Papa John's Pizza in Epsom and Ewell

Very delicious pizza ever, customer service was very good. I really like it. And also fast service.

Ordered a pizza, payment taken, then got a message store was closed. Called the next day and was told I would get a refund in 2-3 days. Still waiting for my refund over 2 weeks later....

Doesn’t even deserve one star, ordered the Philly cheese steak, no meat on the pizza it was basically a garlic bread with a bit of onion on it, not worth the price

Ordered a delivery and am now a convert. The pizza was at my door within 20 minutes and was roasting hot. Generous toppings, really tasty and a 50% discount code on the site. I must admit, I found it difficult not having my usual from domino's but i am so impressed that this is going to be my new pizza go to. Flawless.

Worst pizza and worst service I've ever had. Will not be going back. Gone are the days when Papa Johns was even half decent.

Food ordered 20:01 according to tracker, cooked by 20:08, checking quality and slicing for my convenience took 10 minutes? Out for delivery 20:18. Then at 20:29 tracker says enjoy............. No food. tracker advised me to call if food not arrived in 5 more minutes. I gave it ten.... called the shop, manager lied saying food just left. Food arrived 20:45. Delivered by the same kid on a scooter I'd seen five minutes earlier riding past twice. Food was, warm, not hot. Halloumi were over cooked and cold. I've used Papa Johns many times ove the years. Not this branch and am unlikely to be a return customer. Not even the late delivery, more the lies told on the phone. Oh yes, and I live 8 minutes away from the shop.

Really poor service. Always late cold and unhelpful over the phone. They need to sort it out

Dont answer there phones. Called them about multiple times for about 30 minutes straight, no one person picked up

Took the order but never delivered and phone always unavailable..

Made everybody ill after eating it and today is even worse. Something was wrong with it. Ordered a few times and hasnt been the best but this time the effects are terrible.

Absolute wasted of time. Ordered our pizza at 11:05 pm for a delivery at 11:45pm by 11:50 no pizza came we called up the store they told us 15-17 minutes 20 minutes went by so I called again they told me driver is on the way will be there in 7 minutes another 15 minutes went by called again had complications with 2 store workers and the manager who told me they don’t have our order and haven’t had our order the whole time and can’t do anything as we are out of their deliver zone, we told the manager we was told 15 then 7 minutes and now you don’t have our order, He was absolutely useless and completely rude down the phone towards us. He kept arguing and cutting me off down the phone. Would stay away from epsom papa johns at all costs!

This was the worst pizza ever avoid this branch, food disgusting and we had one piece and chucked the rest away. Never again

Just not as good as Dominos or Pizza Hut take away / delivery. The base was more doughy, the Italian sausage had an overwhelming fennel taste. The BBQ sauce base was sweet and nice but not evenly spread. Expected more and the charging for delivery is scandalous given margins made on pizzas. Won't be using them again.

Worst pizza we ever had from Papa John. Thin crust was nearly half of the slice. Absolutely not tasty and came cold. Never again,plenty other options.

Missed parts of order. Delivery driver said he would be straight back. 1 hr later. Nothing, when I rang the store they said they didn’t know. But then what wouldci like… was over it by that point - they wouldn’t just refund missing items. Poor form this!

We have never ordered anything but thin crust for our pizzas eating in or out my family can’t handle too much dough, When i called to tell them they got it wrong the employee female rudely insisted that’s what I ordered, after throwing it away I ordered from pizza express who got it right, and I didn’t have to repeat myself on every detail of the order 3 to 4 times. £40 + in the bin thanks won’t be coming back and will advise everyone I know to do the same, as I said I would! H/O get your staff upto standard not fair on my young children to wait another hour for their food!

They are now charging £1.99 on all deliveries - even if you spend over £14.99 on your order. Just not worth it when there are so many other options around.

Terrible customer service from the lady manager!she should be educated enough with customer's needs and demand with the food that theyre offering. And not giving a bad / rude attitude! Ive expected more 🤷🏻‍♀️ but its just a pizza store! Nothing special to it and will never go back!

really surprised people are saying this place has 'good pizza'. got the 'feed the family' deal on Saturday. Very underwhelmed by the quality and taste of the Pizza. The gluten free base was also very average. Sorry Papa John's, other Pizza outlets in the area (Dominos, Fireway, Caprinos) are all head and shoulders above you!

They have best customer service and always look after for better ingredients and they are doing best deals..

Always I receive fresh toppings on the pizza. Vegetarians must try thank you papa john...!

Papa johns is very addictive. I have started ordering a lot. Perfect amount of toppings and cheese. If you ever fall then fall for Papa Johns Pizza.

Revolting. Uncooked dough and spongey chicken. First and last order. Still feel grim thinking about it. Also was late.

Avoid , seems to be understaffed or lack of drivers. From the other reviews mainly one star one can see a recurring theme. Staff lied and said pizza was on route. I could have walked and picked it up faster. One hour delivery time!!!

Don't recommend at all. 1hr and 30mins for a cold pizza. I only live 10mins away. No apology from management, after I called 3 times. Was told at one point that the guy was outside my door. Didn't realise Casper the ghost delivered pizzas!! They gave no explanation or an apology . I will not be using them again! Awful experience.
