Pizza Hut in West Berkshire

Absolutely shocking. Ordered online direct. No updates after initial order to say it was delayed over an hour. Phone constantly rang out or said wrong number. When delivered was supposed to have been given a pin number. Had you argue and provide proof of order

Went to Collect for the first time in a long time a few weeks ago and again today. Great experience, really nice food. Biggest problem is its so good it makes you daydream about it! I would love options of anchovies and olives but went for mushrooms and they were gorgeous. Nice team, good service.

Absolutely disgusting service. Ordered pizza and extras which took over an hour to be delivered, even though the app said it was on its way for 30 minutes. Called up to ask where my food was and the manager Ali was rude and unhelpful. Called again to chase still nothing. When the food arrived it was cold and disgusting. After complaining to Pizza hut they have refused a refund and offered a voucher for £15!!!

Ordered an hour and a half ago, estimated 30 to 40 minutes delivery. Called 5 times but nobody will answer the phone. Emailed customer services but they say allow 48 hours for a response. Tracker still not updating, still saying order confirmed delivery due between 21.00 and 21.10 but it is already 22.00.

Disgusting customer service!!!! Waited 1 hr for delivery to be delivered two soggy inedible pizzas. When we rang up to complain Ali the manager at the store was very rude and hung up on us twice. When I told him I was going to complain he told me he is not sending out a replacement because of it and hung up again. Would highly recommend not using pizza hut and me and my family will choose another pizza restaurant in future. Disgusting customer service very disappointing

After a great day at the racecourse we just wanted some fast food and both decided on Pizza and the only place to go PIZZA HUT we love it here the staff are very welcoming and the service is great.

Over 1 hr an half wait. Missed sides on delivery. Bacon tear an share was raw dough in middle. Can't give refund over the phone. Customer services takes 15mins to answer. Whole order cold. Pizza hut used to be the best. Not any more.

We had ordered a meal deal from here for £24.99 and wished we never. On the order it said the pizza would be 35-45mins which was fine. We waited and still nothing, I waited 5 more mins as they might have just been a bit late. I rang up and was told he was 1 minute away. 10 minutes later (waiting for 1 hour now) the pizza delivery guy was ringing my mobile to tell me he actually was not here and was lost and couldn't find the address. After trying to explain he eventually managed to get here. After all this my appetite was mainly gone, we took the pizza and went inside. Opened up the boxes (2 large pizza, 1 side of nachos and one side of garlic bread) it was all burnt. The crust on the pizza was burnt black charcoal, the vegetables were burnt to a crisp, the only thing not burnt on the nachos was the cheese and even 2 slices of garlic bread was burnt. The only good thing in the order was the bottle of Pepsi. Would not order from here again!!!
