Their hot chicken pizza is the best. Spicy and delicious.

I didn’t here about pizza Gogo but some young man give me a leaflet and then I try the pizza and taste was absolutely fantastic

40 minutes late, food was cold, driver claimed “yeah I’m quick aren’t I? No mate, you are not! Never again!

Absolutely terrible called as I wanted to go direct through them. Placed order and told me would be about half hour. Past the half hour mark I called every 5mins as they kept telling me would be 5minutes they then told me was outside so went outside and wasn’t there they told me 5minutes more then I got a call when they were outside and they were the other side of Southampton. They then told me I gave them the wrong address and hung up. Awful service

I would like to start of by saying that the food is really good but online you say you open at 11:30 me and my boyfriend walked down to the shop to find that they are closed. If you don't open at 11:30 I would change it because it's ridiculous.

Staff are rude i have Tourette’s and whoever answered the phone was so rude to me because I sweared out off my control won’t be using again bunch off arrogant guys. I feel so discriminated against and so let down expected better.😡

We are regular customers here, never had a better pizza anywhere else. Unfortunately just recently in the last couple of months, the person that answers the phone has been very rude and has even hung up on us twice when we've tried to resolve an issue with the order we placed on the just eat app as the app has had issues which we tried to explain to said member of staff. Like I said, the food is absolutely perfect... Unfortunately the service of the staff ( this one member of staff in particular that answers the phone) has gone downhill. We love ordering from here, but if this continues we will have to find someone else because this attitude towards customers, especially regulars, is not only rude but disrespectful and we won't put up with it. Come on management, sort your staff out.

I keep getting texts from this restaurant out of the blue I don't know how they got my number as I have never ordered from them take my contact details out of your system as I will never order from you at all

Used to love this place for its wings but it gradually started to go down hill in recent years. A few weeks ago I picked up 6 wings when I came back to visit friends. Felt they were a bit a bit stale but convinced myself they were probably just left in too long. Night ended at around 11:30, went to bed at 1 and was awoken at 6am with the worst urge to vomit that I had ever had. Ended up spending the best part of the next 24 hours on the verge of death. I hadn’t cried for the best part of 3 years but this brought me very very close to breaking that. I know for a fact it’s the food I got from pizza go go because what I had consumed that day prior to the takeaway couldn’t have given me what I had.

Pizzas are always lovely, can not fault the food..But they seem to be made by a bunch of idiots who can't take a order properly or understand that you want an extra topping.

Pizza Gogo is my favourite place and the food is fresh love it

Been a customer for over 15 years and still love the pizza, but over an hour and a half for one large pizza and cheesey garlic bread is shocking. No surprise it was lukewarm at best when it arrived and the garlic bread was glued together and way too chewy. It’s obviously been sat around for over half an hour. I’m sure they wait for the customer to chase and say “drivers already left” before actually sending it. Such a shame it used to be such a great takeaway.

I ordered for the family and was very dissapointed, although the food turned up quickly i was annoyed as my order was wrong, one of my pizzas was wrong, i ordered wedges and got curly fries asked for the chillies to be removed from the pizza and olives added, this was also far to difficult it seems, the dip was wrong and sent the one that no one likes coincidentally. The worst part was the pizzas taste like they have been reheated and was a little tasteless and old tasting. Im not sure if i would order again after spending over £40

Absolutely 1000% the best pizza takeaway in town. Been a customer for 10+ years, have never disappointed. Pizza is delicious, mozzarella sticks, curly fries and chicken strips are literally the best in town and service is always absolutely lovely! I will recommend all day, every day! ❤

Asked for extra tomato base sauce on pizza there was basically none on it at all. Pizza burnt, garlic pizza taste of no garlic at all and was burnt. Potato twisters are just standard frozen curly fries. Churros were edible but that's about it. Waste of £27

Great pizza. I usually order the vegetarian one. And if you opt for collection, it is so much cheaper! Very friendly staff and polite and pizza is prepared within 5-6 minutes.

Toppings missing off of pizza (which you pay extra for) called the store and the guy wasn’t very helpful and said they forget sometimes!! Not the first time this has happened, but will be the last time I order! Hugely disappointing!

Best Pizza in the area, used to have it every time when I was in Uni, it's a must have when ever I return. S/O to Boss man and their service. Only issue is that even though there's a Pizza GoGo in my area, they aren't as good as these guy. I don't know what they do with their Pizzas, but they do it just right. Pro tip: Order for collection, so much cheaper.

Terrible Service I put a simple order in Garlic bread and 15inch thin Crust cheese and Tomatoe pizza..But order was Delivered As a 10inch deep pan with Hot dog sausages on it and Onion.. So rang them the person who is working their Basically Said I was Lying and put the phone down...

Absolutely shocking service, ordered three pizzas, took an hour and a half to deliver, one of the pizzas was wrong, when I called to point this out to them they refused to sort it out satisfactorily and chose to allow us to tell everyone how bad they are at looking after their customers

Terrible service, food didn't even turn up and they took the phone of the hook. Would have much harsher words for the workers there as they didn't even have the decency to let us know the food wasn’t turning up. Sat around for an hour and a half for nothing. My Indian chicken pizza was delicious and unique. My son's meat feast pizza had poor quality ingredients, in particular the unpleasant cheese sauce in the stuffed crust. A mixed experience.

I would not recommend pizza gogo to friends or family. I've never had a problem before but we have now experienced them taking money for an order that we did not receive and they refuse a refund. I have spoken two workers one being one of the delivery drivers who were very rude and hung the phone up. Disgusting, I have put a post up to all my family and friends that are refusing to use them again. I do not want this to happen to anyone else

I'm really sorry but I'm afraid that my first experience with Pizza GoGo will also be my last. Ordered a meal for lunch time today at 13.51 and ended up cancelling it for a refund as it had not arrived after nearly 1hr 10mins. When I phoned the store the first time I was told' 5 minutes' then, over 10 mins later I called back to be told '2 minutes'. I had run out of time and requested a refund at which point I was told 'thank you sir, bye bye.' I await my refund with baited breath. Very poor experience all round.

Stayed in southampton , chose pizza Go Go for my tea and was not disappointed, my ham & pineapple pizza was spot on

It took 1 hour to get here it came room temperature and way to much meat can’t even tasty any Cheese or tomato sauce it very hard pull out as not cut Properly definitely don’t recommend

After a bad experience in millbrook branch came here and what s total different experience these guys couldn't have been nicer and pizza was the best we have had in long time this will be our family new go to pizza shop !!

After an awful and smelly experience at the millbrook pizza gogo, we went here and the guys couldn't of been nicer, they apologised for the bad experience and even offered us some free chicken. This is now the go to pizza place for us!

Ordered food, was told an hour wait, Fair enough. Ended up waiting over 2 hours, with cold food, and not even what I ordered, ordered 2 vegetarian pizzas and received 2 meat pizzas instead, disappointed as the food I received I could not even eat as it had meat on it. never ordering from here again, and will be telling everyone I know the same. Got told that we're too far away even though I've ordered several times before with no issue, then received the food half an hour later. Absolutely disgusting

Almost choked to death on a shred of metal in their chicken wings, so if I could rate it zero stars, I would. Called to make a complaint and was refused a refund on the meal I'd purchased and was told the shred of metal didnt come from their food. Really poor customer service. I luckily managed to remove the metal from my throat, but it's a scary thought wondering what damage could have been caused had I ingested it.

Disgraceful. Had to wait over an hour for the delivery, after phoning the shop the man that answered said that he'd find out where it is and call me back...seems he forgot to ask me for my contact details or even where I live so he could chase the delivery before hanging up...needless to say he never phoned back either! Won't ever be using these again

Edit: my mate eat the pizza when I wasnt looking Starting with the positives, the pizzas pretty nice. The problem is when you pay for it like I did Saturday, and don't actually get a pizza. I would say paying for it and then not getting it is one of the worst ways to enjoy cheese and tomato topped bread. After paying £19 for a pizza, drink and Häagen Dazs (the most delicious accompaniment to a chicken pizza) and not taking a receipt, I was handed a drink and ice cream with no pizza. I was told I didn't order a pizza. Although I refunded the ice cream and drink (because even when drunk you cant have ice cream without a main course) my bank balance today shows I did in fact pay for it. I can only hope they use the money I gave them to partially fund a system that makes sure it doesn't happen to anyone else. Perhaps something outlandish like a pen and paper? Who knows. I'm no food ordering tech whizz.

This is no doubt the best pizza place in Southampton

First of all, a caveat - I have never eaten Pizza Gogo whilst sober. Were I to be ordering in a romantic dinner for a hypothetical partner and I to share, I may well look elsewhere. Pizza Gogo is not a gourmet establishment. I've eaten pizza in Brooklyn whose delicate texture and gentle fragrances gave me a Proustian nostalgia for an Italian upbringing that I never had. Pizza Gogo will not give you this. What it will give you is competently made, well cooked drunk food. For that alone, it should be celebrated. In an alley full of late-night food vendors, Pizza Gogo stands out as one of the few places which provides consistently good food at a reasonable price, with a minimum of time and effort. The staff not only manage to crack an unearned smile every time some drunk oaf makes an innuendo about the 'Meaty One' pizza, but give a highly professional service to a customer base which ranges from the mildly irritating to the out-and-out obnoxious. Most important of all is the simple fact that Pizza Gogo cook their pizzas properly. Unlike certain other local suppliers, these pizza slices will not have to be folded into a Calzone-esque grease valley in order to be consumed in the first place. Pizzas from Pizza Gogo are solid, stodgy and unimaginative, but they nonetheless represent the peak of their artform. You wouldn't go to see Swan Lake and expect a rousing singalong, and you wouldn't go to Pizza Gogo to impress your mum. And that's fine. Sure, the ingredients are bland and the menu derivative. Sure, the location is smack-bang in the middle of Southampton's Drunk Zone. Granted. Nonetheless, if you're in the area and fancy a decent meal after a few drinks, there simply isn't a better place. Highly recommended.
