Pizza Hut Delivery in Basingstoke and Deane

The pizza was delivered hot, the driver was friendly. The pizza was perfect, seasoned well. Exactly what was needed on a rainy night 🙂

it took an hour and 20 minutes to arrive and when it did it was cold. the toppings were piled in the lumps around the pizza. hardly any cheese and all of the sides were ice cold

Staff was attentive when I popped in. Saw that they had a ‘my box’ lunch deal (9” pizza with a side) for £3.99. I thought, “wowzer! I’ll have that!” Staff was very helpful in offering premium upgrades for an additional £3 so I ended up getting a pepperoni and nduja pizza with hot&spicy chicken strips. Yummers - can’t wait! Was told it would be about 15 mins wait. I returned in 10 mins, it was ready! I tucked straight into my piping hot chicken club pizza! It was very delicious, the bacon was crispy and the tomatoes were fresh! The chicken tenders were also scrumptious, not dry, and had a nice crunch. They were definitely lacking any heat and spices; needed chilli or peppers as they were quite bland. I was offered a free dip, that I should’ve gotten with this meal, to write this review which was very generous of them.

Very serious guys and very quick deliver

Seriously how hard is it to take a simple order. Tonight 28/12 I was on the phone to a gentleman to place a very easy order. 3 times I tried and 3 times he had to start all over again. It’s not difficult to understand the difference between ham and mushrooms. The word doesn’t even sound the same!!!! Over 30 mins…… I gave up and ordered dominoes instead. Useless and incompetent. Wouldn’t even give him a zero.

We already ordered pizza here 3 times, and it is always hot, delicious, and with plenty of toppings! The staff that delivers the pizza is always friendly too. We always order directly from their website, and there's always so many offers to choose from!

Food was hot but very very greasy. Took nearly 2 hours to be delivered despite the App saying 30-50 mins. Contacted restaurant over an hour in and was told it hadn’t even been cooked yet and told me to wait.

Always a Delicious Experience! Pizza Hut never disappoints! The pizzas are always fresh, loaded with toppings, and perfectly baked. The crust has just the right amount of crunch, and the cheesy goodness is irresistible. I also love their variety of sides and desserts – the garlic breadsticks and brownies are a must-try!

Tastiest pizza i have ever eat bny pepproni

I recently ordered takeout from Pizza Hut Basingstoke South and went to the shop to collect it. The experience was fantastic! The vegetarian pizza was freshly made, packed with vibrant, flavorful toppings, and had a perfectly crispy crust. The staff at the shop were friendly and efficient, ensuring my order was ready on time and handed over with care. The takeaway process was smooth and hassle-free, and the pizza was still hot and delicious when I got home. Highly recommend this location for great service and amazing pizza!

The pizza was great, however, I ordered and paid for extra pepperoni but there were still slices with a single piece on. There definitely wasn’t extra pepperoni!

SHOCKING AVOID AT ALL COSTS If i could leave 0 stars i would. Order never arrived which i was already frustrated with but i understand sometimes things go wrong so i contacted customer services the next day with proof of receipt and explained what had happened. After receiving a response i was told they were going to contact the hut i ordered from to resolve this for me, but then received an email stating the hut confirmed my order was delivered. I have a ring door bell that proves nothing was delivered to the address i ordered from so replied back stating this again i was told this would be looked into and they would contact me afterwards. They emailed back after four days saying the exact same thing that the hut had confirmed my delivery and completely disregarded me stating i had proof otherwise. They are quite literally lying to me and refusing to refund me my order! So not only did i go hungry that night and was left out of pocket i am now having my integrity questioned after being a loyal customer for years! My order was placed on the 9th of october and i am writing this review on the 22nd yet still no resolution, just horrific customer service and me being refused my money back for an order i never received that i quite literally have proof of. This used to be my go too for pizza takeaway but now i would avoid pizza hut as a company at all costs after this experience. STAY AWAY!

Lovely pizza as always. But we did want tomato sauce on the meat feast and we got BBQ.

Ordered white cookie dough & caramel with ice cream and got milk choc with no ice cream! Not the first time my order has been wrong or missing items.

Did not receive my order at all staff very very rude

The cheese on the pizza was very tangy taste to it and that kitkat sundae was too sickly and the sauce was very runny

Ordered on Saturday 14th September. Order was wrong, which we refused as we did not want someone else's food. Called them up to explain and was told they did not believe me and would ask the driver. She called me back to apologise and said they would remake my order from scratch as it was cold and could not be served. Would be 20 mins. 10 mins later, barely warm chewy food arrived which had clearly been reheated and not made fresh as promised. Essentially the worst food order I have ever received. I considered reheating the food again, but was concerned over bacteria issues. I was offered a complimentary item to follow and a second apology.

Order never arrive. After calling them after the arrival time. It was marked as delivered when it wasn’t. Avoid this place.

Had a large stuffed crust half and half veg supreme and sizzler. It was delicious and the delivery guy was polite. Will order again.

Nice food and fine service & Friendly staffs.

Ordered 4 chocolate chip cookie dough desserts. Got one white chocolate chip cookie dough which was not ordered. Two of the ice cream tubs were also missing. When we called the store, we were told that they have run out of ice cream. The items should have been removed from menu rather than accepting the order and the payment but shipping incomplete orders. The staff did not offer any refunds neither was very friendly. Their best offer was that they will ship the missing ice cream with our next order. What use are a couple of ice cream pots without cookies. Absolutely appalling service. This beach should be reported to Pizza Hut main office.

food never arrived. person on phone lied and told me it was en route. in fact it wasn't even being cooked. barely an apology and no effort to actually cook the food even though the restaurant was still open for 30 more minutes. disgraceful

We ordered a vegetarian pizza, but a meat one was delivered. When we called the restaurant to explain the issue, they said "so what do you want" in response to my explanation of what happened, refusing a refund, telling me I was wrong, they don't do the pizza we want, and being incredibly rude.

Received the wrong order. When phoned the costumer service was appaling. When we explained the woman just kept saying 'what do you want . Also they didn't have what we ordered. So why didn't they phone to let us know . Also we were sent a pizza which we didn't know if it was meat or not as we ordered a plant base pizza. Then to be told we couldn't have a refund and it took some doing to have a replacement pizza. By the way the replacement pizza never showed up. So we spent £20 on a pizza that we never got or got a refund. But we did get really awful and useless customer service. The delivery guy was good . Took our money got the wrong order no refund and no replacement pizza. £ 20 down and a ruined Saturday night thanks alot pizza hut . You are rubbish!

I entered the restaurant but nobody was on reception people were busy inside I waited for long then I placed ordered for medium Magritte without garlic but got large with garlic I asked the girl to call manager she told me that she is manager here lastly lady in headscarf not only got my order properly but also told me all crusts which was a good experience but this time little girl was in hurry and to my surprise claimed to be a manager never going to visit this restaurant again.

If you like your grease, this is the place to order from. Pizza Hut in the UK is by miles the worst Pizza Hut I have tried in my life. Why is there so much oil?? What Pizza Hut is doing to rectify that? Nothing.
