Pink Olives in Bromley

Think they must have changed chef. Absolutely horrendous food was delivered the other day, inedible. The food was bad enough, but the delivery itself was truly alwful - but you try to deal with that. When providing feedback to the owner, there was a complete disregard and a distinct lack of ownership, accountability or interest. I wish I had seen all the negative reviews prior to ordering. As I said, the actual delivery was appalling, taking over an hour to get here and sadly stone cold as well. The take away will not last, and with all the competition if they do not change theiir ways to be more customer focussed they will expedite the closure! The owners must be more present and ensure the quality improves. Sadly, not good enough and for my family, never again! Very poor!

We use to like Pink Olives even before it was Pink Olives, and got our takeaways from them many times. but lately something strange has happened to their food, korma sauce became pale and bland , other dishes we use to enjoy are also blander, and onion bhajis soaked in syrup ? I have never come across this before, every sauce just too sweet ...service is good but I will be venturing out to find different Indian takeaway restaurant for my next order.

Briyani came cold. Briyani tasted unseasoned. Chicken was chewy and dry. Chicken wings werw average. Drink didnt come wth delivery. Then theh brought it.. Thank god. The fanta was the only decent thing... Wont be ordering again.

Dodgy dealings at Pink Olives - the owner also owns Ramsden Tandoori but when you call Pink Olives they lie and fob you off - say he used to work at Pink Olives and is nothing to do with them. However he is the owner and has database for all his customers from his time and Pink Olives and texts them from time to time advertising his new takeaway at Ramsden, so someone is lying!!

Like warm inedible food. Don’t waste your money. Management non existent along with customer service.

NEVER use this restaurant! The food is disgusting and take away was Luke warm with inedible dishes. The manager was arrogant and believed he could survive without our custom. Good luck with that and don’t waste your money! I would have given if zero if that was an option!

Been using far last year however just recived my order that was not what I normally receive so I called to ask if they had a diffrent chef on to normally I was told that it is normal chef so now I new the food that they sent me wasn't what I ordered I expressed this and then was shouted at so will not recommend this takeaway if you want what you order

Always quick service, food is really nice, curries are decent and they throw in freebies often, my family and I use them all the time!

Wow ordered two curry’s one was with out sauce the chicken was dry as a nuns you know what the other wasn’t that nice the dog even turned it’s nose up at it

Just had a takeaway within 5 min violently sick I only eaten one piece of chicken and it was not right

If you are looking to order a takeaway please avoid the Pink Olives curry restaurant. My wife ordered at 5.50pm a takeaway for delivery for 7.00pm. After 2 phone calls at 7.30pm and 7.45pm it arrived at 7.53pm. Sadly our £35 meal ended up in the bin. Both the lamb and chicken were too dry to eat and had been cooked and placed in the heated sauce rather than being marinated. The Keenan naan and garlic naan had been sitting in foil packaging for so long they were soggy and had lost their flavour. So disappointed. I will not be using them again, and annoyed at throwing away £35

Awful meal tonight. Almost an hour late..OK I understand new years eve but no communication except when I called 3 times and everyone sounded confused.When eventually arrived soggy cold bland! Never again!

I ordered 5.45 called 3 times as waited until 7.45 despite requesting 7pm. No communication and everyone sounded confused. Food was cold soggy bland and unappetising! Lamb wasn't even cooked in padsanda chicken pakpra were dry flat strips of some flavourless meat not pakpra at all. We have used twice before always excellent but will never be using again

One of our group had a peanut allergy, we were assured there was none in in chicken Korma. Staff oblivious and confused!! Had to leave but wanted to ensure that staff in kitchen were aware of the peanut allergy in the chicken korma, again oblivious!!! We all tasted the curry and it definitely tasted of peanuts!! Staff ere useless……..I fell sorry for any other customers that were affected!!!!!

We,ve ordered food about two weeks ago ….. and suffered diarrhea and vomiting for two consecutive days…wrongly cooked food I will not be ordering from this place again….

We've been using this curry house for last 17 years, with all the change of owners, unfortunately last 3 weeks we've been going here, the curry's and other dishes are loaded with undercooked onion, it's not sautéed off, which is really crunchy to eat, all the dishes are over powered with onion. Sadly ordered from here again tonight asked for no onion like we did last week both times still loaded with onion. I couldn't eat it, over powering onion and garlic far too much used. Unfortunately we won't be back. Can't wasting money on food I can't eat.

Ordered a meal from here yesterday. Not sure if the cook or owners have changed coz something has. First they got one of my dishes wrong I ordered lamb vindaloo and got chicken. Then as I started to go through everything was different king prawn korma had a garlic and seafood taste more than the normal coconut flavour. Onion bhaji normally soft in middle and crispy on outside where Christy all the way through to the point of crunchy and inedible. stuff Paratha we’re very doughy re cooked them for a while and tasted better. Onion salad had carrots bits or red cabbage never seen anything like that before. All in all was a disappointment that I paid £50 quid for the privilege. With prices going up service going down Won’t be spending my hard earned money here again. Just to add had been using for last 3 or so years before this and food was reasonable.

Ordered a chicken tikka Pasanda and it tasted strongly of bananas!! I couldn’t eat it as the taste was horrible.

One of the best Indian takeaways I’ve had and I’m Asian so I don’t really order but this place is fresh,authentic and really tasty would highly recommend, friendly staff can’t wait to go back !

The food here has always been No1 but, unfortunately today my husbands lamb jalfrezi was very hard and chewy but they were kind enough to deliver us another one free of charge. Excellent customer service, "normally" brilliant chef too, I suppose these things happen. They dealt with it very well, thank you for brilliant service 😀

Chicken Tikka biryani was fantastic😮 (spicy) Tandoori wings was brilliant OMG Lamp Chops and kata ghost was Amazing Good Customer service and fast delivery. Best in Town Number one as always 😍😍

Disgusting food, one of worst ever.

IT WAS SATURDAY EVENING AND AFTER GOING TO PINK OLIVES RANDOMLY I CAN HONESTLY SAY WOW !!!!!! THE FOOD WAS SUPERB THE PRICE WAS SUPERB AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS SUPERB, HIGHLY RECOMMEND

This restaurant provides the best Indian food EVER. We order from them every week and the food is always of a high standard. Great service, polite staff, excellent food and delivery is always received before the required time. Highly recommended.

Both dishes tasted the same ,ordered vegetable jalfreizi ,not a chili in sight ,side dish tasted the same very bland asked for chili nan got keema chili garlic nan and four free chicken legs ,marked in the house not good if vegetarian , definitely will not use again ,waste of money

Friday night is curry night. Food is always to a high standard, very tasty and not too oily like some Indian restaurants. Have tried lots off the menu and its always good. Highly recommended. A+

Order from there all the time. Curry is always on time, hot and very tasty. Today my wife forgot to order rice and poppadoms so we rang to order some. They were round within 10 minutes and didn't charge us any extra. Above and beyond, really amazing service!!!

Ordered a Chicken Madras along other food. Madras was disgusting and watery. Didn't eat it. Rest of the food was normal. Never again.

Normally a customer of Flavour of India, but tonight I couldn't get through to order. So we thought it would be a good chance to try Pink Olives. I'm so glad we did. The food was so flavoursome, so fresh, so well prepared, I'd say, we'd definitely order again in the future.

Tried this as our usual indian is under new management and dire. This was lovely, definately now our regular!!!

Was given a voucher for £10 off if I spent £22. We ordered a takeaway and spent £25 which cost us £15. What a waste of £15! It was absolutely disgusting. I should have listened to all the bad reviews on here. I would strongly recommend that you avoid Pink Olives. This place won't be open for very long, serving up muck like this! Very disappointed.

We have used this curry house for nearly 10 years before and after the take over. Its incredible. Whenever friends and family come over to eat they are so impressed with it.

disgusting food, the worst curry take away ever, all sugar, dishes looks different, but all taste the same and watered down, stay away, sweeter than a chinese sweet and sour, never again. all theses good reviews most likely family & friends. i would put 0 stars but google won't let me.

Terrible food, terrible service. New management is so poor. I ordered a lamb dish and when I tasted it the sauce was sour and the lamb was extreamly tough. So I called up to let them know the problem, and “managements” only suggestion was that I “eat it or they will not take my order next time.” I was shocked because I was so polite and was only hoping they could offer me some kind of exchange. Their response was so rude and aggressive, proving they are not a professional company. To make it worse I spent the next day with an upset stomach, so I will most definitely not be returning! Do yourselves a favour, order from THE TAJ ORPINGTON I’ve tried their food and it’s 10x better, as is the service.

The meal was very salty, sweet and bland

Ordered online but discount was not valid cos of card payment but they still honoured the discount when I wanted to cancel because of the misunderstanding. That’s excellent customer service. The bad reviews seem to be around customer service with delivery at busy times, so maybe avoid those times or just collect yourself? Food was delicious and prepared on time.

Food was delivered promptly but the food quality was disappointing. The dishes were bland, I could not taste any coconut in the vegetable ceylon and the spicy Bangalore potato dish was simply Bombay potato with dried chilli flakes on top. Unfortunately would not recommend as there are much better curry houses in the area.

ordered at 5.04 told 40mins as its busy but wont accept 1hr 30mins late said for a new restaurant trying to promote ,not very good ,sent the whole lot back

Ordered over the phone to collect. When I went to collect they had lost my order and I had to re order. When I got home the chips were missing so I rang to complain, they took my address and postcode but they never arrived. It's a shame the food we had was good but won't be going back as I would like to receive what I paid for.

We ordered for 8 people on Saturday night. The food was delivered in reasonable time and was by far the best take away curry I’ve had in a long time. Everyone really enjoyed there food. However we did have a vegetable curry we hadn’t ordered and I’m not sure if we paid for that or not?!
