Nice pizza and very friendly staff

I recently visited the Pizza Hut location at EPSOM, and I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service provided by the ANDREW From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a friendly welcome, which set a positive tone for my dining experience.

I ordered garlice slices tear and share it was totally under cooked. Not cut even seem like they gave flat n undercooked pizza dough

Avoid at all costs. Share and tear was stuck to the paper in box making it unremoveable without the packaging become part of the food (the white underside is the packaging!). Also the pizza was very greasy. Me and my 2 kids were ill after eating the pizza. Complained and they didn't even refund the tear and share even though I have proved the side was inedible! Shocking customer service from Pizza Hut.

Taste like eating rubbish. No flavour very thin crust. Salad just thrown on and to much cheese. No extra sauce with a pizza. £21 wasted. Only up side was the garlic bread was nice.

New Yorker was really tasty, best pizza on the menu I would say! Took a little time to order and shame you can't do half and half with it but good puzza non the less

Food never turned up and no one answers the phone

I have been served very respectful and nice by the lady working there. Food was very very tasty and the feeling I had after talking to her put a smile on my face.thank you Mioara .

I changed branches and started ordering from here, on the basis that the pizzas and staff are of a better standard than other branches. The staff are super nice, and they are willing to go that extra to make sure you are happy. The pizza's have turned out amazing each time, and my family comment on how they taste better than other branches. Very satisfied. Thank you!

Throughly impressed, food was delicious!

I'm a bit late at writing a review but I want to say what great customer service I received after having my order delivered at a different address! Not only did they agree to upgrade my order free of charge but they threw in chicken strips as well! Really happy with the turnaround!

The employees there just ignore you if you walk in so try and avoid that if you can. It's best to order for collection if you're local. Usually have decent deals going on too. Pizza has always been cooked properly and they've never messed up our order so no complaints there

They need to sort out their service, was waiting at till to be served for 5 min and nobody came, all chatting in back so left and went to a different place.

Another Friday night where there are no drivers. Managed to start placing an order, but get to payment and they have turned off delivery. What is going on with your staffing issues? Sort them out. When we do finally get to place an order, it's so hit and miss. Don't bother, you'll only be disappointed.

Fair-sized portions, quick delivery and better value for money than other pizza chains.

Can't believe how a branch can get things so wrong if you want to wait outside fir nearly 50 minutes because they get your order wrong not just once but twice then this is the place to come👍👍👍 maybe concentrate on the people trying to order food and not the 30 moped drivers that keep barging there way past everyone waving there phones in your face.

Ordered 2 large pizzas, 1 medium and garlic bread. It didn’t arrive when expected so we called and spent 15mins on the phone to track it down. We were assured that, despite the delays, the pizzas would arrive hot and fresh. 1.5hrs after ordering, it finally arrives cold and missing half the order. As I write this, we’re awaiting the rest of the order but I’m not holding my breath!

Why do you not answer your phone???

Absolutely tasteless. There was barely any tomato sauce on mine. We ordered the classic crust which is supposed to be a thin crust but if what they delivered is considered a thin crust I can't imagine how thick a thick crust must be like. Some of the slices were mostly just crust. Very disappointed. Never again.

I never went there false information. No where to say you didn't go there. Bout I wouldn't visit anyway

Quick and easy but large pizzas looked a bit small

Useless I can buy a pizza from dominos and order a curry for collection. But can’t here ?

Below average pizza that has little relation to Italian pizza. No better than cheapo high Street pizza brands. Lesson learned, avoid.

Extremely late delivery. Cold pizza and no apology. What more could you want.

Fantastic service and fair prices

Totally useless, took my order in person said it would be 15 mins waited 40 minutes when I got home which was three minutes away it was stone cold. Tried to call but they didn't pick up multiple times. I was pretty angry so instead of marching down there I am writing this review.....

We ordered cookie dough and some nachos at 23:00 and waited almost 2 hours for the pizza before just giving up

Helpful and courteous staff, always happy to come up to the flat - unlike another popular pizza delivery service in Epsom. When they forgot our pizza they came back with it and a free one as well.

Lovely pizza but sometimes it comes too cold.the sides are lovely though.good wings and nachos.

Sunday buffet listed Some pizzas but on the one on the table also the temperature of most of them was very cold the manager said he only has to do a check on the table temperature not on the food itself but 78 degrees once a day very unhelpful manager didn't even want to give his name so you must know that you was in the wrong somewhere

The pizza topping was uneven half of the portion was loaded with cheese and the other half with less chicken . Will not go back .

Placed an order for collection, paid £25. When we got the pizza home, it was all stuck to the bottom of the box so we couldn't eat half of it and it was undercooked. Called to make a complaint, the first person struggled to understand what I was saying and the second person pretended like they couldn't hear me and put the phone down. Tried ringing back for the last 10mins and no answer. RIDICULOUS.

Sau đó hắn kéo thiếu nữ 17 tuổi ra khỏi cửa hàng và rời khỏi khu vực trên. Cuối cùng, thiếu nữ 17 tuổi đã bị đâm và cưỡng hiếp. Cảnh sát sau đó đã bắt giữ kẻ đồi bại này khi hắn ta đang ở trong một khu vui chơi giải trí vào 10h50 ngày hôm sau và sau đó cảnh sát cũng tìm thấy thiếu nữ đã bị đâm vào bụng.
