Staff are amazing, ordered the incorrect item and they sent a new one so so quickly and very very accommodating to my dairy allergy!! Their dairy free pizza is the best out of every one I’ve tried and will definitely be coming back! Big thank you to the manager for being so helpful as well :)

Staff were brilliant, food was ready really quickly and was delicious. I ordered a cheesy bites pizza, which was great. Perfectly hit the spot.

Ordered from Wing street which is something within Pizza Hut. Food took ages to come and after spending £30 i only received 2 correct items out of the 6 on my order! They missed chicken bites, cheese triangle, wedges and my 1.5lt Pepsi! After complaining to Uber they told me I was unable to get a refund which is extremely bizarre because I paid £30 for 7 cold chicken wings in a flavour I didn’t order as well as providing pictures as evidence like they ask. I then proceeded to call the shop to ask what to do next. I spoke to the duty manager and he was so rude! Didn’t let me talk or explain my problem and was very rude and sarcastic over the phone. He told me it’s not his issue and I have to fix it myself. When I asked if I could go to them tomorrow to collect my food that was missed. He laughed and said no. I am extremely frustrated and angry that I wasted my money and was spoke to the way I was. Do not buy from here. It’s terrible.

Ordered takeaway hours in advance, but pizzas arrived 45mins late. Never seen that anywhere else. Will get my pizzas elsewhere from now on.

Went in this morning for toast and coffee. The toast was bearly warm let alone toasted, one side was still totally uncooked. We asked for marmite with IT, and was given marmalade, when I said we wanted marmite I was told we don't have any! We only got 1 small pack of butter per slice which hardly covered half of it. The coffee was the worst coffee we have ever had in any costa we have visited. It all looked really unclean and dirty. The staff member who served us was rude, I think she thought she we doing us a favour. RUBBISH BREAKFAST AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, IN A DIRTY ENVIRONMENT.

We booked Sunday lunch with my sister and brother in law, we wanted to try the Chestnut Horse with the intention to book for Christmas. The starters were lovely but not to be said for the main course, my sister and I had the roast beef, the beef was cut thickly and the whole plate full was verging on cold, my sister order extra cauliflower cheese which arrived towards the end of her meal. We ordered puddings, my sisters came first, ice cream, and ours arrived half an hour later and was not fully as we ordered. The staff were very pleasant and apologetic. Such a shame for a lovely country pub.

Goodbye to the worst Italian restaurant I have ever visited. Two years ago it was a great venue. Two weeks ago it was a disaster. A waitress was spraying chemicals everywhere while I was eating. Before I had finished my main course a waiter started sweeping beneath my table. He then told me that if I wanted a dessert I was too late because they were closing. When I entered the restaurant my greeting was : 'We close at nine, so you need to get a move on'. Other diners were receiving the same treatment, and in 20 years of eating out I have never witnessed such unprofessional behaviour from staff. Today it closed permanently, and good riddance to it.

I just can’t see how their prices are sustainable. Charging over £4 for a flat white with oat milk is outrageous, so I won’t be returning.
