Best customer service Fresh and hot food

10/10 earlier than said which was great for hungry children!🤣

Ordered 2 large pizzas on the £10 any size deal, they delivered 2 medium pizzas and wouldn’t correct it because their glitchy app fed it through as 2 medium pizzas. I was a regular customer, from now on I’ll use domino’s

Have a clear sign on my door that says 'NO JUNK MAIL PLEASE' and you still keep on posting me your menus.

Ordered from their website pizza was delicious and hot too had a bad experience ordering from papa johns the other night think ill stick with pizza hut now

Honestly, really bad service. My daughter loves the New York pepperoni pizza, so forces me to order from here every so often. 4 times (out of probably 6 orders) in the last year the order has been over an hour late. That obviously means the pizza is stone cold when it arrives. They never pick up the phone when you call to ask where the pizza is. They don’t respond to complaints.often get orders wrong, or leave stuff out. I had one time where the pizza was over 2 hours late, and I ended up going down there to pick it up. No refund for delivery fee. No apologies. Just moody teenagers, with no adult supervision.

After waiting over 90 minutes for my food to arrive (this was the estimated delivery time) I had to call the restaurant who claim never to have recieved my order and they told me I could wait an hour for them to send something out. They told me to contact just eat for a refund. Absolute shambles as if a 90 minute wait wasn’t bad enough on the first place.

Close whenever they feel like it turn off online orders and do not answer the phone says it closes at 11 but no one answers at 9

Lack lustre service were rang to order for collection. Upon arrival pretend never heard of me. Although I heard someone in the kitchen to the side saying he hasn’t paid over the phone so we don’t do it. This is even though I offered to pay over the phone but was told it’s okay to pay on arrival. 20 minute drive for nonsense customer service. I’ll take my custom else where

Ice cream and dips we had paid for missing. Pizza wasn't cut. Said delivered before food had even arrived and when it did arrive it was late.

Delivery was good. Brownie was delicious and ate that first so my ice-cream did not melt. A little disappointed with my pizza. No garlic powder on the crust and the toppings did not fill the pizza. Tasted good, but disappointed.

Really disappointed tonight. Pizza was so soggy and the bottom just fell apart. Too much veg produces too much water. The cheese was not melted in parts either. I paid 18 pounds for a disgusting soggy mess. What a waste of money.

Excellent as always and you can always trust the gluten free pizza.

Had a few from here since my last review. Go for collection is my best advice. Delivery can taker a while and may be cold, I don't mind cold pizza but the huts are meant to be professional pizza makers they shouldn't send it cold and late.

Collected 2 pizzas, thought id contracted covid as they had no taste, ate half of each and threw the rest in the bin.

Make sure you check your pizza is cooked before you leave. We've had a few soggy ones which we couldn't eat. Resolution team gave us some slices .. but no refund until I fought for it . We had one yesterday though that was perfect so perhaps they got the oven sorted

Food wasn’t good, delivery was late and the idiot delivery driver just left it at the door to get cold without even knocking, will not be ordering from Pizza Hut again

Late. Cold. Wrong. Will never order from here again. The food was an HOUR LATE, it was cold and it was wrong. I ordered and paid for cheesy garlic bread as a starter and standard turned up. The pizza was cold and soggy. The deliverer was grumpy too and I found him wandering about outside.

I am a regular customer but this time very disappointed. Hardly cooked dough so not very edible or enjoyable. Disappointed

Hard to find the right place to write this, the pizza was fine, the price was premium, but the delivery guy took it to the wrong house so I end up with a tepid pizza presented to me by an irate stranger from down the street. Certainly a disappointment at the price.

We were waiting for our pizza and it never came. We also had an email saying the pizza was delivered. We then called them an hour after ordering and they said that they lost our order. We finally got a phone call (1 day later) saying that our pizza was delivered but no one was home

The pizza was overdone, I only got 1 of the 3 garlic dips I ordered and they missed out the double cookie dough. I told the driver it was missing he said he would go back and get it ordered and it should be with me in 20 minutes, he never came back. So basically I am down £9.99. I won't be ordering from here again!

if you like faux pizza, give it a try, affordable, taste good, hot or cold, friendly service, easy to order, nothing special, filled up!

My buzzer wasn’t working on my flat so they rang text and emailed. I did realise when I rang they were kind. When the delivery person dropped off the food back again he was friendly and polite.

Great delivery service, always on time and food is always hot. My favourite takeaway especially for the cookie dough! We ordered the new ultimate cookie dough and it did not disappoint - look at the size of it next to a large pizza!

My delivery arrived with items missing. My ice cream wasn’t there, the lovely driver though went back for it, when I went upstairs again I realised the other drink wasn’t there so when the driver got back with my ice cream I mentioned the drink that hadn’t been delivered the poor man had to go back again for the 2nd drink. I tried to ring Pizza Hut and they hung up on me. The delivery driver though was a legend. Won’t ever order again though.

So my food basically just didnt show up, when I called to get an update on how long it would be after it was already 20 minutes late, no one answered the phone!

My pizza arrived with jalapeños on it this was not as ordered. Also the pizza had meat on it which was not in the description! I am vegetarian who does not like spicy food. I cannot eat this pizza!

Pizza Hut beat all other pizza places hands down. This particular hut always makes excellent pizzas cooked to perfection and delivered quickly still hot. Delivery via the app or website is particularly good and saves finding cash for delivery driver.

I have just had to worst experience ever, we went and ordered our pizza. The man taking our order took no notice of us and did not listen at all. I asked for a meat feast but with no pepperoni, he just ignored this request and I ended up with a pizza that was 80% pepperoni and the a small sprinkle of everything else. We were not offered any of the offers and the discount was not given. I was not untill we questioned the price that we got the collection discount. I am disappointed with the whole experience and will never be back and I will positively discourage anyone else visiting

Hot pizza delivered quickly and only £6 each. We're now converted from Dominos after a bad experience with a late, cold pizza last time we placed an order!!!
