Pizza Hut Delivery in Tandridge

We placed our order and it said order failed but it still took our 30 pounds. We tried calling them but no answer and it said that they were open so we decided to drive down there and the restaurant was shut even though it says they were open. Worst service ever. Don’t ever order from here.

Ordered on the app and they took the money out of my account but it said the order did not through and I tried to call no answer then went down to the store and it was closed

I ordered a pizza on the 08/08/2024 from the Caterham branch, my order was cancelled on the app and I was told to call the branch to order directly. I called and no answer. Now they still took the money and 7 days later, I still haven’t received a refund. I’ve tried calling the store multiple times no answer. It now says that the number doesn’t exist. I have contacted customer services and again still no refund. I have contacted my bank but they’re asking for an authorisation code from the store. Simply appalling, I’m at my wits end. Never again.

I don’t normally do feedback, but after having to convince the delivery guy that my address actually existed i had to go out and meet the guy. The order was wrong. The side was wrong and the extra topping was missing from the pizza, but not from the bill. Will not be ordering from there again.

SHOCKING service, SHOCKING food. Has been consistently TERRIBLE with the worst customer service. Girl serving on the counter had absolutely no idea about anything(not sure she knew where she was or why tbh) They clearly just employ anyone cheap, no ability required! Please don't WASTE your money. I won't make this mistake again!

The pizza was hard and hardly had any cheese or sauce on the base which made it dry and horrible. I expect a lot better from a takeaway as popular as pizza hut! I would have been better off with making cheese on toast!!!

Ordered a pizza for the first time in years, thought I'd treat myself to a £25 pizza, "must have taken leave of my senses" .....what a total disappointment, absolutely tasteless, had the texture of the box it came in with half the flavour, overpriced and it was Stone cold when it arrived to boot. Total Waste of money, never again.

it's been 10 months since we ordered from pizza hut caterham & yet again they let us down both pizza stuck in a box on one side & chesse all hanging off , again tried to call just hang up !! I will go & visit them as they cannot pick up the phone . Really poor service my 9 yr was waiting for her garlic bread with cheese & not only did they not deliver the correct food it was cold & then did not answer the phone called for 30 mins no answer. they did this before was giving them another chance 🙄 please all be aware

Probably the worst pizza Hut I've ever eaten. Totally full of grease. Also forgot an item on our order. They wouldn't send it out so had to go back into the shop but then I was refused a refund on what was their mistake. I was told they couldn't issue a refund and started offering me ice cream instead.

Awful pizza, base was so greasy it was like fried bread, took 1h 45m to get here, and was cold. Avoid !!!!! go to pizza express instead!!!!

Was reluctant to order after reading reviews but so glad I did. The food was earlier than stated, piping hot and absolutely delicious. Better than dominoes. The bbq bacon loaded wedges were amazing!

Ordered via app, when the app says delivered, it still hasn't left the shop. When u call to enquire, they are short and rude. Pizza was not up to standard, absolutely filled with grease and oil. Stay away.

It was tasty but not worth the price I didn't realise you only get 2 bits for that price, I wouldn't buy it again but glad I've tried it was nice just wish you would get more for the money.

Ordered one of those melts, garlic bread and wedges. Melt tasted like it’s come out of the freezer and looks anemic. Wedges hard and cold, garlic bread was raw. I’m a big foodie but this was the worst I’ve had in a long time unfortunately. Pepsi max was lush though!

Strong warning not to order here. After waiting over an hour the order was marked as delivered. Nothing had been delivered. I tried to call the restaurant but the phone rang off the hook. After 1hr 40mins the order turned up.

PLEASE DON'T ORDER FROM HERE!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND ORDER FROM DOMINOES CATERHAM YOU WONT REGRET IT!!! Absolutely awful. Ordered a pan pizza and received the most miserable thin crust pizza I have ever seen. All items were stone cold and took an hour and twenty minutes to go three miles. Funny thing is that I must have had a premonition as I turned the oven on before it arrived 😂 When I repeatedly tried to call nobody picked up. What gets me is that I order Pizza Hut because I know how good it CAN be. When you get a hot deep pan pizza from them it's lovely with gooey stringy cheese. You will not get that if you order from here. Dominoes has always arrived piping hot, the correct order and with a smile. Only order PH tonight because Dominoes weren't delivering. I'm not surprised pizza hut are in financial woes if they allow franchisees to operate like this. ABSOLUTE SHAMBLES!! Can you tell I'm rather annoyed 😂 On a serious note, please don't order from them, I'd hate for somebody to waste their hard earned money.

Ordered at 1.30pm. Estimated 30 min delivery time. Called after 45 mins to be told that orders are not showing up on their system. Have been told this excuse some months ago and clearly the issue has not been fixed. Total wait time was 1 hr and 5 mins. Totally unacceptable for a weekday afternoon let alone a weekend evening. Food was average quality.

Food was delivered late, when queried with Just eat, they had a reply from the restaurant stating it had been delivered. It had not. It arrived shortly after that but was cold greasy and pretty poor.

My food took over two hours to come when it came it was cold and inedible the service was also terrible. I made numerous calls to the restaurant which majority was ignored as I called off another number and it was answered. This is absolutely appalling

Food was missing items plus was delivered 35 minutes late with no apology and I rung 5 times and texted with no answer.

Tried phoning twice. First time at 25 minutes late, the phone rang off as no response in time. Tried again shortly after, same result. Third time seemed to get cut off. Eventually got through just after 8.35 (4th attempt to get through) to be told my order was being cooked. I was asked if I'd placed my order through Just Eat and when I said I had, that seemed to be used as an excuse for my order, that was placed at about 6pm for an 8pm delivery, being delayed. The man on the phone said it would be with in in about 10 minutes, which it was, making the order 45 minutes late.

Sent wrong pizza and when I rang up and complained they said 15 minutes until I would receive my actual pizza I order rang up a few more times and eventually git it 50 minutes later poor service

(Online order) Badly made and rushed pizza, all my sides were substituted without any sort of contact, the only thing right were the pizza toppings and bottle of pepsi. After 5 or so minutes of attempting to ring them, I drove there to complain. The manager there made many excuses and couldn't offer a refund, eventually settling to cook a new pizza and alternate sides. While waiting a small number of people with similar issues also came in, where the manager stayed he was too rushed with lack of staff and new worker. In the end I advised him to stop taking online or Uber orders in order to catch up as customer orders were being made badly and sides being swapped without notifying anyone. I did get a refund from pizza hut for the hassle of having to drive there and a 2 hour time from ordering to being home and finally having dinner. I would rather order elsewhere for now.

Tried ringing but never an answer so posting on here.Ordered Margarita,Pepperoni and Hawaiian pizzas, NO cheese in the centre of any of them and only a splattering near the outside edges...very poor and looking at the reviews for the most recent reviews I wish I hadn't ordered. In the past it has been fab..quite clearly somethings going wrong somewhere!!

Avoid this place. I ordered £30 worth of food. They left out the drink that I paid for. Less items that I purchased and the quality of their pizza is vomit inducing. Tried to call and speak to them, no answer at all after repeat calling. Contacted Corporate to file a complaint, they are as useless as this local staff. Last time it was barely warm, this time they left half the toppings off one pizza. Talked to the manager last time. She didn'r care. Last order. Phone's ringing now to complain. Rang off once and is about to again... they could care less.

Made my mother in law wait 2.5 hours for a pizza! 2.5 HOURS… rung them after an hour, promised it would be only 15 mins more. Called them 30 mins later said it would be 15 more. The app says it’s been delivered when it hasn’t! Now they don’t answer the phones, almost like they recognise the number & ignoring it on purpose. Absolute disgrace, robbing people of their money and not delivering.

Terrible service. Pizza was over 2 hours late. Called the restaurant and they said they will make it again because the pizza was delivered to the wrong address and it will be with us in 25mins. 40 mins later still no pizza. Phoned the restaurant several times and they kept hanging up the phone, eventually got through and they were argumentative and dropped the phone on me, offering nothing to make up for their mistakes. Avoid this Pizza Hut at all costs.

Order was a little wrong. Ordered cheesy garlic bread and got all plain garlic bread. A bit disappointed as that was the main reason I ordered :(

We asked for extra pineapple & garlic sprinkles on the Beyond Three Meat no cheese deep pan - an off menu request for delivery - not only did the chef oblige but we now have a ‘favourite pizza’ - it was gorgeous!! 🙌

Do not ever order from here... the pizza is so soggy and wet taste like mush in your mouth. The place is run by 18 year olds and don’t know how to cook a pizza Wasted my money on pizza that is not edible.

I choose Pizza Hut over Dominoes and Papa John's when I want their delicious signature pan pizza. However, the last two times I've ordered from here, the pizza bases were wet and soggy. On top of that, the Doritos side I ordered was burnt. So it seems the pizza was undercooked and Doritos were overcooked. I've ordered from here a bunch of times and the emerging pattern is worrying. I don't know what has changed, maybe different management or cooking standards. Either way, without their unique selling point I don't think I will order from this Pizza Hut again. Kudos to their great delivery people though. All drivers who deliver for this branch are a pleasure to interact with. Two stars for the great orders I've had with them in the past, and a third star because they choose good drivers.

I would give this no stars if I could. The last time I ordered from here was 6 months ago and it was so soggy it was grim. So I ordered again today and it was just as bad. I will not be ordering from here again.

First time trying them in this area! Sent home from work due to food poisoning! Called the store and they sent me to their website! Shift manager didn’t know any answers to basic questions! Other then the manager is in tomorrow! ABSOLUTE JOKE! Don’t eat here

Waited nearly 2 hours. No one answers the phone. Very frustrating when you are wondering when your order is. When it finally arrives the pizza is dry, cold and tasteless. Items on the order were incorrect or missing and you can't even get through to tell anyone. Awful Customer service and food.

This team doesn't have organization. They need to be focused and organised. If they don't work as a team they should close. Two orders to pick up. One order incomplete, if I don't said a juice is missing, the menager doesn't know and he was checking the receipt.... After delivered the costumer said one pizza is missing... is not drivers job to check the orders... Second order, don't pick up because they take ages... The manager should talk with the team in front of the costumers. He should go near them and talk. Nobody needs to understand how bad the team works. I'm not going there for sure, even to order a pizza for myself. Good luck

I ordered my pizza and mac & cheese in advance (4.30pm for a 6pm delivery) unfortunately for whatever reason there was no driver available unfortunately an hour later I had been told my order had been dispatched to a Deliveroo driver as nice as the driver was my pizza wasn’t even cooked how can I say “even I could have cooked a supermarket pizza and passed it off as that” as for the macaroni cheese good luck Pizza Hut caterham you really should know what your delivering its disgusting

Waited over an hour and a half for delivery despite 2 phone calls

I rang the restaurant and asked that the driver ring my phone when outside, instead of ring the intercom at the gate (as the app did not give me the option to add a note). The restaurant confirmed that they would tell this to the driver. What did the driver do? Rang the intercom, which woke someone up inside the house and caused major inconveniences. I am not happy at all about this

I didn't get the dip i paid extra for, there was less chicken then it said in the menu (2psc missing) and the pizza is way overpriced for what you get. But it came quickly and steaming hot.

Im writing this because ive had enough of them. Pizza hut is my favourite pizza chain but this particular one is actually so bad. Every time i order i never know if im going to get cheese on my pizza or not. Im not joking either the photo i uploaded is my stuffed crust pepperoni. This place needs new management because they clearly dont care at all about the quality they put out.

Delivery took over one hour during a non-busy period. Quoted time was 25-35 minutes. Pizza boxes were bent and pizzas were not hot. Avoid Pizza Hut Caterham.

Horrible service in general. We were waiting for 1hour for our pizzas. When we call the shop they said that they didn't received the order (although it said it was ordered on the website and the money taken from the account) and that I could call customer service about the issue. In the end no pizzas and no money... Not using them again...

Pizza is fine when they bother answering the phone! So many times I have called and no-one answers and if they finally do there is never an apology. Just spent 15 mins on the phone trying to get through and gave up. Manager needs to sort it out.

Very disappointing. First time we ordered from here the food was really good. Ordered again tonight at 8:30pm, order was confirmed to be ready at 9:10pm and on way. It is now 10:25pm no food, unable to reach the store after 8 calls. Store closes at 11 looks like im having nothing tonight. What a shame, very poor service

Ordered with a delivery estimate of 45 minutes. 3 hours later nothing. Called the store and supposedly spoke to the manager (I later found out it was someone posing as the manager to avoid getting in trouble) i was told we would receive our order and a full refund after eventually speaking to the real manager. However neither happened and it's been over a month now so have just given up after being robbed of £20. Appauling customer service and in my honest opinion the whole place needs a kick up the rear and re-staffing with some capable human beings.
