Cold food, took an hour, no refund or credit.

Absolutely terrible, it was like no pizza I’d had before drowning in fat crust like a greasy sponge had a slice an threw it away

Wrong order delivered, rang and was stood correct order on way but never arrived

never get delivered dips even tho I always order two dips disappointed as always

Took over an hour to deliver my pizza. Rang them about 8 times to find out where it was! No answer everytime. Imagine paying £50 for 2 pizzas for them to turn up 1.5 later joke of a place. Just go to dominos or papa johns

Staff are so rude, called up to ask where the food was as it had been over an hour to be told dunno, I asked to a manager but apparently gone home, delivery driver eventually turned up no sorry for being late, food was rejected, emailed the head office to get my refund. Place is a joke run by clowns

Delivery time changed four times. Finally arrived one hour after original time frame even though app showed courier at restaurant. Side orders ok but pizza barely warm.

Poor service! Told food would arrive at 21:17 and then food finally arrived at 21:32. I checked on map and saw driver parked at Dominoes restaurant for 10minutes (different restaurant than the pizza hut place I ordered from) I can only imagine this was just relaxing time or that the driver is doing multiple delivery services for other restaurants/ ubereats/ deliverroo.... Either way food finally arrived and was cold with driver just making excuses.

Sent the wrong order, completely wrong pizza. Not the right sauce and all the wrong toppings.

Didn’t bring correct order… refused to redo order. Told me it’s nothing to do with there restaurant.

Very sad about this my favourite food but not only did I not get the correct order part of my order was completely missing, I ordered meat feast melts I got pepperoni ones it came with a deal for Italian sausage tear and share but they wasn't delivered so a waste of £30

The pizzas were actually inedible. The cheese all stuck to your teeth… never had a pizza like it 🤢

Went on a whim and ordered here despite my previous abysmal experience with Pizza Hut in Hayes. I was pleasantly surprised. The first thing I noticed was the pizza had not been overcooked. The crust golden, like it had been soaking in the rays on a picturesque Caribbean beach. Perfectly moist and spongy as one would expect. Secondly, the cheese was there. Usually I am second guessing myself, wondering if I had accidentally clicked the 'Extra Dough ' option when ordering, rather than extra cheese. This time it had visibly slid across the surface of the pizza in transit due to the sheer weight and consistency - something that I won't deduct points for. Anyway, having a few slices with a bit less cheese, knowing you are going to reach those absolutely coated came as quite an exciting and almost tense ordeal. The sauce was plenty ladled, and because the pizza wasn't overcooked, the toppings were juicy and tender. Remember, if we want pepperoni crisps we will just buy them from the shop. I guess this time the person preparing the pizza is a connoisseur themselves; or they just care about their customers. All in all, great experience.

Delivered 45 minutes late and it was burnt, stone cold, and completely the wrong pizza! Also missing some of the chicken strips that we ordered, and was delivered with the wrong sauces! Absolute rubbish and will not be ordering from Pizza Hut again!!!

I love the food but it didn't arrive till over an 1 hour after ordering. Food wasn't hot

One of my meals was missing and part of the desert was missing, can’t get a refund and been told i couldn’t get the rest of the order sent to me. embarrassing

Delivery time said 15-30 minutes and then got later and later. Needed to cancel order as courier hadn’t been assigned for a long time and food wasn’t being prepared until they found one. Said I couldn’t cancel my order as the restaurant had begun preparing. Very conflicting. Had to pay full price either way if I cancelled or not.

Got given the wrong things, spent £35 but only got 1 of the 5 things I ordered

I spent £47 and they gave someone else order worth half that and looking at the reviews it doesn’t look like I’ll be getting a refund either. Tried calling them and nobody was picking up. Never again, I’ll stick with Domino’s and papa johns

Put my order in at 3.50pm for delivery at 6.15pm/ Order finally delivered at gone 7pm. Not impressed

Waited over hour and half .tried phoning no answer went to the shop to be told I could have ice cream or a bottle pop as the manager could not give refund. I will be taking it further when we did get the food it was disgusting

Taking online orders of food and given me a delivery time of 35-45 minutes. Food hasn’t turned up and no answer on phone. Driven to the shop and it’s closed. Never order again!

Used to be very good but the last couple of times I've ordered from here there's been something wrong. I always order classic crust no garlic due to being allergic to garlic. However again not for the first time they've put garlic on it so I'm only able to eat the middle and for what it costs its ridiculous.

Food was cold and also wrong sauce on my pizza, requested tomato sauce and pizza had BBQ sauce.

Order pizza for delivery when it arrived only half my order came I rung the store and they said they will get the missing pizzas and drink out to me asap but the missing food never turned up very disappointed with pizza hut and won't be using them ever again will be going to dominos on future

Pizza arrived cold and all the topping to one side like it had been stored sideways! Pizza Hut refused to help or replace - all has to be through just eat. Shocking customer service

Our food was delivered at 11pm when it was ordered at 6;30pm, staff were ignorant, told us our food was out for delivery at 19:40 we only live 5 mins away, then called back at 20:15 to be told our food has been sitting on the side since 6:50 waiting for a driver, so the ice cream would have been melted and the food cold. Really not happy with this service and lack of ability to contact just eat. We did not receive our food as everyone in the house was sleeping.

Food was Luke warm and delivery time was changed and another 45 minutes added on.

why can't you people cut the pizza?.why do I have to do it when you delivered it ?it's treat food at weekends now and then not every day luxury

I would like to complain as I am not happy with my order, one of my pizzas didn’t come with one of the toppings that was advertised and the other one came cold and oily, Mac and cheese and chicken strips were bare-able, to be honest I would like to request a refund as I am really disappointed with the food.

Every time we order, something is wrong with the food. Either instructions aren't followed, toppings are missing, the cut is bad, or its incredibly greasy. If it weren't the cheapest option, we wouldn't order there at all. I mean, what's a Spicy Pepperoni Feast without the peppers?

If you have run out of stuff maybe a little note to the paying customers to let them know we will have items missing!!

The pizza was 2 hours late and the eta time kept going up and up My kids had to go to bed hungry because I ordered it before there bed time and as it was late the fell asleep Then to make things worse the pizza was cold with hard cheese when it arrived and I couldn’t eat it myself I demand a full refund or I will be taking this further

Ordered 2 cookie dough deserts that in the description are to be served with ice cream. They arrived 15mins late with no ice cream! Was for a serving of 2, just 1 cookie on its own. Restaurant not interested. Will never order from here again

Food missing off order and then refused to send it out!!!!!! Telling us we need to email Just Eat for a refund when Pizza Hut have made the error and not sent out our food!!!!! Joke!!!!

Normally they are really nice pizza's. The base tastes different, not as rich in flavour and very thin base, and hardly any sauce lacked flavour again. I asked for green chilli as extra on half a pizza. Cost £1.60 there where 7. Asked for the dipping sauce to be changed and of course they were not. Not the best experience this time. The taste has put me off. Everthing else can be forgiven if it tastes good. Pappa john's or Dominio next time I think.

Reliable and quick. I will use you again.

We always have the 5.00 offer on medium pizza, and it phenomenonal value. I do appreciate it was Monday and most probably less busy but deliveres within 20 mins. driver was happy chappy 10/10

Absolutely my favourite pizza place but so so expensive just for a normal sized pizza £25 then all these charges on top to its disappointing but great for a treat once a month.

Absolutely worthless place. Just ordered a pizza for delivery, got told they don't deliver to my address, told they couldn't refund my order so I should ring a customer service number. The customer service number no longer exists, the webpage they tell you to visit also no longer exists, and the only contact method available to get a refund is an email, which may take 3 days to respond. Absolute disgrace.

The range of menu on just eat is shocking to the actual pizza hut website. No offers or meal deals means it turns into a VERY expensive dinner.

It was easy to order the food was tasty and plentiful the delivery guy was friendly and kept the social distance. Excellent service!

Unfortunately I clearly requested for contactless delivery but this didn’t happen. The delivery driver rang the doorbell and handed me the pizza. Disappointing.
