Paid £17 for 4 portions of chips and 1 drink. The chips tasted like chips from the freezer and not even cooked properly nothing special at all for the price you pay you'd expect actual chip shop chips you would get at the beach. How can you justify charging the prices you are charging just for potatoes. If we wasn't so hungry would have walked away but definitely won't be returning!

This is a great cafe, there is more Royal Navy memorabilia and artefacts to immerse in than have seen in museums! The food is good, although only a basic menu of hot items and most served in cardboard or paper packaging with wooden cutlery. Offset against that is a decent cake selection, so overall happy!

£3 for medium chips , which is small at best , gave them to the seagulls , dry and tasted of stale oil , won’t go back

Reduced menu from previous visits though the family still had a good meal served in cardboard trays & disposable wooden cutlery. The highlight for this restaurant is the display of artefacts & engineering pieces from the Royal Navy's past.

Had a couple of coffees from here sat outside and enjoyed our drinks.

It's a food place attached to penny slots, it not the ritz!

Atmosphere is lovely but waiting for food took nearly an hour and honestly it wasn't worth it (tummy ache after eating haddock).

Great place, lovely food and nicely decorated
