Manager in the store is fabulous couldn’t help enough when my order was wrong

Only for deliveries. Really good and kind staff and makes the food really quick. It separates the orders and the deliveries from the Pompey centre. Really recommend

The staff need trading on how to talk to customers, rude and takes no responsibility, this McDonald’s shouldn’t exist

Prices very high . Bad service. Never go again.

Delivery drivers parking any where not helpful or pleasant when asked to move to allow exit from car park Think they own the site doesn't matter about anyone else

Avoid. Ordered two sauauge egg mcmuffins and when they turned up via Uber eats both had no egg and were cold. Never gonna order from them again.

This unit is only for delivery orders. Staff a bit slow sometimes, also sometimes missing items from the orders. Staff not very respectful to the delivery drivers ( acting superior). Giving 4 stars for good food quality, good packaging.

Rude male staff member of staff on the phone doesn't understand plain simple English and be rude om the phone last time I ever order from that location ever again of mcdonalds unit 8, mc donalds delivery hub, atrocious behaviour, if I could give zero stats I would even messed up order 3 days ago due too incompetent staff

Order some food from this restaurant and it never arrived and when I called the restaurant the guy was so rude and not helpful at all. Reported the restaurant to just eat so they will exclude it from their platform
