Costa BP Chieveley Forecourt in West Berkshire

I absolutely love the pastries at Costa Coffee! And of course, a visit isn't complete without a coffee. I treat myself to these delights at every service stop, and this Costa is just as good as any other. Delicious treats and friendly service!

Great service but common guys it would be good to keep tables clean as well...

Worst latte and chocolate I have ever had in Costa. Latte was watery, not creamy at all. Chocolate was barely different from latte, again watery and acid, even milk was not good. Not sure how they dare to write "Italian" on the tray 🙂

Ordered a latte and my friend ordered a caramel macchiato/cortardo. The latte cup was covered in something sticky, absolutely disgusting. The macchiato barely filled half the cup and was the sickening price of £3.25. won't be returning, I suggest your don't waste your time and go straight to Starbucks 😁

Ordered a Carmel macchiato Came in the smallest cup size they do and was only half full 3.25......shocking don't waste your time here 😔

The prices in this place are a brutal con. £3.25 (yes £3.25) for a small bottle of coke. I know service stations are a farce but 100% markup on retail price? Shocking.

Costa Coffee shop here wasn't a good experience, I've never experienced such shocking 😳 and attitude towards myself and my family, including my in-laws. I've been here before, and the service and experience were ok, but on this occasion, it was a shocker. The young lady that served us her manner was very very POOR and I won't be visiting this branch ever.

Been in today for quick grab a coffe the costumer service is very bad served by Eleni assistant manager very rude no eye contact with costumers or welcome with smile very unpolite and felt worst experience I ever had in costa . Due to her position should be and example for good and not like that rude .

Typical overpriced motorway services.

Awful! Not sure if the barista was new but took him two attempts to make a hot chocolate. I should have tasted it before I left the services but when I did after drive off it was not drinkable. The milk jugs all look dirty too.

Good drinks and food, quick service and lots of seating but quite expensive.
