Pizza Hut Delivery in Bromley

Had a great experience with Pizza Hut delivery. The order arrived earlier than expected, and everything was still hot and fresh. The pizza was delicious, and the sides were perfectly cooke.

The worst pizza I've ever tasted the dough was stale, almost like it had been cooked a week before, refrigerated and then reheated.All the food arrived cold waste of money will never use pizza hut again.

Doesnt deserve a rating if I could put 0 I would have. Awful customer service, called to make an order guy hung up the phone after I was asking about any deals they had,like he couldn't be bothered. Ended up ordering from dominoes up the road a much better customer service. Will never go to this branch again they should be shut down.

I had to wait over an hour for me and my baby’s food to be delivered. When I called the restaurant numerous times to ask where it was I was rudely spoken to, shouted over and HUNG UP on. Pizza Hut is no more than 12 minutes down my road and I’m absolutely disgusted by the service provided. I ordered at 4:52pm and currently at 6pm it’s still not here. I will be demanding a refund.

Turned up late and cold had to microwave it

New to the area, not had pizza hut in while. Probably the best pizza hut we've had! even the misses rated it and she isn't normally a pizza person! 5*.. will be ordering again!

Appalling, the food was never delivered. What on earth is the point of having a code system, as I certainly didn't give anyone a code!! Restaurant would not answer the phone, just eat refusing to give a refund

Called twice to ask where the pizza was after it was more than an hour late, was told it would be 10minutes both times, they then stopped answering the phone after two hours and it never turned up

Absolutely disgusting service. Gave up after waiting for 3 hours. Called multiple times and fobbed off. They finally took the phone off the hook. Will never order from them again. If I could give a negative star rating I would.

I was at the Pizza Hut in Penge high streeei ordered a mahgeriita pizza it was a mess went back there asked them for a change to pepperoni complete mess with so much oil and salami only. Will never ever go in there not to even talk about recommending someone. It’s a mess

Pizza Hut has gone down hill. If you are looking for hangover food, go elsewhere No wonder domino’s dominate the market. Pizza and garlic bread were under cooked. Product is nowhere near what it used to be. Hadn’t brought from them in 10 years. Needless to say I will never be a returning customer again

Delivered incorrect food and had to argue with the manager over the phone to get our actual order delivered an hour later. How difficult can delivering a pizza be?

This review is a true review of this store depending on the manager on the day. I am a regular here and honestly just so fed up. I Called on Tuesday 7th may and got through to the manager. I informed him that there was a mistake with my previous order and the manager on the day offered a free replacement pizza to be claimed by stating his name and the order number. He put me on hold for 10 minutes and then when my I called using my partners number (whilst still on hold) he answered, realised it was me and hung up both lines!! I called back and he refused to replace the pizza and hung up again, I called back and asked for his name and he hung up yet again!! so rude!! I am absolutely appalled. Ordering pizza tonight as a loved one is currently in icu after a severe heart attack and after the trips to the hospital I am physically and emotionally too drained to cook tonight . His rudeness is the last thing I needed. My emotions are already all over the place and honestly I am so angry he is lucky I didn’t turn up there.

I had to ring the restaurant to find out where my food was as it said delivered when it hadn’t been. 15 minutes later my food turned up cold.

The service I received from the staff was amazing. Me and my friends were very indesisive with what we wanted to order and the person serving us was very patient and very helpful with choices. Even though pizza hut is a huge franchise, the pizza served to us was amazing! Would definately recommend.

One of the worst pizzas ever... Gave them one last chance but still late.. Still cold and still hardly any toppings. Am fed up keep complaining to them about half the order not being delivered and having friends round and standing in the hallway checking what they have delivered as it not cheap for the poor quality they deliver and they don't seem to care when you call up? Although delivered on time, half the order was not there. The delivery person said they would come back, but I didn't hold my breath as they never came back. Was a real waste of time and money. No point in delivering half a meal.

I went in pizza hut and made a order it took around 15min which wasn't a problem it wasn't busy inside. Customer service was good here and my pizza was very nice.

Ordered on line for collection my order was ready on arrival polite and friendly customer service and the pizza was tasty and fresh as usual.

few week ago went for collection , got the 5.99 pizza and side , pizza was flat and tasted like a dry naan bread no bounce in the crust it was either old dough or expired

Don’t order from this store, the driver can’t read woke up three neighbours. Tried to cancel the store rang me back 3 times telling me to take the the cold burnt food? And they will refund. Never happened. Made complaint to HO Still no refund. Customer for over 40 years, not no more!

You get qhat you ask for at the right price.

My food came over 15 minutes late, but this wasn’t updated on the app so I had to call the restaurant to find out what happened to my order. When my food finally arrived, there were items missing, and the restaurant refused to do anything to compensate me.

The order was very very late buy that I can understand given that it's the queen's funeral. The food tasted lovely when I got it. However, the customer service was poor. The person handling the orders was so rude. He hung before I was done talking. When I called back to ask him to repeat, he hung up. I called three times and he hung up. Otherwise, the food was good.

I ordered a pizza that supposed to serve 2 persons and I got a 12 inches Pizza, this is a FRAUDE. Shame on this Pizza shop I hope it will close soon.

Great service, the manager and workers are really nice. Pizza Hut is Pizza Hut, so what makes a difference is the service, and they have an amazing one.

Very rude had the phone put down 4times and when the food finally did arrive 2 items missing I called back they lied an said they were going to return missing items hours past I called and the shop was shut called back the next day and they lied and said the dropped it off but no one answered and hang up on me yet again !

I’ve just called 6 times, I’ve had the phone put down on me twice because they couldn’t take my number down correctly and could not be bothered so they hung up, my mum then called and asked if this is Pizza Hut and OMAR said no and again hung up. I then managed to call get my number taken down correctly however then my address was then an issue! It gets worse THEN when my order was being taken I asked for a deal, to be told they aren’t doing deals (which they are cause you can order them online) to have the man then tell me to hurry up and be quick cause they are busy! Penge High Street SE LONDON. Rude!!! Called them, to place an order. Omar answered the phone, and put phone down half way through the order. Called back asked if this is Pizza Hut he said no and put the phone down!! Called again from a different number and was told to make it quick because they are busy. When we asked about specials he rudely replied that they had no specials, which they did, as we had checked on the web site, at this point we could no longer tolerate the rudeness, and didn’t want to give them our money. Never again !

Picked up 4 pizza's on New Years Eve - Umer the manager was very friendly. Fantastic service - matched with 4 perfectly made pizza's. Still the favourite Pizza Hut despite it not being the closest. Great experience and hope it continues for years to come.

Late, burned. Never ordering again

I was given the hog roast pizza COVERED in jalapeños! I would have eaten it HOWEVER I have an allergy to jalapeños.. I sent the order back through the courier as advised my the manager. I called the shop 3-4 times each time he hung up on me or put me on hold. 3 hours after I decided to travel down to the shop, when I arrived.. not only did the shop STINK AND WAS UTTER FILTHY he advised thay he would make me one pizza. However, I had ordered 2. He refused to make another one, ignored me, picked up the phone and called the police which was totally unreasonable, given that I was calm and tried to reason with him. The manager of this place is rude and should not be allowed in the hospitality industry. He is an utter disgrace and should not represent pizza hut in any way shape or form, this was not the type of customer service I expect to receive on a Friday night.

I am more of a Domino's guy but after a crazy wait last time I decided on that Pizza Hut Deep Crust taste. First time ordering from 'Penge' Branch & delivery was on time with a polite gentleman. One pizza lost it's cheese to the upper box. 5 star rating includes the way they remedied the situation!! Hassle free and a quick response. Will be ordering again 👍🏻💥

Awful service. Been waiting over an hour. Still waiting. Not convinced it will turn up at all. Tried calling the restaurant only to be put on hold every time. Not good enough for the cost !!!!

When me and my friend entered the shop the smell was horrible and we saw a rat running across the floor. When we ordered our food we laughed as we were uncomfortable with the situation and the man shouted at us telling us to “stop laughing” and told me to “shut up and pay”, this is extremely disrespectful and we felt as if he was speaking to us like we were below him because we were black. In the end my friend got really upset as she felt like she was attacked and ran out crying. We definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND unless you want to be traumatized for the rest of your life.

I Literally set up google maps just to make this complaint so you guys don’t have to go through what I went through. I regularly buy from here but this time the order (Crust) was wrong. When I called to speak about it the man told me to go on hold after I told him my postcode. He then ended the call after I was on hold for at least 5 minutes. When I called him back he was rude, not clear, moaning something and ended the call. I was confused so I called back and he mumbled something muffled before ending the call once again, I couldn’t even tell what he was saying (bear in mind my other food is getting cold whilst this is going on). I called again and as soon as I spoke he ended the call. The last time I tried to call back he didn’t even pick up at all. Order was wrong, could’ve been solved simply, but I got no help... They seemed to have done this to other people too. Must be some sort of tactic to avoid having to fix people’s orders they mess up. Just save your money and buy somewhere else. There’s a dominos and papa johns on the same road.
