Pepe's in Epsom and Ewell

We order 157 pound food.but very disappointed.food quality was very bad.there is no tomato,cucumber mayonnaise inside.only chicken and latus and little sauce.we throw all the food in bin.we never order again.and should be take action about there food .also the chips were very light and uncooked.also the mayonnaise was very tiny.I don't understand how possible this.we order for 11 people in our ifter time.My all friend was disappointed

These guys are so good and very friendly + kind too and to much professional.. Guys believe me the CHICK N RICE and PASTA LE VASTA is absolutely AMAZING trust me! (Tip - Try mango/lime and hot flavour mix). I am Lovinggggggg itt.

Hot and Fresh food. Top notch clean store. Amazing customer service. If you are trying for the first time the staff is very understanding and help you choose the flavours and for first time the person gave me 2 new dips to try. didn't even charge me for those two dips as I was trying it for the first time I mean such a cute team and wonderful people.. Guys try the grilled chicken and the chicken rice.

The service here is spectacular, every time I come here after the gym the staff are wonderful and I honestly think it’s one of the best restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. Ordered 5 wings and chips, paid for 5 wings and chips, instead they gave us 4 soggy wings in a bag, no chips in sight. It’s comical, it’s so bad it’s borderline funny.

I am from Italy and I know about good great flowers when eat come to food... These guys are so good si friendly kind and professional! and they chicken and rise and pasta is absolutely at a gourmet standard trust me! I am addicted to it! 😅👏😉

Used to love this place, we must have ordered 20-30 times with them over 2 years, but it's gone very downhill the last 2 weeks. We've ordered twice since and the foods been delayed 1.5-2 hours with no courtesy call. When we called last time they said a driver was assigned, then had to chase them again for them to say they were literally picking it up, then we cancelled after 30 more minutes. This time they're not even answering their phone after trying twice. Awful customer service! (Tip - you can cancel just eat orders for free after 1-hour)

I’ve had a lot of chicken in my life, and I’d say 80% of that is peri peri chicken. I’m proud to say I have found the best by far and it lies within Pepe’s kitchen. The extra hot chicken wing almost brings tears of joy to me eyes, and when I see my peri peri pitta bread waiting for me on the side I feel as it I’m in heaven for a split second. Thanks

I was at the establishment making my purchase and came to the mall to serve a Deliveroo driver, mistreating him, I cancelled my order due to the lack of education of the employees at this mall!

Terrible place, horrible service, very rude staff, very rude with the deliveries. Worst place to visit in Epsom. Super bad service, the people who work there have no respect, they are arrogant. Horrible. HORRIBLE

Some of the employees make a lot of bad jokes and make fun of the drivers who pick up their orders there. Many of my fellow drivers and I avoid picking up their orders at this establishment because of the jokes they make on us. Some of the employees are extremely arrogant. If you order delivery at this restaurant, you will have to wait, as there is a long preparation time. We hope that this will be corrected by management.

I’m a food delivery rider, and I had a highly disappointing experience at this restaurant. It was raining heavily when I arrived to pick up an order, and I asked one of the staff members if I could use the restroom. I was told, ‘Drivers are not allowed to use the restroom; it’s for customers only.’ This lack of basic accommodation felt incredibly disheartening. Treating people with respect, especially those working to support your business, should be a standard, not an exception. Experiences like this reflect poorly on a restaurant’s values

They are rude with delivery riders

Had their food both in-store, and today ordered via Just Eat. The restaurant was quick to push out really good Grilled Chicken. Amazing flavours and portions! So yep, do recommend them!

The slowest service ever !! When ordering I had to allow min 30mins to collect. And although the shop was empty they started preparing my order after i arrived to the shop 30mins after my order .overall 45 mins to collect after ordering. Really ?

I was there 50p extra for the chicken breast I waited too long and not even a knife, fork or sauce after they made the food prices so expensive I don't want to go back me and my friends because thinking too much money and too little service

I’be been there customer since they opened. Last time I’ve ordered and have been told to collect in next 15 minutes. As I went there in 20 minutes and they were then started preparing. And when I’ve asked why is that, one of the their colleague mentioned that they were busy. I wouldn’t posted If It happened once. It happened twice and they need to improve their services. If someone is going to read that review, see others reviews as well.

Wow! Ordered a takeaway half grilled chicken meal (Extra Hot) and it was banging! Poured the juice in the bag all over the chips!

They charged me 17:99 for 10 strips..it has to be £ 13:00..they clocked that straight away..staff were smiling and making jokes between them.when I confront them,they accepted it and refund me £5back..they think I was drunk..shame on you !!!that is a disgrace..honesty is a best policy..get that right you doggy business owners!!!that was on the 8th August and it was in Epsom brunch!!transaction was £17.98 and it was around 8pm..I never go back there..Such a bad costumer service!!!

today I got a chance to have food in Pepes first time and I was amazing with what a lovely food with good flavours which I was suggested by one of Till staff Hot and mango on chicken rice and what a Taste simply Wowwww….. definitely I would recommend it and will visit again for sure 👍

Last week we visited Pepe’s really had good time with an amazing food and kids really enjoyed it. Whole chicken with mix flavour Hot & Mango was soooo good in taste I would recommend it for everyone 🙌.

Ordered my food for pick up on the phone 15 minutes before and when I arrived they said they didn’t put my order through because I was driving even though I was on the phone to a lady for 3 minutes and 40 seconds.Then they said the number is not there to order food only for a “question”. My friend and I entered into the shop at the very last minute at the closing time. Although that the staff were very friendly and served us with the high attention. In addition, as my friend is vegetarian for her was prepared the food exacly she desired. I could sey, the food from the whole oreder was freshly prepared and very testy.

Ordered a quesadilla and chicken salad via Just Eat and I'm honestly just shocked on how awful the food is. The salad had so much brown liquid it's was swimming in it. Also packing chicken and salad together makes the salad warm and wilted. Literally a very small handful of chips and the quesadilla had a very small amount of filling. We definitely will not be ordering Pepe's again. Such a waste of money for awful food.

If it was possible I would have given 0. Yesterday they served me burnt chicken grilled when I raised my concern one of the lady servers came to fight with me stating that it wasn't burnt. It is like this. I told her I had this same food here so many times never it tasted this bitter. Instead of apologizing her reply was Oh I have never seen you before. I replied but I saw you here before. Then she was still arguing with me and all the other people inside the kitchen talking in their native language and staring at me. I packed my food and left the shop. I didn't ask for any apology or explanation just informed them that the food was burned. I paid them for the food, it wasn't free. I felt humiliated. It was my regular go-to shop. A ton of times I ordered online, and took take away but never going back again. Just would like to request the management team to train your staff at least to behave politely. It doesn't cost anything. Worst behaviour!!!!!!!

Amazing grilled chicken with mango sauce

Called about 8 times no joke, to order my food. They were rejecting the calls. At 6:30 o'clock I was going To order food for 6 people. 5 whole chickens and 6 rices and other bits. Then I drive there stand outside looking in ring the phone again I can see them physically turning the ringer off. So I got in my car and drove else where. I will Not be spending my money for that sort of service. Not profissional what so ever.

When I stopped by for food, it was a quiet time of the day. I did expect it to be busy, but that didn't matter. Food came hot and remained hot when I got home. Cold drinks in a seperate bag, so therefore did not make food cold. I got Mild seasoning for my food and it must be my taste buds as I still found it slightly spicy but that was not a big deal. Food tasted good. Would go back to try another meal. I got the chicken nachos. Good value for money

Please avoid at all cost. I was served raw chicken twice. The first time the lady that served me argued with me and second time the manager argued with me making excuses and denying the chicken was raw. I requested a refund for the appalling attitude toward food safety and was denied because they said I ate some of the wings. Of course I am going to eating some of the wings, I can’t read the future and predict I’m going to be served raw food again. Disaster and complete rip off. Avoid this place for disappointment and potential food poisoning!!!
