I came in for pizza pickup placed on phone call. I must say the lady Harpreet was very suggestive and polite and had good choice for my pizzas that she made for me. Highly satisfied with the taste and service. Will surely order again when we come back to Bracknell.

My flatmate had recommended this place to me as I am new here and a pizza fan. I went on Thursday to try it. I was asked to give a review if I like the service and food, and why not?? Kudos to the chef who made the tasty pizza and the excellent service at the Till by a girl who greeted me well and helped me choose my food and made sure I get my food on time. Would highly recommend my pals and come here again.

The delivery time changed to over an hour, it came luke warm to cold and the mozzarella bites on the pizza was overcooked and didnt have garlic sprinkles on. Also didnt get icecream with cookie. Disappointing

I placed a order for takeaway on Wednesday night, ordering 2 pan pizzas. It was the first time in my life ordering from Bracknell store! The pizzas were absolutely amazing, cooked very well! And plenty of tasty toppings. I just want my feedback to go to the Bracknell team cause they are amazing! Constantly mess up the orders. Have tried to inform them that delivery is wrong and can never get through then the line will cut out after around 20mins and just say the store is closed, which if is not advertised to be at 745pm. Happened on two occasions now. Useless. Plus, pizza is just not great anymore, always very greasy and soggy

We ordered take away Pizza from Pizza Hut Market street Branch second time however we must state that this is the worst takeaway outlet in whole bracknell for Pizza delivery. The quality, baking, toppings nothing is in accordance with Pizza Hut Standards. They make no effort to improve the same. Never again.

Ordered £10 any size pizza for pickup, upon pick up I realised that accidentally I had ordered medium and not large. Very gently mentioned saying “oh this looks small, I thought I had ordered large” and the person behind the counter very abruptly said “DID YOU NOT SEE YOUR PIZZA SIZE BEFORE PLACING THE ORDER?”. He was very rude and unprofessional. Upon reaching home I saw that the Half and Half pizza was more like 1/3 and 2/3. Only one slice was Margarita and rest had pecorini and chillies. My 5 year old son could only have one small slice of pizza. Very disappointed with the over all service I had received and the way I was spoken to. I am done with Pizza Express, never ever I am stepping my foot there. Be warned!

cold food and no need for it to take an hour to be delivered appalling honestly

I recently visited the Pizza Hut restaurant earlier this afternoon with my sister, and unfortunately, our experience was far from pleasant. As soon as we entered, we noticed that the restaurant was mostly empty, with only a few customers seated. We chose a table slightly away from the entrance and counter area. However, just as we were about to sit down, a staff member approached us and rudely told us not to sit there. He claimed that another staff member had been waving at us to indicate the table was unavailable, but we hadn’t seen him. He then stated, “Now he is mad at you,” while another man gave us a rude look. The explanation given was that the table hadn’t been sanitized after the previous customer left, although the seat looked just as clean as the other empty seats, with nothing visibly dirty. We assured him that we didn’t mind, but he didn’t listen and continued speaking to us in a condescending manner, questioning whether it was our first time at the restaurant and if we had eaten there before. His tone and attitude were far from friendly or professional. Feeling unwelcome and insulted, we decided to leave. Neither of the staff members made any attempt to clarify the situation or address our concerns; instead, they simply watched us leave and then returned to the kitchen as soon as we stepped outside. This experience was deeply disappointing and left us feeling disrespected. We still can't understand why the staff behaved this way. I hope this feedback will be taken seriously, and that future customers are treated with the respect and dignity they deserve, regardless of their appearance or any other factors.

Cold, late and undercooked, real shame! Won’t be ordering again

So disappointed as pizza wasn’t cooked properly and just fell apart as was soggy in the middle. It then looked and tasted sub standard.

Amazing, ordered for delivery yesterday and they had some driver called Joseph deliver to me. Wow he was quick! And have a really cool little blue car. You should hire more like him. Food was good too.

I placed an order. when I called to chase the restaurant said they had spoken to Just eat who said they called the customer and they said they didn't order anything. just eat didn't call me. I checked my number on my account and it's correct. the restaurant were happy to send the order back out, they said they would send a new order out but I'm certain they just reheated it. the food wasn't great, the customer service of the restaurant was good however.

When it came it was barley warm, sent a Pepsi instead of Tango wasn't worth the money

delivered in good time was great food. only 1 criticism I asked for bbq sauce as a side with my wedges but got chive which I can't eat due to egg allergy which I mentioned. but not a major issue as pizza was lovely 😊

Horrible experience, the staff had a rude attitude. The food was not tasty, felt cheap. The fries were burned and felt like the cheap frozen Poundland ones. Pizza was not cooked well and for two sides of fries When you pay £51, you expect quality food and stuff without the attitude and we got none of it. Will never eat here again.

I clearly wrote in the box that please do not ring the bell or knock the door (as my kids were sleeping) hence ring me when your here and i will open the door. However thr delivery guy rang the door bell and woke my kids up! Garlic dips were not provided, when i clearly said i wanted it. Also, the food was burnt and was so crispy to eat, didn’t enjoy it at all! I have got the garlic tear previously and it was nice and soft, hence i thought i would order it again.

Really greasy even for a pizza

This was ridiculous I ordered it at 6:30 and it never showed I called the restaurant after an hour and a half and they said it would be here at 9 I waited and it still hasn’t come I am so angry as my friend went home hungry

Ordered off the website. Call to chase as it was half an hour late. They have turned off their phones..... and to top it off it says its been delivered 2 hours later.... and its not arrived

Order from the pizza hut app . We expected to receive our order at 9:20 pm and it said the order has arrived . We hadn’t received anything . We have tried calling and it’s saying the store is closed . this is at 9:30ish. Not ordering again anytime soon !

Waste of £8 Ordered a garlic tear and share. It barely had any garlic or cheese inside it. Called up the store and spoke to a guy called Kashish who said that's how much they've put. Daylight robbery! Not ordering again. I'm from Reading so not use to this particular branch.

Over 2 hours late food freezing cold and still haven’t received my refund

Ordered my food, never received it. Application said, my food has arrived. Where is it then? Hut not answering my call, then an automatic answer said, the hut is now closed. At 8pm.

Terrible. Kashish (manager) is rude and has no customer service skills whatsoever. Pizza comes with random ingredients which means hygiene is questionable and be careful for allergies as you might get a surprise

Placed an order that never arrived. The restaurant never answer the phone. I shall be contacting my card issuer and lodging a complaint with head office. Do not use this scam restaurant.

Delivery was really early and I was in the bath. No problem but so early. The guy that delivered was great bless him as I had to ask him to leave on doorstep.

So this is what i have just received for my kids dinner. Rang up and spoke to manage Satish who was not sympathetic at all and did not offer a solution apart from waiting over an hour for another pizza. Also received the wrong sides, when asked why i wasnt told what i ordered wasn’t available was told “i dont call customers to tell them, they get what we have and what we don’t have they don’t get” Seriously disappointing!

The second time I’ve been and the second time I’ve been given a cold undercooked pizza, I threw half of it in the trash, the one in Wokingham is much better. Whoever owns the Bracknell branch should really be asking why that is. STAFF. In the market street store they’ve are just the Pitts.

Cold food. Didn’t ring. Left it in reception. No spoons. Didn’t come with the ice cream I ordered. Didn’t even tell us it arrived. Horrible service when I called and asked for ice cream. DONT ORDER WITH THEM

Order arrived 20mins late with only half the items delivered. When I telephoned they advised the rest of the order would be sent out with the next driver, an hour later and the rest of the order still hasn't been delivered. Its now been 2 and half hours since placing the order and half is still to be delivered. The pizza that did arrive was good.

Disappointed that despite a note requesting not to add a specific ingredient, the food arrived with it. I have requested a refund for this individual item as one member of the family was unable to have dinner due to this, and have not been provided with one or a reason why not. Shocking customer service. Why give the option to add dietary requirements and then not adhere to it??

Delivery was soooo slow. Over an hour and it was midweek around 3pm. Rarely order pizza as it seems to be so expensive now… but next time we do it won’t be from here!

Expensive, no dips included, driver knocked our door rang bell hit the door flap, all within one minute. We have a new born, could do without a fella smashing the door down.

The person delivered efficiently and clearly knows the routes round this area which is a must when delivering food because even in those heat bags food doesnt stay hot for long but also this pizza was yummy ... Writing this review at 3am due to my repeat episode of midnight stomach cramps straight after I have had pepperoni pizza ordered for my dinner. The Peri peri wings were raw I had to throw them. It’s ridiculous to feel repeat pain followed by loose motions. Would never be ordering from pizza hut again. Really concerned with quality of food being served. Please avoid.

Gosh, where do I start. I ordered 2 pan pizzas for 19:45. pizzas finally arrived at 21:30 (after several calls), both pizzas were raw in the centre (you could spread the dough across the box, it was that raw. Called to complain, told new pizzas would be with us within the hour.... they never arrived. Made a complaint to head office as was given £15 off my next order (although the order cost me £31)? Anyways, onto the next order a week later, again both pizzas arrived raw (again). i called the manager and he was very rude and told me, he checked the order himself and I was lying, he reluctantly sent out 2 more pizzas which were raw. I drove down to the store with all 4 pizzas and demonstrated that you could spread the dough. I was told, that just how it is and if i didn't like it, tough,. I demanded he made them again and after 20 minutes of being subjected to the most unprofessional conduct (by the manager in dirty tracksuit bottoms and t-shirt) he finally agreed to cook them again. I won't be ordering from pizza hut ever again.

The order was late, food warm and the drink was missing. The driver said he would be back with the drink and never returned. Not a good service and would not recommend.

Awful company, painful order that took 36 minutes on the phone to be told that the base can not be changed (has been changed every order over the years) to be told to order online. why would I ring if I wanted to order online not the brightest bunch I’ve had to speak to. They kept getting my address wrong they put me on hold numerous times I gave up in the end. Won’t be ordering from here again. Poor attitude, poor service. They clearly need training in customer service.

Honestly so disappointed. Missed part of my order out which meant I didn’t have enough food. I tried to keep it warm in the oven while they sent out a replacement but the replacement has taken 40 minutes to arrive and is still not here. I’m starving and the food that did arrive is now not fresh and hardened in the oven. Total waste of a lot of money considering the size of the pizza. Don’t charge so much if you can’t fulfil the order. Should of just had beans on toast to be honest.
