Got to pizza hut with my wife and 2 children and was turned away by the lady saying sorry can't come in as we don't have enough staff to serve you...didn't seem bothered to be fair...won't go here again

Pizza was over cooked! I have had same pizzas from different locations but they all have same oily feel!! I don't think I will try my luck anymore..

Not had a pizza hut in years … absolute disgusting pizza dough tasted stale … i got meat fest the toppings looked like they been left out for three days .. just cashed out a footie acca for a score just to get me money back only returned forty five anyways .. in future il go back to pizzalicious always good pizzas 🍕

Food took two hours to arrive. It was nice when it finally came though and the driver apologised.

The staff here is lovely along with the food. One of the staff went out of her way to help me as I was having a bad day and ordered to the wrong restaurant.her kind gesture went a long way

first they said the order was delivered while it wasn't. then they remake it and I waited 2hours for a15minuteds distance to be delivered.

Not ordered from Pizza Hut for a while and disappointed that the pizza is still very greasy, the box base unappetisingly soaked in grease. The pizza itself had almost a 5cm rim which is a bit a cheat. The base sauce was supposedly BBQ but was tasteless, apart from the cheese, the toppings were sparse but quite tasty. The pizza was hot although the delivery box battered. The delivery guy was okay. Expensive even with the deal discount because too greasy to eat more than a couple of slices. Yuk!

Disgusting, hour and half late, pizza stone cold, greece oozing through card board to the point it was soggier than a kippers purse, the bread crumbs had slipped off halloumi fries, the seal was torn on pizza. tried to call, no answer because they had shut as was so delayed. Didn’t eat a single bit. Waste of money, don’t bother.

Shocking delivery service. Took over an hour for a single pizza to be delivered! Tracking app stated it had been in the oven for 30mins, before being packed for another 25mins! When it arrived it was dry, cold and absolutely nothing like the advertised ‘Big New Yorker Pepperoni’! Very disappointed! I will not be using this branch again!

Super helpful staff. Helped find the best and cheapest deal for me. Nothing was to much hassle. Everyone I delt with and saw were polite. Will definitely recommend.

Restaurant accepted our order. 2 hours later, they’re shut and our food was not sent it out for delivery. This morning I’ve checked the app and it says it was delivered. Second time this has happened - not ordering from here again. Shame you have to give at least 1 star in order to submit a review. Find it difficult to review something I’ve not received.

I ordered a pizza through uber which didnt turn up called pizza hut and the gentleman who answered the phone was amazingly helpful got told he will send out a new pizza as soon as he could as they were short staffed which arrived 40 minutes later and was extremely apologetic and the driver was also friendly love the pic of his German shepherd

Too expensive and disappointing food

both orders were wrong in some way one was not even cut up

No answer at the restaurant so cancelled and requested refund and then ordered from dominoes.

Great service and fast, loving the tear and share matball version, not that I thought I would, but its really nice, can't ask for more, well not totally true, the tear part of the share was more rip lol, maybe it could have been cut a bit deeper like normal pizzas, but its no big deal.

Lady that delivered my food didn't have a clue what she was doing and gave me the wrong order that was huge. She kept saying just take it but I refused saying that a family a few roads down is waiting for that as the address was on the receipt. in the end she reluctantly walked back to her car and found my order but the drink was missing so she said its nothing to do with her and to call the restaurant. So I tried to call the restaurant for twenty minutes but nobody answers the phone so I just gave up and emailed customer services that said they are really busy and can't take upto 5 days for a reply. That itself can't be a good sign if they have that many complaints to deal with haha. Food was average.

This was the best pizza base i have tasted for a long time. Special flavour excellent!!

Absolutely terrible customer service. Had to call 4 times to get through to someone. Then the first answer I get is apparently deaf and hangs up on me so I have to ring again. All this to just cancel my order. And then this second person just tells me that it can be cancelled but I'd have to sort out the refund online? Like wut. This should be automatic??

I’ve paid but not received my order I have called the restaurant several times they are not picking up

Very disappointed with this hut, took 5 minutes for someone to greet us at the door even make eye contact we asked for help in the end. Not one waitress seemed to know what they were doing most common answer " sorry I forgot" 1 lady put our cups out then we came bk and another was clearing them away and literally screwing the kids activity books they were working on up in front of me. We had to get plates and fresh cutlery from my ourselves after the starters. Table in front of us had similar issues. Helps if the staff smile and have confidence. The only person who seemed to know what they were doing was the only bloke who worked there.

My pizza was burnt so only half was edible. My cold items were not with the main delivery. Was advised to ring and the the shop know. Which I did I then rang an hour later and “has it not arrived yet “ to then be told the drink I requested they didn’t have. After the second call the items arrived within 10 minutes.

Don’t mind that I had to wait somethings can’t be helped but cold pizza when it’s stodgy in the center and the cheese snaps rather that drips can be helped and it isn’t good enough! Very disappointed

Good was never delivered! We were super patient and waited an hour before contacting the Pizza Hut but when we phoned they said that it was on the shelf waiting to be cooked but they had no drivers. I appreciate that having no drivers is not their fault but they should have contacted us before an HOUR. In the end we had to collect it ourselves and this app won’t even let us refund the delivery cost!

Well I’m not sure how they done it, but every slice of pizza stayed boiling hot for ages very impressed.

Really friendly lady who delivered our order. Polite, courteous and friendly. Good food, love the cookie dough although they are tight with their ice cream, this is not fault of in store staff. It comes pre packed in a tiny tub.

Order was late, no update given by restaurant until I requested it. Pizza was piping hot when delivered though, which was appreciated!

Really hit and miss from this Hut we needed spoons to eat our pizza it looked like all the topping had been poured into the cardboard box then the bread base dumped on top dont think I will bother with Pizza hut again back to Domino. Oh and it was 15min late

Food arrived without ice cream and my drink. Was told couldn’t get a refund, so said ok redeliver please. I was greeted by driver with my ice cream but not drink. Response was I was told too late about the drink and would have to go back. So I’ve paid Pizza Hut for a drink and never received it. Am I going to get a refund then? Absolute joke!

Pizza good lots oil but that's not a problem I like it but they left pen inside my pizza I never got that before. Glad I ordered 3 so one in the bin thanks never come back

Really not a nice pizza at all. They smeared some kind of sticky garlic all over the crusts, gross! The delivery driver was the nicest driver we’ve ever had at our house. So friendly and polite.

Had long wait time when I ordered at 12:40 it was due for delivery at 13:55. At 14:10 I phoned to find out and it turned up at 14:23

absolutely disgusted with the customer service I just received from Victoria, pizza hut forgot our pizza and basically said tough cause they are too busy they can not re-deliver, I understand times are tough at the moment but you should still be sympathetic and to tell me I can only have a credit note and no refund. not best pleased pizza hut I will not be ordering again and you can keep your credit note, also a better person on the phone with better customer service would have made this situation better, this could have been a good review!!!! Also took 1 hour half to be delivered

Was very disappointed with our pizza I paid for dips which didn’t arrive and I paid for additional topping which wasn’t on the pizza , the pizza was over cooked not worth £28 a complete waste off money tonight .

Very bad experience - My food turned up an hour and 20 mins late! I tried calling the store 4 times and no answer and no phone call from the store to mention any delays. When I did eventually receive my order and mentioned it was late to the delivery person there was no apology whatsoever only excuses that he was the only driver during the day and then walked off. Probably worst of all was my pizza was stone cold and not even cut properly so I had to literally tear it up and eat it like an animal and it didn’t even look appealing it looked rushed and greasy! Terrible.

Quick delivery and the p iui was were very hot and very tasty

So service and delivery time was spot on. As for the food well, order cookie dough and ice cream which stated is good to share(for two people) its not, its tiny, there was barely two spoon falls of ice cream and the choclate chips tasted burn. as for the pizza it seem like a 3 year old had made it, the edges where all burn it and there was all this dust everywhere think it was garlic power but not sure. for the price I paid it was not good

He was early and didn't think to phone me, I went outside at the time stated on the app and he had ago at me.. Stating that I should of been outside earlier and that now my food was cold (which it wasn't).. I ve ordered from here before with no problems and the delivery person would phone me when outside

Ordered nachos, turned up burnt. Pizza was also burnt, and half and half wasn't exactly equal. Toppings missing on most slices. Should of stuck with Dominos !

Food good. Delivery guy awesome. Good advice on the best deals and they upgraded my small pizza to a medium. Got ice cream that was still frozen which doesn't normally happen from takeout places.

Food arrived late and the delivery driver was fishing for a tip despite this. Average quality - no better than a supermarket pizza a tenth of the price. Will not order from here again.

We ordered a few weeks ago and the order was wrong and there were a few issues however, my husband went up and said they were really apologetic and they went above and beyond to rectify it. They offered is credit for next time. Ordered today and the lady who answered was really nice, polite and helpful. The delivery guy then came and honestly he was the most friendliest person and really cheery. All companies sometimes get it wrong but they went about and beyond to rectify it and the employees today were great.

Always arrives before time and is hot!!

Ordered a pizza and almost the whole left half had no cheese or toppings just sauce, the box was completely bent. The middle of the pizza had cheese and toppings but on the other side all of the cheese was completely stuck to the box so also had nothing on it . There was no email like there usually is and took an hour to arrive am really disappointed
