Pizza Hut in Newcastle upon Tyne

Never had a takeaway pizza in donkeys, and with this flu from "Chy-nah" kicking about, we order one, my pizza was a ham n pineapple ( I like them reet ) on short crust, kids had pepperoni, my wife had a make your own, My pizza was below average, rubbish, cheap ingredients, netto ham, tinned pineapple, tomato sauce flavour weak, non existence, the base was rubbish and the crust had some weird dusting on there that I never asked for and the taste was awful, Kids was fine, never get anything out of them, the wife asked for chicken, ham and red onion on her "make your own", opened the box and.... OF COURSE they forgot the toppings, ridiculous man, Price was around 30 quid, Likes of pizza hut, domino's etc are now so lazy, out of touch, and couldn't give a hoot about the quality to customer, I'm finished, done.

Absolutely disgraceful pizza from pizza hut gosforth. Pizza was burnt so i telephoned and complained they sent me another and It was also burt.

Ordered pizzas & they arrived . Delivery guy rang us parked in the middle of the street & said I’m here . Had to go down . We live in a top floor 3 story flat & didn’t offer to bring them to our front door . Pizza were nice but service could be better

Don't know where the complaints are comming from. Quality is what you expect from PH. Always good regardless of which branch is used. Service always good. Always delivered on or before time. Would recommend to anyone. Have to question motives of bad reviewers.

Amazing value and great tasting Pizza with friendly service. We bought 5 large pizzas for less than 50 pounds. Will definitely be back for more

Ordered 1 large cheesy bites pizza and 1 medium pepperoni pizza for delivery. After an hour and a half we decided they were never going to arrive. We tried calling the restaurant but received no answer. We paid on card so have been charged but received no food! Avoid at all costs

Only ordered as I got a deal for any medium pizza for £5 with free delivery but you had to spend £14 to get the free delivery anyway! I got a medium pepperoni and I’ve never had such a tasteless pizza in my life. Poor ingredients, also poor service from the girl over the phone. Will never order again.

i ordered a large pizza for collection. around 6/7pm. my husband went to collect it for me. having parked outside on double yellows (considering the pizza would’ve been ready as he was running late) he timed the time he had to wait at the counter. SEVEN MINUTES of standing at the counter while staff talked at the back. he shouted for attention several times but got no response. he could see the pizza box ready and sitting there getting cold. finally 7 minutes later he was seen to and no discount off the pizza was given. instead he was told the staff were busy talking about ‘work.’ just not acceptable.

Service always good, friendly and helpful. Never had a need to complain about the food, drivers friendly too. Better than Dominos!

Overpriced rubbish. cheap ingredients poor service. the salads especially are a joke. You can get better pizzas cheaper and better elsewhere. Don't waste your money on this amateurish place!!!!
