We were at an all day event and wanted a take away meal. Great service Great pizzas all round recomeneded

I order here quite frequently. The food is decent and the deals are good but delivery can be shocking. If you order on the app it doesn't tell you how long it'll be and if it's going to be passed 40 mins, they don't tell you. You have to call up and they give you a rough idea. I've been waiting an hour and 50 mins with very vague responses when I call. I get that it's valentines and they're busy but this is something they should make you aware of ahead of time. I'll still order from here but the service really needs improvement

collected 2 pizza weeks ago pizza was amazing, went back last night pizza was not cooked well, pepperoni was stale, didn’t taste good, unfortunately won’t be coming back.

Good pizza , friendly and helpful staff . We had the extra large pizza , half vegetarian and half cheese only , it was very good , perfect size for a family and very good prices, only 12 pounds . Would definitely recommend this place . We picked it up but they also do delivery and have lots of options on the menu.

Veryy bad very bad behaviourr the staff.... They dont knw how to respect the coustomer... And also the owener is very good man.. We knw very dificult to run a resturent.... 3.99pound is not a big thing... Jst tell to the staff..... If the custmer making a prblm you canot do any thing anywhere... This place has a lot of good reviews, so gave it a go. Walked in to order and collect as this is not available online, although you can call to collect. Staff nice and polite, premises are clean and tidy. Food was great, fries come as standard portion and it's generous. 5/5 would definitely go back when the pizza craving hits again.

I always order for collection and I rate it 5 stars. Very polite and nice service! Pizzas are great value and very tasty. Also stays open until very late which is handy when we're working a late shift. Excellent! 👍

When ordered online they debited it online and told its not received. Firstly one person said amount was wrong as it was a new staff Later someone calls says no money received and cancelled order. Fraud altert!!!

All I can say is if you want a great pizza made to perfection then this is the pizza shop to go. The staff are always very friendly and happy it is a pleasure going to the shop itself. We always order the extra large vegetarian and have never tasted anything like it in all the places we have around the world. Well done guys and I will always recommend your outlet to those wanting a truly great meal.

Arrived nice and hot, and both pizzas were very tasty.

This pizza place used to be my go-to spot. The prices were a steal, and the crust… But alas, those days are now long gone. The prices have skyrocketed to an outrageous level and the quality of the pizza has taken a nosedive. The cheese tastes like it's been sourced from Poundland and the cooks seem to have forgotten how to melt it properly. Even when I kindly ask them to brown it, they still manage to mess it up. The curly fries taste like they've been bathed in old, greasy oil. Yum. Needless to say, this is one place that you're better off skipping entirely.

The service I received over the phone was unacceptable as I rung to inform them I did not receive the correct toppings on my pizza which ended in a very rude and patronizing response from a worker . My bottle of coke was missing when I received my delivery and I was missing the garlic dips for my pizza that I had payed for. Overall really poor service.

This place is so good and having a lot better pizza now pizza is my favourite meal and they are definitely realy good at there high quality food the prices need to go down because people are going to order what they can afford so like 10 pound pizza they will still get money but they need to help customers with there money budgeting as well

Disgusting behaviour after I was charged twice for the food I had ordered ,when I went there to tell them ,they laughed at me and told me to prove it.i suffer from arthritis and had to get a bank statement to wich they simply laughed. took me 4 plus days to get my 40 something pound back while calling them. I very much have beem beside myself wondering if I should let others no my experience .but others should be aware .

So the new milkshakes they have released are awful. In the description it says made with ice cream tastes like plain milk and oreo no ice-cream ay all and that is very obvious by how watery and tasteless it is. Only tastes like oreo nothing else. For 4£ I could make myself somthing alot better and alot quicker. Some of their pizzas have zero taste die to choice of frozen toppings. Tonight we had the meatball feast was awful could only taste bbq sauce no 'garlic sausage', just occasionally meatball mostly bbq. Great company for last resort ordering if really hungry but not good for first choice. I have been with them for more then 5 years they have only got worse over the years

Ordered the two Large pizza deal would rather have had one decent pizza in the end I sent out a search party to find the chicken and not used to having one meatball per slice, very disappointing never again if you advertise a deal make it a deal Don’t scrimp you lost two customers

Excellent and friendly receipt of my order over the phone, it was like you could see him smiling, lovely tasting pizza, delivered on time, nice friendly delivery guy, well worth a try. Be nice, if people ever have a problem always give businesses a chance to put things right first.

Had lots of different pizzas and sides from this place Lovely and welcoming staff that are always willing to go the extra mile for there customers aswell as forming real bonds with regulars. Food is amazing and delivery drivers are friendly and deliver within good time of the order being placed even on busy nights. I would highly recommend eating here! Prices are a bargain with the service and quality of food they serve here. I would rate more stars if I could

Very quick delivery, polite and good quality. First time order and won't be the last.

Really dissapointed. Waited 1hour and 20 mins for my order. When it did arrive the store forgot the drinks. However they gave me back the money to cover this. But then I discovered that they forgot to add one of the dips aswell as the food being luke warm. I understand that it was New Years Eve but hopefully this is lesson to be learned. Tasty halal food option in Eastbourne.

Visited on our Eastbourne holiday and found their pizza very tasty.

Quick delivery, perfectly cooked food, and whoever it is that has the OCD in pizza making, well done very precise, 3 slices of pepperoni in each slice, and pizza cut in equal slices, I'm impressed lol xx. 😆

Well what can I say about this place as I have been using this Pizza Company for a long time and I must say that I have some bad pizza's the last few times I have used them so I'm very disappointed as before I would of definitely given 5 star's as they were the best around the town, but the last pizza was cold and what I had asked for wasn't on the pizza the wrong 2 litre bottle of drink etc so I hope that this place starts to get better soon otherwise I will never use them again.

We waited 1hour 20monites for our food when the shop was empty when I placed the order as was told half hour to then get freezing cold food after I rang them to see where it was lol to then get abuse down the phone hung up on and told it's all my fault, worst place of ever been too!!! No customer service skills atall!!

Love this branch of pizza go go. Stuff were lovely, service was brilliant, and food was supper amazing, especially chicken wings were very testy. All that said, the price were cheap for the food. I highly recommend it.

Ordered one of their super large pizza's on Saturday night on mine and my bf's way home. Neither of us were drunk. We got home and my fella got stuck in. I only had 2 small slices and he told the rest. Within 4hrs of eating the pizza (he hadn't eaten anything since lunch time) he was being violently sick. This went on for 2 or 3hrs before he ended up on the toilet and having to hold a bowl. We will NEVER use this place again.

I gave 1 star because I had to!! I went to order and collect before and the guys were really nice but I just tried to order a pizza and the rudest man ever answered the phone!! He gave me an attitude from the moment I asked the difference in price between collection and delivery and he wouldn't even let me speak. I wanted to say no tomato in any form as my child is allergic and he abruptly interrupted me and said:" there is no tomato on this pizza!!"When I tried to explain he said: "there is a difference between tomato and tomato you know??!!!" At this point I told him he was being very rude and that he needed to calm down and he hung up on me!!! When I called back to speak to the manager he said HE WAS THE MANAGER!!!! I hope he is not the manager because his attitude is dreadful and this is no way to treat customers and I don't wanna imagine how he treats his staff!!! I hope the owner or a REAL MANAGER takes action and teach this disgusting man how to have some decency!!!!

We were loyal customers for years each week, not anymore. Reduced toppings more and more to stretch £5.99 deal and could never make a deep pan everytime we asked. We now elsewhere.
