Pizza Hut in Medway

Came here with friends and took us a while to get seated no one seemed to be working when we first got there. Once we finally got seated we got terrible service, the girl that served us showed us to our table and then told us card only and that was it. She didn’t tell us it was order online so we were sat there confused if we would be able to order. We only had the option to tip before our meal and we had bad service so didn’t feel as tho we should tip. But we were then approached by a lovely young man who quickly helped us out and asked us if we were okay. The food was lovely and came out quickly, I got a handmade pizza and really enjoyed it.

Wasn't busy, got a large table and staff are hospitable. Pizzas seemed nice, but salad stand was as usual disappointing as food was stale looking, Tacos tasted stale, just as well they were " free" Unfortunately we all had stomach upset the following day, can only put it down to what we ate here. We've visited this restaurant a number of times and tbh, the quality of food, high prices etc are just not worth it in addition to we all feeling unwell so we will be dining elsewhere in the future.

Visited here on a Saturday evening for a family birthday. We were greeted by a friendly member of staff who helped arrange high chairs for the children in our group. We were three groups so decided to order on our phones as this was easier for us - but the waitress did offer to take our order. Salad bar and drinks area were both clean and organised. Food arrived in good time and was piping hot and fresh - we really enjoyed it. We had a couple of waiters and both were very friendly and attentive. We bought a deal as this worked out better value for us and we took some home in a box. Would happily return 😊

I normally never leave reviews, always leaving tips but here… Service is appalling, don't bother to come here, 30min wait for empty glasses and blank coffee, pizzas with see throughout pepperoni sinking in tomato base. Staff with no training, no friendliness or interest in customer whatsoever, very disappointing and ruined family dinner. Not coming back. Improvements definitely needed.

Pizza was disgusting the oil used in the pan tasted old and off both of us were sick from eating it . Please do not use this branch there is something wrong with the products they are using . When contacting the complaints was just hold was at correct temp and they didn’t care that it tasted off just that the temp was correct . I love Pizza Hut but I won’t be going again

For the prices you pay and the amount you get it’s not worth it - sharing pizza between two of us for £20+ and only have 4 slices, not worth it. Skimpy on the bacon too. Kids meal not too bad.

The worse place I ever been.It was my son 9th birthday party ,when the waitress took the order she didn't mention you have to pay before you get your food. I am 49 and entire in my life I never been any restaurant like this.But I heard some rough area you have to pay before you eat.May be I was in wrong place

My daughter celebrated her 14th B-Day with her friends for the buffet lunch (12/11/22). The female manager that was on duty & one of her members staff (male employee) made my daughters B-Day really special and they went above & beyond. (Sorry, I didn't catch their names). I don't usually leave reviews, however I felt that this review was needed, especially when the staff did amazing. Pizza hut Chatham - Dockside, these members of staff are a real credit to your company. Much appreciated & thank you both for looking after us/them.

I was told when I walked in that my table is only available for an hour because it’s been booked for an hours time. This was absolutely fine as I did not expect to be here longer than an hour and was also told I would not be here in an hour. My pizza came fairly quickly which I was impressed with however after finishing my mains I waited over 40 minutes for my dessert to come by this time I had been waiting far too long I did not want it. You have to order via the app and pay for everything in advance and order desserts in advance so did not have the choice to wait and decide if I wanted it. There was no real apology for the delay I asked about the desserts once and was told they would be put pronto. 20 minutes later and still no desserts. I would highly not recommend anyone ordering dessert from here. I already tipped via the app due to the service we received when we walked in but wish I just gave the money to front of house rather than everyone via online tipping. Disgusting wait times would not be coming back.

We have not been to pizza hut for some time and I must say its not like it used to be. We went for the lunchtime buffet but there was not much choice of pizza to choose from and they were pretty bland to be honest and should have stuck to Dominoes !!

I had a lovely time with the family today. I enjoyed the salsa bar and the ice cream factory as well. Kudos to the super lovely staff. Ever helpful and nice as this was my first dine in. Definitely coming back soon👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

Lovely little Pizza Hut, easy to park etc. The usual in terms of menu and offers. A big shout out to Bobby though, I think he’s the manager, he should be anyway. Every time we go there he’s so friendly and helpful, he has such a lovely energy about him!

Arrived and seated at our booked table, had to restart order 3 times as the back button restarts and deletes the order! Salad bar was good, adults pizzas and sides came out with kids pizzas 5 mins later, lots of people mentioning fizzy drink refill machine was flat, just ice cream at the fun factory, no sauces or toppings. Asked for a box from 1 member of staff who ignored me with no box so had to ask someone else, no mention of a birthday booking! Expensive at £50 but lots of food for price.

I came here whilst short on time before a cinema trip and couldn't get a table for 30 minutes at the empty Nando's next door. I'd previously had a poor service experience in here, but they were able to seat me and I'd ordered and been served in around 15 minutes; a much better experience than previous.

We decided to order a take away Ordering was easy and fast Delivery was quick Hot and good variety, arrived quick and tasty

Went to Pizza Hut with my family on my birthday the staff was amazing friendly and professional but the food was very poor. I ordered an BBQ Americano which is ment to be chicken bacon on it. when my order come out I had hardly any chicken or bacon on it. 1 small piece of chicken on each slice and the bacon was just as scarce and for the price they charged. I think it was a rip off. I don’t no if the chef was having a bad day or they just put hardly no toppings on them. Very disappointed and will not go back !

We were greeted at the entrance and told we had to order by QR code, why? It is the most impersonal trip to an eatery ever. We have not been to a pizza hut for a couple of years. Has the recipe changed. The crust was so oily that it would have been better place on an english breakfast as fried bread. As for the topping....judge for yourself. Not sure that that is a fair coverage of topping! I would have complained but my teenage boys hate me to make a fuss!!!

Staff were inviting that’s why a give a 1, however your new ORDERNOW.PIZZA site was useless and the drinks options were only the expensive ones. Tried to pick a pizza and it froze so couldn’t add it to an order and the staff had disappeared....

The pizza was lovely worth the wait. As we were told a few times it was on its way. Had chicken wing and chicken balls as our sides. Lovely the salad bar nice selection. The desserts was lovely had to take it home as was to full.

It's hard to review a Pizza Hut because its a well known brand and it is every where. But then, there are Pizza Huts, and there are Pizza Huts -- some just are cooler than the others, and ULTIMATELY WHAT SETS ONE APART FROM THE OTHER IS ALWAYS GOING TO BE THE SERVICE. This one is located in the Chatham outlet malls. We came and had dinner. The restaurant is clean and spacious. The salad bar is well-stacked, clean, and had a good selection. Our pizza and flatbread was done to standard. The service has to be mentioned -- they were very good. Our server was polite, efficient, she checked on us if "everything was ok" (yes, it is, very much so, thank you) and we just had on the whole a very pleasant experience. I hope you keep up the good work and keep the American standard of customer service. I definitely will come back next time and recommend to others.

Waited a long time at door for attention. waitress herself was a star friendly and efficient. However choice of pizza at buffet was poor all but one vegetarian and only a choice of four. Waited for more to appear but they didn't had to ask before they cooked them. As the manager was behind the counter I would have thought she would have noticed. salad bar was good.

Came in for lunch and used a tastecard with my fiancé. We were served by a lovely lady with ginger hair and a gentleman with tattoos, seemed like he was being trained maybe? Both very nice, very helpful, nothing too much trouble. Food was great standard and we took some home for later which was offered without us even asking! Will definitely be returning and hopefully served by one of these servers again as they were delightful.

I went to Pizza Hut with my Mum who has dementia and does not like busy places. I asked for a quiet spot and the Waitress could not be more helpful helping me find a suitable place to sit. She even offered to turn the music down in the restaurant - it was quiet loud but was not necessary to turn down as my Mum was okay with it. I was so impressed with the Waitress as it enabled me to share a meal with my Mum it a lovely environment and understanding staff. Thank you. ps. My Mum LOVED her meal!

For the first time my pizza came perfectly cooked and well loaded, with fine ingredients generously supplied. The beer glass came frosted and all served by a friendly, efficient and welcoming waitress.

We enjoyed our visit. When we arrived the music was too loud for us but the manager was very accommodating and he turned the music down and we moved to a quieter table.There was was one stern waitress but on the whole the staff were very friendly and accommodating, for example Svet. Our son took his mango sorbet away in a cup which he really enjoyed.

Three of us had lunch there yesterday, we were greeted by a very friendly young lady, we later found her name was Louise. Who seated us and was very helpful Al through our dining experience. I had an individual pizza which I shared with the lady that was with us and my wife had the buffet meal. The ladies had a glass of wine each and me being the driver had a Pepsi. Overall the food was good and arrived quickly. The only thing that that was not quite so good, unfortunately there was a family there, with the children with them screaming and running all over without the parents seeming to have control and not bothering how it was affecting other diners. But food was good and worth the visit.

My Daughter arranged the meal for 6.15. We were seated with menus and given time to peruse. Within a suitable time we were attended by Hannah. We ordered and Hannah was keen to assist and oblige. Great afternoon. Thanks Hannah. THANKS PIZZA HUT.

A well filled and regularly topped up pizza and salad buffet. Tables kept clean by efficient staff. No queues.

Visited on a sunday night. Arrived about 730pm. Lots of used tables waiting to be cleared. Once seated we waited 20 mins before our order was taken . Had to go to the front desk to ask for cutlery as none on the table. Service very slow. Restaurant messy. Only 12 customers in there at the same time as us. Totally disappointed. Food was good . Service dreadfull.

Parking huge free area in front of restaurant and on a Sunday evening empty as shops are shut.

Dropped in unplanned with family, I was served by Tanisha, was very attentive without being over the top, made sure kids were occupied with colouring, food was quick and very good, a excellent family experience enjoyed but all.

Standard Pizza Hut, very nice pizzas, went today and had the lunch time buffet, came out late and as half term food could’ve been topped up quicker. Kids allowed to run around which was quite annoying, and staff seemed under prepared for how busy it was

We just wanted a quick meal as we were booked to see a film. The waiter was most helpful through out, apologising for the post apocalyptic mess from a party. We got our pizzas in good time. The food is what you expect from this restaurant but the good service made it.

Parking is plentiful and all free. Only called in for dessert and being a Wednesday using meerkats means 2 for 1.

This evening we were greeted by a pleasant young lady who showed us to our table and told us Tanesha (sorry if this is mispelt) would be our server. So we wait and within minutes the wave of warmth that is Tanesha arrived. She smiled and patiently explained how our deal worked and took our order. While there are some who'd say this is what you should expect when eating out, this lovely young lady seemed to be an absolute natural. Order swiftly taken and our food arrived, which again, was really good. I'm very pleased to say we enjoyed our meal and on leaving agreed that it was probably the best experience we have had at this Pizza Hut.

Me and my girlfriend ordered a big sharing pizza and it came with 2 sides our other friends ordered 2 starters he charged us an extra side which we never ordered from the food menu but when we spoke to the manager she was really friendly and took off the extra side from the bill which we never ordered apart from the mistake from the waiter the restaurant is clean friendly staff reasonable prices of pizzas

This review of pizza Hut Chatham's excellence has been a while coming! I was in a bit of a dilemma when running late for an afternoon BBQ, was meant to bring the salad and had done nothing due to busyness. The staff let me fill a bowl with salad, pay n go!! What a lovely bunch! Thank you xxxxxx

One of the best quality Pizza Huts I’ve visited. Service was prett6 fast and the waitress was attentive. The decor is looking a bit dated and it could do with a refresh but that’s not a problem, I’d go again.

Dropped in Tuesday early evening with the family, friendly staff, food very good, not been to a Pizza Hut for many years but pleasantly surprised by food and service.

First time experience and very surprised that they were able to sit a group of 10 at short notice.

We went to my Daughters friends birthday party. The restaurant was clean and tidy. The staff were helpful and friendly. Even thou the kids were making a mess the staff made sure they cleaned up after them. My daughter loved the make your own pizza

We decided to have a family treat night. We went on a Tuesday and tried to find a good deal. By the end of the order it still cost over £60 for 5 people.

Visited with my partner for the all you can eat lunch time buffet recently. At a price of 7.00 each you can't complain. Not only that drinks are refillable and you just help yourself from the machines.

El bar de ensaladas era muy fresco y acogedor. La pizza era comprado a nosotros bien caliente y es exactamente lo que había pedido.

El personal es realmente muy amable, incluso a los que no son sus propias camareros.

Frequently call by here, early evening when stopping in the area.Food is always good and service is always very prompt.Staff are always cheery and helpful.Very early evening can be a bit of a kiddy fest but usually quieter by 8 ish.Better than many much more expensive pizzerias in the area.

We were visiting my cousin who I hadn't seen for 30 years and we had tea here. The waitress that served us was friendly and we never felt pressured to order quickly or finish and leave quickly. The only problem was that they didn't serve potato wedges. The waitress did apologise but it became a standing joke every time she asked us if things were OK.When my cousins husband joined us and ordered a lasagne he was told there was none available and all the wedges jokes started again. Despite all this the we gave the waitress a 10% tip and she advised us to email Pizzahut as if lots of people email then they might re-instate them. Nice clean restaurant and toilets and happy friendly staff.

Went to pizza hut after a date night trip to the Odeon got there about 6.30 it was quite busy but we got a table straight away.The waiter was polite and helpful explaining the menu etc. I ordered the 10 rack of ribs and my wife ordered a meat feast and as the cocktails were two for one I had a margarita and my wife had a woo woo.We got our salad bowls and helped our selves to the salad selection it was all fresh looking and regulary topped up.The pizza and ribs arrived both hot and looking great the ribs were great and just fell of the bone I took a before and after picture. We will be going back again great service and value for money.

The buffet is brilliant and the salad bar is always filled up and plenty to go round, just wish the size of restaurant was bigger as it does get filled up

On the whole an ok place to go for lunch. The pizza I had was limited on topping for the price. The salad bar, nice with a range of choice and was topped up. Customer service good, friendly and helpful staff. Reasonable price food for kids, just disappointed with our pizza quality for price.

Came with wife for a lunch whilst visiting outlet stores. Normal pizza hut buffet but great friendly service (table clearance) and buffet regularly topped up. Salad buffet very well presented.

We were looked after from the moment we walked in. Polite and welcoming, the staff were happy to do anything to help. I asked for a desert that was a bit pick and mix but he did it. Good food too

Went with my children for lunch. Service was slow even though restaurant was empty. Food was ok. All 3 cubicles in toilets were disgusting and one sink full of toilet paper. Mentioned it to staff and they apologised and thanked me for letting them know. I haven't been to Pizza Hut for a long long time and I won't be going back in a hurry. Plenty of other pizza places where the quality of food a d presentation is more valued.

Didn't have to wait long for a table! The young lady serving us was a credit, very helpful and happy! Salad cart was fine and kids love the menu! Ordered ribs and chicken wings, wrong wings sent out but no issues, pizza my wife ordered was great! Have an unlimited card from cineworld advertising 25% discount which is why we came! 2 adults, 4 children, came to £60 which was fine but discount only £4 as many t&c's! Overall a good experience, nothing major to shout about but happily return

We visited on a weekday evening. Restaurant was very quiet with staff wandering around chatting amongst themselves. We stood waiting, clearly visible to staff, who looked over several times but kept on chatting. We eventually gave up waiting and went to Nando's instead.

Went here on a post cinema visit with my girlfriend. The service was friendly but the food wasn't great, the onion rings tasted like they were from the cheap section of a frozen aisle in a supermarket. The pizzas were a good size for the price but mine and my girlfriends both tasted the same to me. Good for a quick bite but nothing else.
