Wow! Ordered a takeaway half grilled chicken meal (Extra Hot) and it was banging! Poured the juice in the bag all over the chips!

They charged me 17:99 for 10 strips..it has to be £ 13:00..they clocked that straight away..staff were smiling and making jokes between them.when I confront them,they accepted it and refund me £5back..they think I was drunk..shame on you !!!that is a disgrace..honesty is a best policy..get that right you doggy business owners!!!that was on the 8th August and it was in Epsom brunch!!transaction was £17.98 and it was around 8pm..I never go back there..Such a bad costumer service!!!

today I got a chance to have food in Pepes first time and I was amazing with what a lovely food with good flavours which I was suggested by one of Till staff Hot and mango on chicken rice and what a Taste simply Wowwww….. definitely I would recommend it and will visit again for sure 👍

Last week we visited Pepe’s really had good time with an amazing food and kids really enjoyed it. Whole chicken with mix flavour Hot & Mango was soooo good in taste I would recommend it for everyone 🙌.

I’ve dine in last night spend about £70.00 there. Since last night I’m feeling sick and not well. Food was awful not taste at all and it took them 45 minutes to prepare. Team working inside very slow. Avoid the place.

Not great experience. Spend £45 just to be told you can't have any sauce. Food had no taste, and the staff was not helpful at all. There is a lack of training. After order I was told no whole chicken. Coming to chicken shop and no chciken. Just avoid this branch

Ordered my food for pick up on the phone 15 minutes before and when I arrived they said they didn’t put my order through because I was driving even though I was on the phone to a lady for 3 minutes and 40 seconds.Then they said the number is not there to order food only for a “question”. The staff there are not friendly and very rude

My friend and I entered into the shop at the very last minute at the closing time. Although that the staff were very friendly and served us with the high attention. In addition, as my friend is vegetarian for her was prepared the food exacly she desired. I could sey, the food from the whole oreder was freshly prepared and very testy.

I have been to pepe's restaurant few times , i 'd recommend it for everyone, its food is delicious i ordered Loaded fries , chicken wings ,chicken chees Quesadilla, its 10/10. Nice place , staff is very friendly. I am regular customer. I have always recommended it to my friends and they all have loved its food.

Ordered a quesadilla and chicken salad via Just Eat and I'm honestly just shocked on how awful the food is. The salad had so much brown liquid it's was swimming in it. Also packing chicken and salad together makes the salad warm and wilted. Literally a very small handful of chips and the quesadilla had a very small amount of filling. We definitely will not be ordering Pepe's again. Such a waste of money for awful food.

Over cooked food .staff member was rude.The manager apologised while we were leaving.

If it was possible I would have given 0. Yesterday they served me burnt chicken grilled when I raised my concern one of the lady servers came to fight with me stating that it wasn't burnt. It is like this. I told her I had this same food here so many times never it tasted this bitter. Instead of apologizing her reply was Oh I have never seen you before. I replied but I saw you here before. Then she was still arguing with me and all the other people inside the kitchen talking in their native language and staring at me. I packed my food and left the shop. I didn't ask for any apology or explanation just informed them that the food was burned. I paid them for the food, it wasn't free. I felt humiliated. It was my regular go-to shop. A ton of times I ordered online, and took take away but never going back again. Just would like to request the management team to train your staff at least to behave politely. It doesn't cost anything. Worst behaviour!!!!!!!

Lethargic service team ,overcooked chicken became so smoky and bitter .One think they know well ,That is to argue rather than taking constructive criticism .3rd time eating from here .last time the wings were so sour due to flooded lemon Juice .Horrible experience .

Amazing grilled chicken with mango sauce

Called about 8 times no joke, to order my food. They were rejecting the calls. At 6:30 o'clock I was going To order food for 6 people. 5 whole chickens and 6 rices and other bits. Then I drive there stand outside looking in ring the phone again I can see them physically turning the ringer off. So I got in my car and drove else where. I will Not be spending my money for that sort of service. Not profissional what so ever.

Order is now 50mins late, not even with the driver and no answer when trying to call the restaurant. Will be seeking a refund, as it’s a bit of a nonsense. If these guys get their act together, I will delete this review. If it remains, read in to that what you will.

And no help what so ever I called Pepe Pri Pri to tell them I’m allergic to tomatoes and not put in my wrap as when I order on just eat it doesn’t have a part where to leave messages on what your allergic to so they basically said they can’t change because they have made order yet I’ve paid for my food and allergic to tomatoes

When I stopped by for food, it was a quiet time of the day. I did expect it to be busy, but that didn't matter. Food came hot and remained hot when I got home. Cold drinks in a seperate bag, so therefore did not make food cold. I got Mild seasoning for my food and it must be my taste buds as I still found it slightly spicy but that was not a big deal. Food tasted good. Would go back to try another meal. I got the chicken nachos. Good value for money

Please avoid at all cost. I was served raw chicken twice. The first time the lady that served me argued with me and second time the manager argued with me making excuses and denying the chicken was raw. I requested a refund for the appalling attitude toward food safety and was denied because they said I ate some of the wings. Of course I am going to eating some of the wings, I can’t read the future and predict I’m going to be served raw food again. Disaster and complete rip off. Avoid this place for disappointment and potential food poisoning!!!

My favourite takeaway, excellent service everytime. Lovely burgers and fries, chicken is by far the best I have tried so far.

I really liked their grilled chicken especially wings with lemon and herb flavour , their chicken rice is also very delicious full of flavours , i really recommend their food which has reasonable prices and will visit again 👍.

I have been here a few times and i think its much better than Nando's. Ive even brought there peri powder and bottles of there sauce for at home. I get the whole peri chicken extra hot to share and peri fries and even there peri mayo or garlic mayo is so good. I would definitely go here and recommend trying it. There peri burger is nice too

The food is excellent, always cooked to perfection. Portions are generous, and the serving staff are friendly. Food sometimes is a little slow, having waited anywhere from 5-45 minutes for an order on occasion. Could use more seating and a little less violent lighting, but otherwise great for a takeaway.

Placed order was told it would be ready to collect at 8pm.....got there around 810pm and was told to wait another 10 mins. But I did get 4 extra chicken wings for free!!!!!!

In today's fast-paced world, good customer service and communication are essential for the success of any business. When a customer tries to reach out to a company and is unable to get through, it can create frustration and a negative impression of the company.

Food is tasty, lots of choice but you can wait a long time if its busy.

Probably the best place for a late night takeaway on Epsom high street. Tasty and fresh.

First time coming to Pepe’s Epsom, I have ordered Pepe’s spicy Rice with succulent strips of Piri Piri chicken it’s was delicious.

I will just give the one star for their staff today I have called Pepe's epsom to place order one girl pick up phone and talking rudely. That call ruined my saturday mood.

I ordered you 2 whole pepes chickens . They were packed and handed over to me , thanking me for choosing pepes for my order. Reached home and found out they only gave me 1 chicken. Disgusted I called and they gave a pathetic excuse that the new staff had NO idea what they were doing, I should come back to collect the chicken that was left on the counter. I doubt if I will risk ordering again unless I see what they are packing.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Arrived late. Items either incorrect or missing, a kid answered the phone with ‘hello’, had to ask for adult, basically told me I’m lying and then blamed the driver. Don’t waste your money

Unfortunately it was a extremely long waiting time of over 20 mins , which in that time 2 people after me got there food first, for a £2 chicken burger that tasted so cheap , it took about 5 cooks standing round one grill to cook my burger , if this shop wants to survive they need to have a re-evaluation , of there waiting time and invest in better quality of cooking ingredients , I won't be returning

Ordered take-out for dinner. Was impressed that they waited for us to arrive before freshly preparing chips as they tend to get soggy. Chicken was deliciously moist and perfectly seasoned. We are regulars at other Pepe’s and the food here was definitely some of the best. So glad they’re closeby and we’ll definitely be going again soon!

Went there on the weekend with friends. Great food quality and tastes amazing. I like the look of this new Pepe in Epsom with nice ambiance. They are new but hopefully with time they will improve their service time. Highly recommended

Where do I start, always loved Pepe . The new Epsom restaurant did not disappoint, the food is high quality and staff friendly. We had peri peri whole chicken and peri peri rice both were delightful. I’ll come again and encourage their new business.

Went there today as I was excited about this new opening in our area.I ordered chicken grilled burger and frustratingly it was pink from inside and undercooked.Fries were also soggy and under cooked. Total wait was awe-fully long around 25 minutes for takeaway. I would suggest them to improve quality .Morden branch is a good example. Probably I won’t return

I ordered their combo meal which includes chicken, wings and fries. The food was hot and fresh. Their wings and fries were the best I had recently. It is also inexpensive compared to similar places around. Would definitely go again.

Went for lunch and ordered a chicken burger. 20 minute wait and when I finally got it the burger was tiny and the ingredients were very low quality. Soggy cheap bread, processed chicken that tasted like a watery Iceland nugget and some sad, limp lettuce to accompany. My disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined.

I went on Sunday with family and tried their spicy wings and Whole chicken with peri peri fries which was delicious. Very good addition in epsom for food and i always prefer grilled food. It took time to get my order as i was expecting that because grill food takes time. Staff was friendly and tried to do their best i will definitely visit them more often

Me and my friend came at 11am thinking they would be open as it says on the signs on the front also online. However they were not open. We waited till 11:40 to see if they would open however they were still closed. Yes they are new but they should at least open on time if they want customers to come. Because of this we had to go Taco Bell next door. Very disappointed

Very good addition to Epsom, the staff seemed very nice and excited about the new restaurant. Food was good, the service was slightly slow and they messed up my order which is expected for a new restaurant but it will definitely improve with time.
