It was a great pleasure to have a decent and clean and tasty food

100% recommend!! Great quality food, generous portion sizes and lovely atmosphere.

Food turnt up 2 hours after ordering it and once arrived was cold and soggy

Speed was good however quality of food could have been a bit better.

I came in this evening and ordered 2 halloumi wraps 1 chicken wrap 2 portions of chips 3 salads 1 halloumi skewer 3 baklava. When I got home, I had, 1 halloumi wrap !!! 2 chicken wraps !!! No chips The other bits were okay. How could you get it so wrong. Very disappointed!!!

Very bad driver very poor service didn’t wnat to come to my door called on the phone to get the food from the car parck even bothered the get outside of the car… very disappointing

Ordered at 18.10 was confirmed, told the courier was at the restaurant for ages. Initially time said 18.35-18.50 then changed to 19.05 didn’t arrive till 19.20 so over an hour since I placed the order and was confirmed

Tried this for the first time last night and it will become a regular treat. Delicious, tasty authentic Greek gyros served by smiley helpful staff! Keep it up and good luck with the new venture.

Food delivered ice cold and over 30 minutes late.

Order never arrived. From delivery map the just eat courier was never in my street and yet claimed it was delivered. 😠. very disappointed 😞 Just eat has refund the full cost but I still never got any food.

It was ok but the lamb souvlaki was some kind of lamb burger rather than chunks of lamb and the tzatziki tasted like garlic mayonnaise rather than homemade tzatziki. Certainly no cucumbers in it. I won’t be ordering again

Ordered at 18:05 and prep to order is now approaching 2hrs. I expect a full refund from Just Eat who have scammed ME WITH THIS ORDER

for £16 would expect more than just the scrapings from the meat not even enough meat to fill the pita bread. The price for this would literally be less than £2 absolutely shocking

Arrived warm, not very hot (considering I live less than 5 minutes from the restaurant this was really disappointing). Chicken was dry and didn’t realise the Pork was Gammon rather than Pork Loin. Asked for delivery at 5pm, didn’t arrive until 5.18. Really disappointing first experience. Will not use again.

Great service, amazing food! We were greeted, seated and treated with politeness. There was a guy (slim, tall, blond) who was extremely nice and welcoming! This was our second time visiting and I honestly can’t wait to visit again! Best gyros ever!!! Basingstoke really needs more places like that!

Forget about McDonald's! Eat here. Lovely food, staff are always friendly and accommodating. Coffee is delicious and a great selection of cakes.

Delivery time kept getting delayed. When ordered gave a reasonable time slot. Took an hour and 40 minutes in the end. Was just about to cancel then said food was being prepared. Then arrived within 20 minutes. Food was great which is a shame as delivery let’s restaurant down.

This was the most disappointing meal I had I a while. Fries tasted like nothing not even the paprika powder helped. Chicken was bone dry and tasteless and don’t even get started on de nuggets those tasted like de bag they came in. Otherwise goed service and and a very nice staff.

The food itself was very nice, & even though we are noticing the shrinking sizes of some portions in our order it is still one of our favourite take aways. The delivery was a little late due to the courier not getting to the restaurant when they were originally supposed to (not the restaurants fault) & this led to just a small delay in the end as I am about 8 minutes away from the restaurant by vehicle but I do normally get my deliveries much quicker.

Always enjoyed Greek Street, but portions significantly smaller. Also, paid £3 for one extra piece of halloumi. Won’t bother again

The food used to be great and good value for money. Such a shame that prices have now rocketed and quality and portion size has gone down.

The taste of served food is average, chicken is not fresh at least. Chips are horrendous. The portions are joke these days, a half than used to be. Very very disappointed. Never again, not for this price anyway.

Whilst it's understandable that prices have gone up, the standards dropping are not. For a while now, the chips are not at all crispy or fresh, and are fat too mushy. Also, the last time I got the mixed gyro box, they seemed to have omitted the chicken... Certainly will think twice about going there again, which is a massive shame because it was so refreshing to have an independent store in the area

Great food, much better than I'd expected. I was cajoled into going with a friend on a Wednesday lunchtime. It would have been five stars but for the doors, which let in far too much cold air even when closed. Go when it's not sub-zero and you'll be fine,the food is fantastic.

Unusually the food was poor quality, over cooked limp chips, brown lettuce and smaller portions but now more expensive! Apparently the halloumi was delicious.

First time visit, popped in for a gyros wrap (chicken) for takeaway. The staff took my order and kindly kept it ready and warm for me, whilst I've gone to the shops. The wrap was well balanced with enough meat, sauce and vegetables. Personally, I'd prefer less chips (might customises my next order). Overall I was pleased with the food and will certainly call again.

Food was ok. Chips were meh. Ordered 2 chicken gyros and 2 kids meals and one gyro was wrong, and didn’t get the drinks we ordered with the kids meals. Delivery was 30 minutes which was good.

Food arrived really quickly, reasonably priced and generous. The meat wasn't seasoned that great. Otherwise happy.

We ordered 2 chicken gyros this Saturday afternoon, good friendly service, but the food is nothing like when this place first opened, after driving straight back to sherfield park ( 5 mins) the food was stone cold, more chips and salad than meat, £7.70 each for a cold gyros with not a lot of meat seems like a poor deal, I wont be going back in a rush, everything used to be cooked fresh, not now ,

The food arrived in 12 minutes - I counted because I was amazed how quick it was! It was delicious and still piping hot, and the portions were bigger than I expected! I will definitely be ordering again

I absolutely love this place. I Ve been 4 or 5 times now. The first time a few years ago was around valentine's and we found out the lady that runs the restaurant who makes all of her own cakes! Took home a valentine's chocolatey selection box with about 9 cakes in for the princely sum of 15 pound. It was incredible! since then, weve been in a few times for Greek salads and various other things. It's always clean and tidy. The staff are absolutely wonderful and the portion sizes are great. Can't fault it

Im visiting this place since is open. It has good food available eating in or takeaway. Staff are nice and polite. Pricees are higher and portions seem to be smaller than before, but it is understandable as everything costs more. Will visit again

The food from here is always good and delivered in good time by a friendly member of staff. I don't usually have any issues, only today a can of drink was missing along with one of the two extra pitta breads we ordered. It's pay weekend so I'm guessing it's been very busy today.

Delicious and warm! They always are very fast, and the food is fresh and flavourful. The gyros wrap is the perfect meal portion, filling and satisfying. I love their homemade cakes as well, very moist.

The food was soggy and greasy. We usually love Greek Street but have found in the last 6 months the standards have gone down hill. The prices have gone up, the portions are way smaller and the quality is just not the same inho. This has happened every time we have ordered in recent months.

Great tasting simple food prepared well. I only do collection as had a missed item on deliveries twice, but they're local and the food is worth it.

Meat Quality was up to standard, although was cold - lukewarm as delivery team didn't utilise suitable / appropriate packaging resources.

Received minging old looking salad in my gyro. Fries are nasty and a big let down- if you cant offer nice fries dont do them at all. Used to be nice with paprika over etc. Such a terrible aftertaste from overused cheapest oil- very nauseating . Generally the portions have shrunk, the quality has gone downhill the prices have increased. Old fans definitely will look elsewhere.
