Pizza Hut Delivery in Scarborough

After waiting over an hour, I called the store and was placed on hold for several minutes. When I finally spoke to someone, I was told my order had left "some time ago" but that the driver was struggling to find my address. When the food arrived, the bag had no heat or steam, and upon opening the items, they were barely warm. I immediately informed the driver that I was unhappy with the temperature. I called the store again and spoke to a lady who initially seemed helpful. However, when I questioned the inconsistency in the timelines provided by different staff members, she became dismissive. She claimed to had prepared and sent the order herself, yet the app showed it had been packed over 20 minutes before delivery. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, she simply said “sorry” and offered no resolution. After I stated that I would not be ordering again, she responded with “that’s fine” and abruptly wentto end the call. When I requested to speak to a manager, she claimed to be the manager but refused to provide her name before hanging up. I then attempted to call back multiple times over the next 40 minutes, but my calls were ignored. This level of customer service is unacceptable. If this is how complaints are handled, it is no surprise that customers choose to take there buisness elsewhere.

Absolutely disgusting! ordered pizza and weddges , pizza greasy hard and chewy . Could not eat at all and the wedges half cooked . never again go to dominos they never disappoint.

Ordered for collection. Ready on time, all the order was correct. Acknowledged by staff straight away and the food was lovely! Will definitely go back again.

Why does a Pizza Hut shut at 21:45?

Half of the food was missing. Calling them took time as they didn't answer few calls and cut me off couple of times.

Pizza Hut has always been our go to Pizza takeaway. Unfortunately the Scarborough Site did not deliver the expected quality takeaway experience. Hardly any cheese, too much garlic salt, and very dry. Very disappointing! 😔

Yum. Pizza Hut. Hot, relatively quick and almost always good offers so not as expensive as you might think. If you're staying on or around the esplanade with kids (or just fat adults), it's a no brainer.

Delivery guy was excellent as always, despite having to carry such a large order.

First time ordering here, delivery was great. Food was out of this world a bit pricey but 110% worth it the man who delivered my food was incredibly lovely and polite 110% recommend

I always enjoy a Pizza Hut pizza as quality has always been consistent but sadly not this time. We had to collect and had ordered a large stuffed crust half in half. The crust and base was just wrong. It did not taste like it should and was flat and shiny. The toppings were overcooked and the fries and onion rings just dry and tasteless. Not up to usual standard.

Inadvertently ordered close to their closing time and when I realised, I expected my order to be cancelled but it wasn't. The food was lovely and the deals I was able to take advantage of certainly made my wallet happy. Also special shout-out to the delivery driver who was courtesy and wonderfully friendly, certainly a lot better than most delivery drivers I deal with from other establishments.

Food was great as always. Arrived hot. Unfortunately it did arrive 30 minutes late though, which was disappointing.

The food was absolutely diabolical! What a waste of money will never have Pizza Hut again. Genuinely only had 2 slices of pizza out of 2 large pizzas would prefer a refund and you to take the food back cheese was almost like plastic disgusting and livid I’ve wasted my money🤮

Very poor service. I will not order from Pizza Hut again. The late delivery spoiled an evening with mates. When I phoned to find out why my food was late, I was greeted with 'it is what it is' attitude. When I explained that I would be leaving a bad review the response was.... 'yeah whatever... goodbye'. Well done Pizza Hut.

Never normally had any issues with this restaurant. But tonight my order arrived at least five minutes after the latest estimated delivery time, there had been no updates from the restaurant until my order was finally delivered and my order was lukewarm at best which was disappointing. The delivery driver was perfectly friendly but sadly the restaurant let themselves down which is disappointing as they're usually very good.

I usually don't leave reviews, but seeing as the other pizza places were closed I decided to give Pizza Hut another try. I'm so glad I did! It was hot (not warm) on delivery and was delicious, I'll definitely be ordering again in the future.

Ordered 4 pizzas at 5pm for 7pm delivery. Arrived bang on time on a busy Easter Saturday evening. Perfect pizzas - recommended!

Only one bottle of Pepsi Max instead of three, driver said she would go back and get them and never saw her again. Also no dip with the order.

Food was 90 minutes late, it had an estimated delivery time of 25-40 mins when I ordered. An hour and 20 later it finally arrived. No txt update from the restaurant even though requested. Had to then call them twice,advised it had left the restaurant 20mins later had to phone again. Terrible service.

Fabulous customer service fast delivery

Going deaf, they send round some young girl who taps so lightly on my door I can hardly hear it, with a doorbell very loud right next to it. Try telling her this she goes back crying. Never again this place, plenty more delivery drivers who have the common sense to ring a doorbell.

I used to get my Lunch from here sometimes for myself and friends, but unfortunately can no longer justify spending £25 on a single Pizza alongside the maliciously priced deals to trick you into spending more for less.

We pre ordered, and food was delivered bang on time and lovely and hot.

I ordered 2 pizzas, garlic bread and some potato wedges. The pizzas were all wrong and sloppy! The garlic bread was just crusty bread with butter!! Like how can you charge such high prices with this low quality of food won't be ordering from there again waste of money!

Ordered from Ramshill.. took advantage of the delivery to car service outside drop off. Rang to tell them we were there and she seemed baffled by what we were asking! Attitude wasn't called for .. rolling her eyes as she walked away!!!

Great staff and service, food cooked fresh, really good stuff. 2 topping medium pizza and a drink for 4.99 collection before 4 is a great deal. Very friendly, the delivery service is also good, never received a cold pizza or wrong/missing items.

Food is okay if a little expensive. Often, this Pizza Hut will accept the order and then cancel it later on saying they have no drivers! Very poor customer service. Avoid, if you want your food.

Placed order at 18:00 for delivery at 18:40. Finally had delivery at 19:35 pretty much an hour late. Marked service as alright due to apology from delivery driver. Food was fine arrived hot just very very late

Told the order would be 45 mins. Rang after an hour and a half and they said they're busy, they were just going to start making it then. If they said it would be over 2 hours we wouldn't have ordered it. Asked if there is anything they could do for me he said no. Won't go again and I've been going here for years!! This is your mess.

Not much to say here. It's Pizza Hut. Food was prepared quickly, hot, correctly. Only thing I would say is that the menu is slightly reduced compared to a dine-in Hut, but I suspect that's true of all their takeaway-only sites. So no GOAT for us. But very happy with the usual Pizza Hut quality.

Was a little late but the fact they even delivered to our door on the holiday park (half expected a call to go to reception to pick it up) is pretty amazing in itself, and you always know your getting quality pizza with pizza hut

Says my food was delivered at 18.15 but my estimated delivery was 6.10 - 6.30 at 6.30 the app said enjoy your food I rang restaurant and they said it was on its way finally turned up at 7pm was cold and dry but ate it because we were hungry

Ordered it for 8.45 came 1 hour early didn't get the extra topping I ordered and paid for so would mind but it's really not cheap

Wrong pizza was delivered.. then took a while for the right one to be sent out. All in all for the first time ever ordering from pizza hut I can safely say it will be the last.
