutely no sauces available for any of the order either. Fries tasted old and lukewarm.

First time I've ever used an Express Outlet and I was pleasantly shocked. The food was fresh, quick and hot, staff were friendly and I was even happy with the price. Will happily use again.

It was so crowded, so we sat in a very tight place, and we didn't really eat comfortably. The food was fine, and the staff were good as well.

Fresh Pizzas & Chips. Had a meal for 2 and it was definitely value for money. The young lady serving on the front had a slot of running around to do but she dealt with customers with great energy and smile. £9.99 for 2 pizzas, chips and two drinks cooked fresh ,I bet can't ask for more.

They are so slow I could probably walk to York and back and would still wait for my 6inch pizza. Most incompetent stuff ever.

A member of staff embarrased my 75 year old mother after she sat at an empty table one of many and was told she had to go stand at the entrance and wait to be shown to a table we left and didn't experience the place or the pizzas

Went on Saturday evening and the service was very slow. Took over half an hour to receive the order and it wasn't that busy. Food was good though.

We had the family deal. 4 pizzas, 4 chips and soft drinks. The chips are delicious and pizza hot and tasty. Recommend

Bar prices, teetering on extortionate at wedding reception, cleanliness good and helpful cheery staff. Quite difficult getting lift to car park, 3 lifts only 1 goes to car park, no stairs. Prices on rooms can change dramatically daily, beware.

20 minutes for fast food. Had to go back and ask for my food, they apologised but everyone else was getting theirs first. Didn't order anything different off the menu. Needs more time management

Unmotivated staff, poor communication skills, slow service - pizza ok, nothing special

Good selection of toppings and seemed friendly enough. It was a quiet lunchtime though and we seemed to be waiting ages. I asked and pizza came straight away, but was cold when we went round the corner to eat it ( 2 mins tops) suppose I should have gone back but didn't want to wait again. Must admit it was still very tasty though.

The food was nice but the staff were not really bothered about their job. I was stood waiting while one lad behind the counter finished =his conversation with tow of his mates before serving me.

Always enjoy pizza with my Nephew, they do a lovely small pizza, perfect for little fingers.
