Pizza Hut in Bracknell Forest

I recently visited the Pizza Hut restaurant earlier this afternoon with my sister, and unfortunately, our experience was far from pleasant. As soon as we entered, we noticed that the restaurant was mostly empty, with only a few customers seated. We chose a table slightly away from the entrance, near the kitchen and counter area. However, just as we were about to sit down, a staff member approached us and rudely told us not to sit there. He claimed that another staff member had been waving at us to indicate the table was unavailable, but we hadn’t seen him. He then stated, “Now he is mad at you,” while another man gave us a rude look. The explanation given was that the table hadn’t been sanitized after the previous customer left, although the seat looked just as clean as the other empty seats, with nothing visibly dirty. We assured him that we didn’t mind, but he didn’t listen and continued speaking to us in a condescending manner, questioning whether it was our first time at the restaurant and if we had eaten there before. His tone and attitude were far from friendly or professional. Feeling unwelcome and insulted, we decided to leave. Neither of the staff members made any attempt to clarify the situation or address our concerns; instead, they simply watched us leave and then returned to the kitchen as soon as we stepped outside. This experience was deeply disappointing and left us feeling disrespected. We still can't understand why the staff behaved this way. I hope this feedback will be taken seriously, and that future customers are treated with the respect and dignity they deserve, regardless of their appearance or any other factors.

Didn’t receive our ice cream, delivery driver advised he would go back and bring it to us. I rang to chase and make a further order and I was advised I would have to pay delivery - even though he was on his way! So I cancelled my further order and said forget it then had to chase the ice cream again - no apology on the phone whatsoever

We arrived late after having left the Blue Smokehouse hungry as the food was so bad and inedible. The staff were friendly, helpful and not a bit put out that we had arrived late. They really were a credit to the manager. Thank you. You have no idea how happy you made us.

Ordered two pizzas, both were squashed, cheese was stuck on top of the box. The triangle table popped out on the bottom of the box. Tasted horrible. Would not recommend!

Unable to contact the restaurant as nobody answered the phone, food cold and unpleasant. Driver apologetic but said they were too busy and not coping with demand, suggested I phoned the manager but said he probably won’t answer?

Ordered a delivery of pizzas from here and was advised delivery would be around 35-45 minutes. After an hour we called to see where the delivery was. The English of the person on the other end of the phone was unintelligible. The pizza finally arrived an hour and twenty minutes after being ordered and was cold and burnt. This is unacceptable service in today’s food delivery circles. We will not be using Pizza Hut delivery again.

Decided on Friday to order a take away for my wife and I. Looked online and found Pizza Hut delivering to our area in Binfield, so decided to give them a try. I had the Ham and Pineapple, with added Sweetcorn My wife chose to have Double Pepperoni, but requested less cheese, sweetcorn and added mushrooms. This was the buy one pizza get one free and we both chose large classic crust without garlic. We also ordered side dishes of BQ chicken wings and wedges. Food arrived within the timescale of to minutes and was piping hot. The driver was also very friendly, which was a pleasant suprise. Sadly this is the only good parts about our experience. Here comes the tough love. Both of our pizzas were charcoal blackened around the edges and my wifes seemed even worse than mine. The sweetcorn had caught also in the oven and they were like bullets, its the only description I can think of to describe them. The bases had an unusual taste we can only describe as like iron and was extremely off putting. My wifes Pepperoni was wafer thin and tough and my wife said it tasted more like Salami and in the end, we both decided to leave the pizzas, as they were in our opinion inedible. We did try getting through to pizza hut, but we couldnt get an answer and in the end we gave up and put it down to a very bad experience, not one to be repeated. Its a shame as there are not many takeaways that deliver in our area and we were hoping they would turn out to be good. Because of our experience I wouldnt recommend them to any of our friends or family, as at just over £30.. it wasnt cheap and was wasted money.

Came in Saturday night for a late night takeaway, brilliant service, the lady working was called Lucy, and she was very informative and friendly, and was very helpful. Will come back again! Thanks a lot!
