Pizza Hut Delivery in Basingstoke and Deane

SHOCKING AVOID AT ALL COSTS If i could leave 0 stars i would. Order never arrived which i was already frustrated with but i understand sometimes things go wrong so i contacted customer services the next day with proof of receipt and explained what had happened. After receiving a response i was told they were going to contact the hut i ordered from to resolve this for me, but then received an email stating the hut confirmed my order was delivered. I have a ring door bell that proves nothing was delivered to the address i ordered from so replied back stating this again i was told this would be looked into and they would contact me afterwards. They emailed back after four days saying the exact same thing that the hut had confirmed my delivery and completely disregarded me stating i had proof otherwise. They are quite literally lying to me and refusing to refund me my order! So not only did i go hungry that night and was left out of pocket i am now having my integrity questioned after being a loyal customer for years! My order was placed on the 9th of october and i am writing this review on the 22nd yet still no resolution, just horrific customer service and me being refused my money back for an order i never received that i quite literally have proof of. This used to be my go too for pizza takeaway but now i would avoid pizza hut as a company at all costs after this experience. STAY AWAY!

The cheese on the pizza was very tangy taste to it and that kitkat sundae was too sickly and the sauce was very runny

Ordered on Saturday 14th September. Order was wrong, which we refused as we did not want someone else's food. Called them up to explain and was told they did not believe me and would ask the driver. She called me back to apologise and said they would remake my order from scratch as it was cold and could not be served. Would be 20 mins. 10 mins later, barely warm chewy food arrived which had clearly been reheated and not made fresh as promised. Essentially the worst food order I have ever received. I considered reheating the food again, but was concerned over bacteria issues. I was offered a complimentary item to follow and a second apology.

Not one for leaving review but the two ladies on shift tonight hold a tight ship, I've not been to pizza hut for quite some time but tonight has been great 👍💯

Order never arrive. After calling them after the arrival time. It was marked as delivered when it wasn’t. Avoid this place.

Had a large stuffed crust half and half veg supreme and sizzler. It was delicious and the delivery guy was polite. Will order again.

Nice food and fine service & Friendly staffs.

Ordered 4 chocolate chip cookie dough desserts. Got one white chocolate chip cookie dough which was not ordered. Two of the ice cream tubs were also missing. When we called the store, we were told that they have run out of ice cream. The items should have been removed from menu rather than accepting the order and the payment but shipping incomplete orders. The staff did not offer any refunds neither was very friendly. Their best offer was that they will ship the missing ice cream with our next order. What use are a couple of ice cream pots without cookies. Absolutely appalling service. This beach should be reported to Pizza Hut main office.

The food was good and tasty and the wait time was not long. Would order from them again

food never arrived. person on phone lied and told me it was en route. in fact it wasn't even being cooked. barely an apology and no effort to actually cook the food even though the restaurant was still open for 30 more minutes. disgraceful

We ordered a vegetarian pizza, but a meat one was delivered. When we called the restaurant to explain the issue, they said "so what do you want" in response to my explanation of what happened, refusing a refund, telling me I was wrong, they don't do the pizza we want, and being incredibly rude.

Received the wrong order. When phoned the costumer service was appaling. When we explained the woman just kept saying 'what do you want . Also they didn't have what we ordered. So why didn't they phone to let us know . Also we were sent a pizza which we didn't know if it was meat or not as we ordered a plant base pizza. Then to be told we couldn't have a refund and it took some doing to have a replacement pizza. By the way the replacement pizza never showed up. So we spent £20 on a pizza that we never got or got a refund. But we did get really awful and useless customer service. The delivery guy was good . Took our money got the wrong order no refund and no replacement pizza. £ 20 down and a ruined Saturday night thanks alot pizza hut . You are rubbish!

I entered the restaurant but nobody was on reception people were busy inside I waited for long then I placed ordered for medium Magritte without garlic but got large with garlic I asked the girl to call manager she told me that she is manager here lastly lady in headscarf not only got my order properly but also told me all crusts which was a good experience but this time little girl was in hurry and to my surprise claimed to be a manager never going to visit this restaurant again.

If you like your grease, this is the place to order from. Pizza Hut in the UK is by miles the worst Pizza Hut I have tried in my life. Why is there so much oil?? What Pizza Hut is doing to rectify that? Nothing.

Cold and the mac and cheese was burnt

Ordered a delivery and got it on time. Food was piping hot and crispy. This sweet elderly man came and greeted me with my order and left a complementary note on the box. Normally do deliveroo or uber eats and you get nice people, very friendly but this guy was on a whole nother level. Mad props

Terrible, took 2 hours to arrive. Wouldn’t have come at all if I didn’t call twice on the second call almost 2 hours after the order they said it was just in the oven the previous call half an hour earlier I was told it was sent out for delivery 10 minutes ago. Clearly missed or delivered my order elsewhere as the delivery time at the time of order was 20-30 minutes.

Food was delayed twice and has arrived cold

I got a delivery today, on the box I got a cute little note saying enjoy your evening, thank you for your order and if I could leave a review, I thought that was such a nice little touch. Also what made me want to right a review anyway. It got delivered through just eat, very quick delivery and kind service, and very good quality pizza!!!

Been getting Pizza Hut for 10 years now and honestly they have some really good pizzas and the customer service always has been good as well.

Food was delivered 70 minutes after the latest ETA, called to chase up the order and was fobbed off, everything was luke warm at best and tasted bland, would not recommend.

Sides were OK... ish. Don't order the wedges... but pasta cheese isn't too bad. Wasn't macaroni, but at least it was hot. Pizza on the other hand... shameful. So over cooked I should have bought one from the shop and ruined it myself. Won't bother again. Better options

The poor delivery driver was given all the wrong things with wrong orders on. We had to rummage through his bag to find the pizza that was actually mine.
