Probably the best Pizza I have tried in the whole of Reading. Fresh. Tasty. The 18” Punjabi Special is by far my favourite. Highly Recommend.

I ordered a Chicken Supreme pizza, and it was extremely disappointing. It felt like eating plain bread with hardly any chicken flavour it was very cold I got after two hours from delivery

Number one rubbish customer service plus rubbish food

It's frustrating how long it takes for them to respond to customers. They don't seem to care that people are waiting at the desk. It's like they're being careless.

This place is always good. They are quickly becoming my go-to for takeaways when I'm in the mood. They have a range of products that I love at affordable prices, which is great in this economy. They have always delivered my food quickly and without mistakes on my order. The food is always hot, delicious, and extremely filling. I shall continue to order from them because they're so good and worth it.

It takes a long time to make the pizza and add too much of one ingredient like when I ordered pepperoni there was only 4 pepperonis and a lot of cheese ):(

Very bad service they told me 20 minutes for collection after 20 minutes I came then another 10 minutes he said got it after 45 minutes very sad

Ordered food last night for a darts event at a pub 30 seconds away from the restaurant and use them every other week. Usually very reliable but this order toom over an hour to get to us ruining the event. After 45 minutes, I called and was told the food was outside as he had left a minute prior, which it wasn't. 10 minutes later, I was able to walk from the event to the restaurant only to be told again he had just left and was told he'd be with the pub by now. I walked back to the pub and it still wasn't there. By time food arrived event was complete.

Been sat waiting nearly half an hour for a single pepperoni pizza. Place is dirty, tables are dirty, there is an old cooker sat by the door the tables are dirty, they are sticky, have remnants of old flyers stuck to them. The table I'm sat at is wobbly as they come . The staff are rude. Genuinely terrible service

After leaving the shop my clothes still smells of oil/grease from inside the shop 47% of the oxygen is oil/grease it is, sit inside 5-10mins u get diabetes from the air.

I ordered pizza Sunday evening. The pizza tasted dodgy. After couple of hours I started being sick. I ended up having a food poising till this day! Called and email the restaurant. The guy on the phone said it must be something else even tho I told him that’s the last thing I have eaten. Asked for a refund or any explanation man said no chance.. will be taking this further! Don’t eat from this place. The food taken 2 hours to arrive and what it seems like it was old.

Cold pizza arrived and very rude driver.avoid

1- I have waited for almost two hours for the food to be arrived. Every time I call the restutant, they said " just 20 mins, just 5 mins" and it takes longers every time. When I told them that this is not acceptable, they didn't even say sorry . He said " byeee" in a wired tone!!! 2- chips and pizza is fulll of fat and the chips don't look delicious at all.

My last visit was not good enough they took long time to deliver my order which make us more nervous.

The food is okay but the service quality is very bad. Each time we have been there the staff is quite unprofessional and causes delays. The other places nearby are more friendly.

Is it the cheese or the dough I love their pizza but as a regular customer I’m disappointed for them to increase the price while they have lesser ingredients in the pizza. They put very little toppings on top of the pizza. They have to be reasonable in price and ingredients. These are just changes we have seen over the past months or a year.

3.5/5 for food though send items are good and send not so much. It's a mixed bag. Customer skills severely lacking particularly in situations where the store is at fault.

The food like pizza 🍕 has a good taste and quantity. Freshly served is great. Service is ok nothing special. It's more of a take away place not much of a diner.

Other than pizza, other items in menu are not good especially I had ordered chicken doner which had too much fat and less chicken meat, a cheap trick to save serving more chicken meat. Above all, the service is pathetic. There is a fat guy at counter who has got attitude issues and did not treat us well as if I along with my family were there to eat for free. He was shouting and asking behind the counter which sauces we want that was very rude. Typical desi weird attitude with desi customers but a completely different attitude and treatment with white customers. PATHETIC, NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN

Absolutely vile, waited 2 hours for our pizzas and both of them were covered in mould on the base of the pizza - must be left for days to grow this much mould. Had a couple of bites before I realised🤢

Absolutely terrible service I do not recommend this takeaway I waited nearly 2 and half hours for my food. They said on deliveroo it should be hear by 19.10 then phoned me saying it will be there at 19.30 as they can't drive down frier street to my flat but there is a different route they could take if theu bothered to look, Then I phoned bk up at 19.45 asking where the food was and they said it will be 10 more mins till out for delivery but took another 35mins. Then when it finally arrived the driver was telling me to come to his car and get the food as he thinks he cant park but actually there is one spot across the road or of they wasn't lazy they could off parked at the station and walked it up. So all in all terrible customer service food wasn't great either and it was cold.

The pizza was ok. Customer service is terrible! The woman on the counter taking order was extremely rude! I ordered a dine and she said sure! She packed for a takeaway. When I asked her she rudely said you can open here and eat! I said ok, could you then provide me cutlery, she rudely handed me cutlery. I had then clearly ordered chicken strips and which she repeated but had given me wings. I asked her again and she no you ordered wings and I pointed the picture and you agreed! I said I had clearly said strips!!!! She just kept on arguing! Very rude people!!!!!! No manners at all!!!!

I don’t recommend eating from here, my partner and I had ordered from here and I was eating the pizza when I turned it over and noticed black blotches, we inspected the rest of the pizza and found more! I looked into it and realised this was mould growing! Avoid this place at all costs! Many reviews say amazing pizza, clearly not! Try other places, just avoid this place at all costs! Will be reporting to trading standards as well!

Placed an order here though uber eats, waited an hour (keep in mind this place is less than 15 minutes away from me) only for it to be cancelled an hour after they had accepted the order and when it was supposedly being prepared. I phoned them and asked what the problem was, they then claimed i lived over an hour away, then we came to an agreement that i was infact only 10-15 minutes away. Despite this they then went on to say that they had a pricing error on their uber eats page (not for me to know and also out of my control) and that was why they cancelled my order, after an hour of waiting. I asked if anything can be done about this, to which the response essentially boiled down to "go elsewhere", no compensation or anything for the complete waste of time for something that is their error and not mine. For that i can only say the service i have received from this restaurant has been shoddy and i would not recommend anyone else the headache and waste of time it is dealing with them.

Lovely fast service, extremely cheesy pizzas, just wish there was more sauce as it cant really be tasted much with all the toppings!

They are fooling you. Don't order from deliveroo coz they manage their own delivery. They take orders from deliveroo with estimated time of an hr and then deliver using their own employees after more than 2 hrs. On top the delivery guys are extremely rude and disrespectful. No matter how good the pizza is its not worth the disgusting service.

I often buy pizza and kebab from here, mostly lunch time. Food is okayish but staff behaviour is in dire need of an upgdate. Tried to be frank quite a few time to talk about my order, seemed like they don’t care about customer services.

Disappointed, ended up cancelling my order after waiting for a long time for my order, if you are busy don't take on extra orders.

The order arrived in time and complete. The chips were nice and hot. Portions generous and delicious. Will order from them again.

Worst Donner kebab I ever had. Donner was too thick not cooked properly dry and taste less bought some fries with gosh oil was dripping from it disgusting.

I have been a regular customer at the 80 Oxford rd. Shop for couple years. Since New management recently took over, every delivery has missed an item, cold or not correctly made as ordered and paid for. Really disappointing 😞

This place used to be a lot better but since the new management has gone downhill slightly. -Kebab I wouldn’t bother getting as the naan is the long life stuff you buy at the shops. -peri peri is cooked well and good in portion some would say it needs more sauce to it. - pizza is ok but I would probably say chicken base has the slight edge. -chips aren’t very nice. Delivery can take upto 2 hours at peak times.

I miss the days when large kebab was exactly that, now its expensive with a lot less. Tastes nice though.

I get their pizzas all the time it's a great deal a size 18inch pizza for only £10 (depending on the toppings you may get as they cost bit more) but yeah since this place has been taken over by some1 else, the pizzas are so much better and tastier it's like now they take care in making our food much better. I just think when the pizza house was named before or who ever owned it before didn't really take that much care in our food. But 100% it's much much better.

Chicken platters are out of this world. Delivered quickly and would recommend 100% .

Im a regular customer. I spend more than £50 a week on their food. The driver is from this takeaway ia rude, ive injured my foot, live on the top floor of flats, have 2 under 2 and i mentioned this while placing my order. Driver calls and say they rejected my comments and i have to come down abs the manager said tell her to come down! You are more than happy to take money but cant understand a customers needs. Seems like a lazy establishment with egotistical staff... Such a shame!

This is one of the best pizza places in the town both value for money and quality wise. Forget dominos, papa johns or pizza hut I would rather prefer to order by pizza house! I have ordered couple of times and have never been disappointed. Will keep coming back

Have to say, this is one of the best pizza take aways in Reading, my favourite is the hot & spice without the green peppers and replace by pineapple. They should just make this a regular pizza to order.

1st time ordering. Good pizza and the prices are reasonable. I will return as it is close to where I work. Dropped a star because I waited 35 mins for 2 pizzas but they did seem busy. Staff seemed friendly even though some reviews say otherwise.
