My teenage daughters ordered a pizza for delivery, however the wrong pizza arrived. We had a very spicy one which did not have any of the toppings we ordered. I had to make 4 phonecalls to rectify the issue. Firstly being told to call deliveroo for a refund ( we ordered direct from Pizza Hut) we do not know how to contact Deliveroo and no number offered. I asked for a new pizza, the correct one. I was then given the customer service number which was not an actual real number. Finally I was offered the pizza that was originally ordered if I could collect it. I went to get it and the owner asked me for a review. The pizza was nice though, but not really worth the effort I had to go to to get the right thing. Will never go back.

Ordered take away! Pizza hut is my favorite local pizza shop! Great and fast service. In addition the pizza always served delicious. They always maintain a great service and high quality pizzas!

Delivery was 10-15 minutes late and mussing ice cream. Customer service response “well it was a free item and we’re not going to do anything”

Don't really want to cook yet again on a Saturday night, so options are local fish & chip shop (don't deliver), local Chinese (good, but expensive & we usually throw half away. Also, charge for delivery.) or local Pizza Hut. With deals, we can always find something that we both like at a good price. Order & pay on line in afternoon for evening delivery & get on with our day, knowing that evening meal is sorted. Food is always delivered hot & delivery person is always on time & friendly. Inevitably, we have plenty left over, but apart from the potato wedges, it can all go in the fridge for the next day. Our "once-a-month-treat". ,

We ordered 3 medium pizzas, and we have never seen pizzas delivered that actually came with enough toppings before. Will definitely order from here again, not skimpy on toppings, and arrived quickly.

Ordered starters, pizza and cookie dough, all come burnt! Called the restaurant 11 times in 1 hour 30 mins but no answer. Tried pizza hut customer service but still no luck. Avoid

Pedimos 3 para llevar pizzas y me dijeron que serían cuarenta minutos, pero terminaron tomando una hora y diez minutos. Luego, cuando llegaron, solo había dos, así que traté de explicarle al repartidor que éramos pequeños, pero fue en vano, cinco minutos más tarde regresó y lo encontró. Dale a este lugar un parto muy amplio si quieres y caliente, correcto o comida en absoluto.

Pizzas decentes, pero parece que cualquier orden parece llegar a al menos 20, incluso si se usan cupones. Yo lanzo las pizzas pero no el precio más, nunca sé por qué dejaron de hacer la base de ajo infundida. Lo volvería a ordenar, pero solo si las opciones menos costosas no están disponibles

Pedido para la entrega, 2 horas de aviso, 15 minutos después del tiempo de entrega todavía no hay una palabra telefónica, la sucursal local se pondrá en espera y luego se le informará que demorará otros 40 minutos en ser entregados.Tuve que llamar por teléfono a la línea de servicio al cliente por separado para solicitar un reembolso y le dije que tardaría de 12 a 14 días en volver a ingresar a mi banco.El servicio descuidado no se usará nuevamente.

The wait for a table is incredible, especially as there were free tables but there was nobody to meet and greet so queue was going all the way to the door and outside. What’s going on?

Normally receive lovely pizzas but lately they have been very over cooked and the plain pizzas were extremely greasy and fat had already seeped through the box upon delivery, disappointed this time.

I love Pizza Hut! Brilliant staff,Brilliant deals! I really recommend it as the quality is amazing!!

I regularly buy the meal deals. Always great value and delivered quickly. Excellent food and always nice and hot
