Pizza Hut Delivery in Nottingham

I recently visited Pizza Hut, and I had a great experience thanks to Nasik at the counter. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure my order was just right. From helping with menu options to ensuring I got exactly what I wanted, Nasik’s customer service was outstanding. The pizza was hot, fresh, and delicious – exactly what I expect from Pizza Hut! Great service makes all the difference, and Nasik truly went above and beyond. I’ll definitely be back!

Wish I could give a -10 review. PLEASR AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. Their customer service is non-existent, they just don't care. I ordered online and paid at 6:50 pm and estimated delivery was 7:20. As i had not got it by 7:30 I called them and I was told therre was a problem with delivery and that I should get it soon. I kept on calling for the next hour and they did not pick up the phone. I tried to cancel but couldnt do it online and they were not answering the phone. I ordered from Dominos, as we had an early hospital appointment the next day and needed to finish dinner, and the pizza came promptly. The pizza hut man eventually came at 8:40, one hour 50 minutes after placing the order and I refused it. I eventually got through to them and the manager rudely refused the refund. No apology offered. I have complained online but they will take a few days to respond. Complete lack of concern for the customer. AVOID

Something seriously needs to be done about this. Every other pizza hutt is fine apart from this one. Pizza always comes burnt and it never follows what I actually ordered. Do NOT order from here

Ordered from this Hut on 29/04/24, but food never arrived, despite getting confirmations of order being accepted and being delivered it certainly wasn't delivered to me... Rang the store and told is it was on the way even after the delivery confirmation, but still nothing. Disappointing service from what used to be a very reliable restaurant

If I could give zero stars I would. Don’t order from here. I ordered my pizza had to wait over an hour. Pizza said it had arrived when it did not, the restaurant said someone will call in a minute, no one called and called over 7 times with no response. Eventually got through and they said the driver stole my pizza. Now I am waiting for a refund had to email pizza hut.

No other customers in the store however made us wait for one singular pizza for 40 minutes. All attention of staff being diverted to delivery drivers when they aren’t dossing off in the back

Although the room is small enough to eat on site, I generally recommend this pizza. It's tasty and the quality is very good.

Ordered Pizza for my daughters birthday party for delivery to Market street, Nottingham. I did this 2 hours before the scheduled delivery. Delivery driver phoned me 10 minutes before delivery (when I had already paid and had no other alternatives to source food in that time for 10 hungry children) to say he could not deliver to market street and asked me to walk up the road to stand on the street corner and collect, which I reluctantly did. I later picked this up with the Pizza hut customer services team via email and pointed out that if I were disabled, I might not have been able to walk up the road and make the collection and that they could have informed me sooner of this fact. Worse, the company still charged me for delivery and refused the £1.99 refund of the delivery charge when I requested it. The pizza was by all accounts very average and and over-priced. Wish I'd never bothered, I'd recommend you use someone else, my local dominoes is half the price and the service much, much better.

The staff are so friendly and helpful. There was an issue with the app when I ordered and the guy sorted it easily. The food quality is also really good, just enjoyed my pizza. Definitely going again and recommend

The server forgot an item and was rude about his own mistake! Asked if I wanted ice cream instead?! Was recultant to give me sauce for two large pizzas!

Twice now I've ordered a meat feast with triple cheese blend and mushrooms and onions added. Twice now I've received a pizza with no meat on and only the added mushrooms and onions and cheese blend. I couldn't be bothered complaining so ate it. But it seems they don't read the order properly, just the last couple of lines. A shame as the pizza is good and the delivery drivers are always really nice guys. But when you add money onto my bill for onions triple cheese and mushrooms but leave the meat off its very annoying.

Wish I can give 0 stars. I ordered pizza without cheese (which I always do because I’m vegan) and the pizza was delivered to me completely BURNT. When I called them to tell them my pizza is burnt I was yelled at by one of the staff and he proceeded to tell me that it’s burnt because there’s no cheese?! I told him that it’s over cooked & I have ordered many time a pizza with no cheese from them in the past and this is the first time that I complain (they can check my order history). He was extremely rude, unprofessional and downright disrespectful. The garlic bread was also burnt (not as much as the pizza though). Please just look at the pictures. Does that look normal to you??

Ordered there a lot of times. There is always something wrong with my order like: no sauce, wrong sauce, no toppings or barely can see any toppings at all. As today (25.11.2022) we've ordered one more time (simply love pizza hut..), and chose extra toppings. Guess what? None of the toppings were on the delivered pizza plus we had different sauce than we wanted... called restaurant and explained my problem. Got offer to return first pizza and get another (I agreed to that), but few minutes later received another call apologising for their mistake and offering extra pizza on top of the first one (probably they've expected from me to say that pizza is eaten already, but did not work out) - no more returns. I mean, they did their best to sort out the problem and keep customer satisfied. However, this is not the first time and I shouldn't have to call restaurant to straight back my order. Not a best practice and should be investigated as restaurant is the only side that is loosing something important here - customer who would not return back again. Same customer will still eat pizza but elsewhere, so is it worth it? Guessing, not many people calling to complain... but why they trying to rip you off on few bits of tomato worth £1.60?! 🤔 Person on the phone and delivery driver were very polite but this practices must stop at some point. We will look elsewhere next time. Too much hassle to.. order pizza.

Great service and great pizzas .The duty manager,shehroze was polite and helpful when I placed an order online and needed to change it and the driver Matt turned up on time With well presented food ….when getting takeaway it’s not always about the food but the general service and niceties turn an average experience to a great one-Thank you for doing just that for us this evening. It's a Pizza Hut. On the other hand, it's a Pizza Hut that puts tons of toppings on their pizzas and has good customer service. We called and asked, and they left the the cheese off a veggie pizza (one that was part of a special deal) because we had a vegan in our group - and that pizza had even more toppings and was quite good. The corporation may not cater for vegans, but these guys do. Thanks - much appreciated!

I went in on the 2nd April to Pizza Hut Huntingdon Street at 9:00PM. I went to order a large pizza with tuna and he said 14.00 and I told him that I never paid £14.00 for large pizza and then he said a large pizza is 16.00 and I said no way that’s true. Then he looked at his colleague said make it 9.99 and then I said ok no problem. When I paid he then charged 11.39, and I said “No, this is too much and we agreed on 9.99” he went to his colleague and then he told me he had nothing he could do. “Sorry I didn’t tell you the price at the start”. I went to the other man and asked for the other persons name and he replied with “I can’t give you my staffs name.” And so I told him “give me your name then” and he said he couldn’t do that. So obviously they weren’t confident with what they were doing otherwise they would just hand me over their name. I went home and called the number on the receipt and asked for the manager, which he straight away said that he was the manager himself. Which I doubt. I told him the scenario and I told him I’d put a bad review, to which he said in a very rude way “Do it then” and was not apologetic at all like a manager should be. And although I usually come to the venue, I will never be going back and will tell all my friends about this.

Finally convinced the other half to try pizza hut for the first time after loving the one I go to regularly in stockport. Well.. It certainly was not the same by any stretch. The dough wasn't cooked properly and the pizza just tasted generally bland. You'd think between the 6 guys standing around doing nothing they could come up with something with had a little flavour. Should of gone to the local spoons in Bingham! Way better.

Ordered in the past and had an experience that I can honestly say I didn't find most satisfying, I decided to give it another go and this time around I was greeted very politely by a member of staff whom I think was called Ray? He was very familiar with the items on the menu and offered us a wide range of deals which we eventually chose to settle with the championships bundle. the service was nothing but fantastic this time around and the speed of service was fantastic!

Decent pizza hut delivery however not that many cheap deals. Beeston delivery is generally really cheaper.

Extra cheese? Try finding some - see my photos. I did however find the jalapenos that weren't ordered. If your going to mess with orders it's worth you knowing that some people have allergies, you would have sent my wife to a&e, expect a complaint. I am so glad the Redditch (my local) pizza hut isn't bad like this one. Just an update on this, the hut in question did call and apologize after reading this review and seeing the photos. They also offered me a replacement meal for free which was appreciated. Unfortunately for me I live 80 miles away so won't ever take them up on this. I would suggest others that use this store put there experiences up in there so that people can put this one time into context.

2 hours after paying online and pizza still isn't here. Tried to call the restaurant many times but they answer and hang up immediately. Can't even answer to explain why the pizza never came. Customer service isn't helpful. Hope my refund goes through so I can order Papa John's next time.
