Pizza Hut in Medway

This pizza delivery is disgraceful. The delivery time is ridiculous. They give you an estimate of how long ie 30 min but then you wait 1hr 20 min and all you get when you call is ah sorry. But that has happened 3 times in a row.

Firstly the restaurant didn’t deliver on time then when we phoned they said our order didn’t exist even though my wife had paid a little earlier. The guy was adamant there was no order then cut the phone off. When I phoned back he read my address immediately and said he was just cooking our order and the guy who took the original order didn’t tell anyone. The order was over 50 minutes late and when eventually arrived the driver didn’t even apologise. Very poor customer service

Very impressed with delivery service. Easy ordering online, food was delicious, and delivery driver was very polite.

Ordered my pizzas tonight and by mistake I ordered the wrong pizza the delivery guy was so nice took it back to the restaurant for me. Then I got a really rude man on the phone shouting at me saying it was my mistake over and over again. I have never been spoken to like this in my life how dare he think he can speak to anyone like this. If management see this you need to have your staff complete customer relation training.. terrible service. This was an easy mistake and I have lost count on how many times they have got my order wrong and I have never complained. This company should be ashamed.

Delivered pizza after an hour from the committed delivery time. Food wasn't warm either. Not gonna complain, but decided to stop any future orders

I ordered my food , and I saw the delivery driver was going round the houses . I saw him outside my address sitting on his phone for about ten mins . I didn’t realise he was a delivery driver. He brought me the food from the car and it was not kept in something to keep it hot . He was rude . I backed the food I rung the restaurant (which I wouldn’t usually do . To complain) and what an amazing reception . IMRAN the manager . What a gentleman . He had no qualms to re cook it and send it again.He could not have been more helpful . When it came back . ELTAF the delivery driver explained . The previous driver came from Uber eats (which I don’t and won’t use ever ) basically he couldn’t care less . Pizza Hut recooked it all, sent a free ice cream and cookie. Food was amazing . Delivery driver ELTAF what a gem . He’s a credit to Pizza Hut and so is IMRAN . Good customer service . Well happy

On the 24th June 21, was my grandsons 10th birthday. My daughter decided to order on an app pizza hut . Which at the time was very easy and simple to do. We ordered 8 medium pizzas to be delivered at 17.15pm. As the party was planned for the 14 boys to play football in the park. Then straight in the garden for pizza then home, as this was a school night. At approximately 17.35pm, no pizza rung the Rainham branch was told 10 minutes. Again and again we rung and got the same 10 minutes. At 18.45 we rung final time and said my son was coming to pick up the pizza as children needed to go home. We were told we would get ice cream for the children as this was there fault. But on arrival no pizza or ice cream. he was told that they were going to cook fresh pizza as this had been overlooked. (how can you over look 8 medium pizzas anyway). And NO ice cream as promised. I have emailed HQ at pizza hut and been given the run around, offered £10 E voucher the order was £40. So Pizza hut we tried your store on High street Rainham Kent and will not be returning. Domino's in future.

Loads of kids in there rude have no clue. LITERALLY never answer the phone. Avoid this one managed terribly for to long

Ordered a pizza with no cheese, arrived WITH cheese. Tried three times to call them but they hung up each time. On the forth time the manager answered and after I explained the problem he just sighed and said he wasn't 'diverting' a driver to replace the pizza so I could have credit or refund THAT WAS IT!! I explained the stupidity of his argument by asking if I ordered another pizza right away would it then not be delivered as he won't send a driver back this way to which he raised his voice and told me credit or refund and to make my mind up. With no option I had to go with credit but god knows what will happen when I try to claim it!!

I was stuck in a hotel room waiting to surprise my mum for her birthday - this place was a real lifesaver

Ordered and paid on line... one pizza was missing! Phoned to let them know and arrange collection... woman was extremely rude, literally called my husband a liar, was shouting aggressive and seriously nasty... I could literally hear her shouting down the phone from across the room. Quality of pizzas that did arrive was extremely poor... had to re-order the children’s from another pizza supplier as theirs were just really salty and vile. We won’t be using this branch again! Better to make the drive to dockside or get elsewhere! Give it a miss in Rainham, takeaways are generally ordered as a treat or at the end of a hectic day.... no one wants a row with a hostile bitter woman!

Had a takeaway pizza from Pizza Hut. It was of the expected qulity and taste and nice and hot. I did not have to wait too long either, so excellent

We ordered a veg pizza last night with an Italian base. The pizza was NOT with an Italian base but just with a thinner crust!!! Very disappointed with that!

I recommend ordered double cheese on the pizzas because often they do not add enough. I prefer the Pizza GoGo in Gillingham. Delivery was fast to my house in Rainham. Order was placed online and delivered correctly.
