Ordered 4 chocolate chip cookie dough desserts. Got one white chocolate chip cookie dough which was not ordered. Two of the ice cream tubs were also missing. When we called the store, we were told that they have run out of ice cream. The items should have been removed from menu rather than accepting the order and the payment but shipping incomplete orders. The staff did not offer any refunds neither was very friendly. Their best offer was that they will ship the missing ice cream with our next order. What use are a couple of ice cream pots without cookies. Absolutely appalling service. This beach should be reported to Pizza Hut main office.

food never arrived. person on phone lied and told me it was en route. in fact it wasn't even being cooked. barely an apology and no effort to actually cook the food even though the restaurant was still open for 30 more minutes. disgraceful

Received the wrong order. When phoned the costumer service was appaling. When we explained the woman just kept saying 'what do you want . Also they didn't have what we ordered. So why didn't they phone to let us know . Also we were sent a pizza which we didn't know if it was meat or not as we ordered a plant base pizza. Then to be told we couldn't have a refund and it took some doing to have a replacement pizza. By the way the replacement pizza never showed up. So we spent £20 on a pizza that we never got or got a refund. But we did get really awful and useless customer service. The delivery guy was good . Took our money got the wrong order no refund and no replacement pizza. £ 20 down and a ruined Saturday night thanks alot pizza hut . You are rubbish!

We ordered a vegetarian pizza, but a meat one was delivered. When we called the restaurant to explain the issue, they said "so what do you want" in response to my explanation of what happened, refusing a refund, telling me I was wrong, they don't do the pizza we want, and being incredibly rude.

I entered the restaurant but nobody was on reception people were busy inside I waited for long then I placed ordered for medium Magritte without garlic but got large with garlic I asked the girl to call manager she told me that she is manager here lastly lady in headscarf not only got my order properly but also told me all crusts which was a good experience but this time little girl was in hurry and to my surprise claimed to be a manager never going to visit this restaurant again.

If you like your grease, this is the place to order from. Pizza Hut in the UK is by miles the worst Pizza Hut I have tried in my life. Why is there so much oil?? What Pizza Hut is doing to rectify that? Nothing.

Ordered a delivery and got it on time. Food was piping hot and crispy. This sweet elderly man came and greeted me with my order and left a complementary note on the box. Normally do deliveroo or uber eats and you get nice people, very friendly but this guy was on a whole nother level. Mad props

Terrible, took 2 hours to arrive. Wouldn’t have come at all if I didn’t call twice on the second call almost 2 hours after the order they said it was just in the oven the previous call half an hour earlier I was told it was sent out for delivery 10 minutes ago. Clearly missed or delivered my order elsewhere as the delivery time at the time of order was 20-30 minutes.

Been getting Pizza Hut for 10 years now and honestly they have some really good pizzas and the customer service always has been good as well.

I got a delivery today, on the box I got a cute little note saying enjoy your evening, thank you for your order and if I could leave a review, I thought that was such a nice little touch. Also what made me want to right a review anyway. It got delivered through just eat, very quick delivery and kind service, and very good quality pizza!!!

Food was delivered 70 minutes after the latest ETA, called to chase up the order and was fobbed off, everything was luke warm at best and tasted bland, would not recommend.

Sides were OK... ish. Don't order the wedges... but pasta cheese isn't too bad. Wasn't macaroni, but at least it was hot. Pizza on the other hand... shameful. So over cooked I should have bought one from the shop and ruined it myself. Won't bother again. Better options

The poor delivery driver was given all the wrong things with wrong orders on. We had to rummage through his bag to find the pizza that was actually mine.

Place sucks no customer service skills whatsoever don’t have the decency to let customers know if the order will be made or not horrible horrible place .

I'll start by saying I don't know if the ownership has changed because the usual service is about 4 stars; but this new lady who absolutely has no customer service skills, got my order wrong about 10 time while I'm standing in front of her, then proceeds to tell me im wrong in my order😠😡🤬. I dont say this lightly the basic understanding of English was to much to bare that a simple order that normally takes seconds took 20 MINUTES. I again I hope its a temporary switch of business owners but one can only hope.

Truly awful, waited over 1.5 hours and when I called restaurant I was told ‘app says it’s been delivered’ unbelievable. I’d only just started using Pizza Hut again after a nearly 10 year hiatus as they sent me a medium pizza instead of a large pizza during one of their ‘any pizza any size’ promotions. Never ever ever again.

Food hasn't arrived taken money and no delivery absolutely diabolical. 3 children have gone to bed without food. Have contacted them twice on the phone awful.

Despite saying a 20min delivery the food didn’t arrive for over 1 hour 15mins for one cheese and tomato pizza. When it arrived it was like warm and soggy.

I never received my food :/ and Pizza Hut will not do anything as it’s a “just eat” matter what a waste for money! Sort your drivers out
