extremely good pizzas, great staff ,very nice and clean space definitely recommend for people who like takeout and pizzas had a great meal

Got a collection. Really disappointing. It’s clear Pizza Hut has stripped out costs and quality in an effort to compete on price - massive fail. Cold, tasteless, low quality just awful. Looks like the take out is as bad as the restaurants now. No1 rule of business don’t cheapen your product.

Ordered from here several times and always had great service. Food is great and as described on the website. Delivery is always fast with pleasant delivery drivers (Rana was the most recent one and was very friendly). Would definitely recommend and order from here again

I am absolutely disgusted that they can charge £17.99 for this vegetable supreme very small hardly any toppings on very thin and the base was disgusting how can they justify that price I would advise everyone not to go not worth the money at all

Orded a pizza just loaded with vegetables, called the Heckmkdwike store to say where is the cheese??? horrific pizza , guy said nothing can be done now , my kids are 5 and 7 they hungry so had to start eating Wht we had could have replaced it or said nextime order we can knock sumthing off , instead got we can’t do anything about it!! Not good service and pizza was not impressed with the level of service especially when we order from ther regularly. Asked to speak to the manager guy was hesitant to give managers names said doesn’t know who will be in ???mr j Patel who couldn’t give me details to contact a manager ....

I ordered a stuffed crust... paid for it on line, got a thin base!! Live and learn.. I used to work at pizza hut many years ago... standards back then were top notch!! Will say the toppings were tasty! Would appreciate the cash difference back

Good service, the pizza pizza was ok, the sides could be better. Over all if they out avit more effort in and was exactly the same as the restaurant it could be 5 star.

Ordered in for one, decided to indulge and ordered a pizza, side and dessert, been here plenty of times before and found it to be ok however on this occasion delivery it was awful, pizza came and despite ordering a bbq base it was normal tomato (bland as hell) then to my delight opened up what I thought was my side order to find my chicken wings and cookie dough in the same box with the cookie dough swimming in the grease from the wings!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! To top things off I went to ring to complain and they had bloody shut for the night!!!!! Shocking, won’t be returning, I could of forgiven my pizza having the wrong base but to get everything so wrong and having sides contaminating desserts just isn’t good enough. Will not return

I wanted to pay online and therefore gave the card details to the man on the phone, just to be sure I asked whether there had been any previous mishaps with card details. It came to my attention he was mocking me for asking a simple but vital question. He then proceeded to complain about the time I was taking on the phone ,which I thought was outrageous, so i was very dissatisfied with the customer service which has totally put me off of pizza hut as a whole. I will now look for other businesses in the future to purchase from. This was my first and last purchase from the business.

Big thank you to Yousef when ordering pizzas for my daughters 30th birthday celebrations last Saturday and the lovely guy that delivered them. Both extremely efficient and delivery arrived at exact time promised. Lesley Greenwood

I haven’t been to this Pizza Hut for a while. The staff were very friendly but the food was average at best. The pizza was a bit dry, the fries cold although they replaced and removed from the bill. The food arrived in dribs and drabs. What I presume was a manager apologised and was very nice but I don’t think we will rush back.

Ordered a Cajun Chicken Sizzler and got a Green Chillies, Jalapeños and Red Onions pizza. Telephoned to complain and received no help..... Domino's next time I think

Pizzas are disgusting and greasy the . staff are nice though but I won't go again. I first thought it would be very nice but got a little let down after seen as how they are a large company.

Beautiful pizzas that are not greasy! Love the different crust options and always manage to use the coupons to get a great deal.

Tonight was my first visit to this particular Pizza Hut takeaway and I have to say this visit will be my last. Friendly staff and not a long wait however olives on the pizza (after stating 3 times when ordering that I didn't want) and given nachos instead of garlic bread. Very disappointing

2 pizzas no toppings. Brownies just a pile of crumbs wedges cold some still frozen. Shops response was I shoudl microwave it.

Usual pizza hut quality food, ordered and paid on line. Food arrived on time and order was correct. Will order again.

Always fast delivery, helpful staff, always upgrading for better deals! First choice of pizza every weekend!!! Youseff is very helpful!!

I don't know what's happened to Pizza Hut pizzas but they are not the same anymore, pizza base thick and doughy even though we asked for thin base, too much tomato on the base which was stronger than the taste of the cheese even though we had extra cheese. Very disappointed when this arrived, no more pizzas from there anymore. On the plus side the dilivery driver was really nice.

When you order from a brand name you expect continuity and the same great taste, sadly having waited an hour for our food to be delivered which was at best barely warm and then also incomplete, a call to the shop resulted in been told they had no garlic break and cheese or chips (this was ordered at tea time i might add 5pm) then placed on hold for 9 minutes resulting in me hanging up am calling back which also proved fruitless with no replacement sent and no phone call back left us all with a very bad taste in our mouths not just from the food i might add.
