Pizza Hut in Brighton and Hove

RIP-OFF AVOID! 1 Hawaiian pizza 14" & 1 Spicy chicken 14". FOR 2 PEOPLE! No extras or dips £45.41 I kid you not. F***** thieves! I could have took 4 people to pizza restaurant for that!

Yesterday i order 3 pizza for and they were done very good,taste and fresh! Highly recomended! I will be back every week from now on!

Brilliant food, fast service, in & out very quickly. They were welcoming when I arrived and quick to get my order to serve to me. The pizza was incredibly tasty, I’ll go back there for sure.

Never ever order from there - this branch is absolutely terrible. The staff know that pizzas take 2-3 hours to be delivered, and don't care. They purposefully never answer the phone. Their pizzas are still promised, when you order online, to be delivered in 30-40 minutes. But the PH website never gives a honest update on the delay, it's impossible to call the branch (they don't answer the phone), and the staff there could not care less. They hence purposefully ruin the evenings of countless people who just want to spend a nice evening. Don't be one of them.

Food ordered at 6.22pm finaly arrived at 8.20pm, called to find out where my food was after about an hour because it said online it was delivered....... Was told it was issue with ubereats delivery, although I ordered directly from pizza hut & they'd start from scratch, 10 minutes to cook plus delivery time, the place is about 10-15 minutes walk away. After nearly 2 hours wait I called to cancel the order as I was hungry 2 hours ago & had enough waiting. I requested a refund & was hung up on...... A few seconds later the food arrived, Delivery guy was good. But i'll never order from here again, plenty of other pizza huts in brighton plus dominoes & independent pizza places

My Order #6731619211 was delivered to me today freezing cold and rung the restaurant to be spoken to like a price of crap by the person on the other end asking me at my own cost to send the food back so they could cook it again or add a large pizza to my account to for next time. These people don’t care about food satisfaction and customer service is awful avoid these at all cost go else where if you want hot food didn’t even offer a full refund instead pizzas went in the bin.

Terrible service, still waiting on due refund for over a week. Bored of chasing and bored of being ignored. Please don’t bother buying from here!
