I love your food and it was closed today! why? I am disappointed

Had a lovely experience, was served by a lovely man named Simon, we had a wonderful chat, he was very helpful and welcoming 5 star customer service! thank you!

Not full cups served, when you point this out you get the answer that "this is all you can get" and "such is life". All other shops of the same chain i have been to, fill it up to the lid.

Great noodles. Very tasty and very hot. Super service from George. Regular option was perfect for lunch.

Duck teriyaki was tasty and better than other service station options just felt a bit overpriced.

The little chubby lady was hopeless I ordered a large she gave me a a micro meal in a large box meal for a child in otherwords. And then I was ill for 24 hours. Do not eat at this place. Selmanela in a pot

Terrible food and was ill for 2 days after eating! Dont ever leave reviews but had to for this!!!! Avoid

Never had Chozen Noodle before. Portion was a healthy size and tasty. The server Simon was extremely friendly and chatty. Seemed to making an effort to chat to each customer which makes a good change and was nice after a bad day.

Just visited this for the first time. As a fast food option (other than sandwiches or something with chips) it was great. Very helpful staff member called George, who assisted us with this first visit on what to have. Couldn’t have been more helpful or friendly. Cooked Katsu chicken and prawns fresh with noddles and rice. Also duck dish was lovely too. Got 5 stars for hygiene I saw, food was covered as was the staff member.

I was expecting the worst but presently surprised. Much nicer than the Maccy Ds. Ordered a large chicken katsu with rice. It was filled to the top and he had to squeeze the lid on. My daughter had a kids meal which is basically a small portion with a bottle of water for £4. She went for sweet and sour and said she loved it.

Came here on 06/08, really rude guy that served us! Hated him.

Very slow service and poor hygiene

Rubbish! Ignore.. extremely poor at customer service and portions are smaller than other shops! Pricey too! 8,95£ for this large cup😳🙈. No no no!

I've eaten at this particular franchise on many occasions. It hit me today, while being served by another incredible friend worker, that it's possibly the only fast foot joint I frequent where the staff aren't completely miserably and seem to hate life. Credit to everyone that I've met working at this chozen noodle, you're always friendly people and the food is always delicious! 👌 Greg

Ignore this place. Very poor customer service and food quality and hygiene. The guy serving didn't give me a lid to cover the cup, saying they don't give any. Then I asked at least give me a tissue to cover the cup, he didn't even give a tissue. Then I told him I want to talk to his manager, he said there's no manager. He charged me £9.00 for this small cup of noodles, this is clearly an over priced portion. I said then I don't need this and ask for a refund, he said he can't issue a refund once the cup is filled. Very disappointed about the service and food.

To już nie jest to co przed pandemia. Płacisz 2 funty za większe opakowanie i tak dostaniesz micro. Sajgonki... były 3 teraz 2 ... bez komentarza. Za voucher 10 funtów za parking można było dostać solidną porcje makaronu np z kurczakiem a teraz nawet wieczka od pojemnika nie dają.

The noodles were rock hard. There wasn’t much chicken and it also looked like the women chewed it and spat it out. There was 1 piece pineapple, 3 slimey carrots and like 4 peppers the size of a fingernail. Overall, the restaurant was VERY bad and overpriced.

If you are thinking of choosing the menu, just don’t! The supposed “prawn crackers” have been shelved for at least a year. The rice of the chicken katsu and sweet and sour was crunchy, way overcooked and dried out. We had to wait over 10 minutes to see the staff poring a microwaved plastic bag with the chosen sauces — and staff pretty unfriendly on top of all. Never back.

Never again, £5.99 for a small pot of slop, I chose noodles they must have been on the hot plate all day as they were very firm if it wasn’t for the water soup and pre chewed meat if that is what it was served with you probably wouldn’t be able to swallow it, I have eaten better instant pot noodles, and as for the tiny portion well it may well have been good enough for someone on diet but not a grown man after working all day, as I said never again

Good green thai curry with jasmine rice and really good service!

I had super experience before I got this (on photo) + price is so high and receipt super confusing... Going there with children be ware (kiddo look is not enough to get automated discount/s they dont make a difference between 10 or 5 year old ones and they dont bother to be supportive). I never had that bad green curry... Until now... And I have been eating green curry since day one... Yes quality of the food was always ok, but since last two times food was different either too soggy or meat over cooked (like rubber). I feel bad about people working there they see and hear how down this place has gone in two years, while I've been going there! This was my first time in my life considering in going to Crapdonalds. Because food there is always the same.... In any ways!

In one had you have VERY GOOD SERVICE, In the other hand the food is horrible. I was very well served, such a pity for the horrible food.

The noodles were somewhat overcooked and the temperature was not as hot as I would have expected. However, the food was just about satisfactory overall and with a pot of hot chilli sauce it livened up the meal considerably. I am pleased to report that we had no ill effects from eating their food.

The staff working there looked like a couple... not very sure but they had an arguement. The lady came out seemed very rude afterwards. Didn’t seem to sell me. Didn’t seem very customer focused. I asked for sauce with my tasty chicken balls and all she did was point at a tray with 3 pots of sauce. She looked miserable. I feel a bit bad but it happens. Just maybe argue out of hours and not at work.

Great fastfood. Will visit again.

Love the kat su curry however shop never opens at 12 like it states and is normally an extra 20 mins

Staff was rude. She lacked enthusiasm and people skills. Noodles were bland and prawn crackers were just paper.

Surprised motorway service station food could be so good. Excellent Red Thai Vegetable curry and rice, good lemongrass levels, good tingle of heat. Will definitely be looking out for this chain again.

Great food makes a change from the McDonald's we was having nearly everyday as roadchef doesn't give you any real option on decent food.

Lovely noodles. Tasty after a long drive. Excellent and friendly service too.

It's a sevice station on one of the busiest roads, there always expensive never good but do the job to rest eat and get petrol also does eletric

Noodle not done properly. Large portion 7.95£ size of regular one .... Highly not recommend...

What a rip-off , nearly 7 quid for an ice cream tub of rice with 2 spoons of sauce containing very few vegetables even less meat . I doubt that a child would be nourished with the portions. If you're hungry go somewhere else.

this is a great little noodle bar on the motorway! simple, fast, affordable and clean, what else can you wish for?

Only good thing about this establishment is the fact the floor is clean.. Guy serving me was more interested on his mobile than me as a customer.. Food was served hot but lacked any form of taste. I am so glad I didn't get a large serving. Would recommend avoiding this outlet like the plague.. McDonald's still there opposite.. Good idea for next visit to services.

Opens at twelve midday on Saturday. Positioned in the central area. Just the place for noodles. Quite a small shop.

Stopped here for a quick bite to eat and the gentlemen serving us was very polite and lovely! Food was good, nice change for a service station.

George was our server and quite frankly he was one of the best food servers ive ever had the pleasure of dealing with! Style and grace while serving up a hearty portion of spicy chicken noodles, he knew what he was doing. It wasn't his 1st time, noodles followed by chicken to more noodles and then more chicken! Perfectly layered for great flavour and taste throughout! A truely magnifisant Experience! Thank you George, and thank you chozen noodle!

Was standing at the counter with a group of workmen for approx 10mins waiting to be served, no sign of the staff member despite shouting "hello" twice! Eventually had to ask the staff from another food outlet "is there anyone serving next door"? Within seconds this guy showed up no apology, rude, condescending and arrogant! As I stated to him "I could be your mystery shopper" to which get sarcastically replied "well I've failed then" the workmen walked away in disgust to McDonalds and I continued to buy Noodles were OK Train your staff member in customer services especially if he wants to keep his job! There's plenty of folk out there who could certainly do it better than him!

Partial credit. My noodles were pretty bland and there was still some dehydrated noodle in there. I pointed this out and they rectified the situation by replacing my noodles with a different flavour.

Just wanted a tasty bite - not a meal. Reasonably priced and very tasty. Better than a whole meal. There were meal boxes as well as tasty snacks

Stopped at Clackett Lane Services feeling hungry and expecting the same old boring motorway food but found this place. How nice to get something tasty and interesting and different not to mention healthier and better value in a services! Good work guys keep at it.
