Nando's Eastbourne in Eastbourne

Delish meal and kind service, we were welcomed by host and checked on by staff. Food was cooked perfectly, tasty, presented well and fast. We had a great experience and would love to come back soon! I didn’t use the loos so can’t comment. But the whole place was looked after and good atmosphere with lots of different seating. The only downside was the ice machine not working.

Me and my friends had a one off, over cooked/ burnt chicken, but the sweet girl who came over and asked if everything was alright, offered another one, we did not really fancy waiting for it again, but she offered us a desert, she saved the day to be honest Thank you to the waitress at this Nando’s Joe x

Wow ordered 10 wings there wasn’t any consistency on grilling them some were bent had to throw them away as it was a take away and was miles away to return them back! Do better it’s not hard to grille chicken wings guys come on!!! I posted the picture on your website

The food is always a go to, as well as the atmosphere. Whether you go alone, friends or family. Devon is always very friendly, takes into consideration any requests and makes it possible with consideration. Can’t complain at all 👌🏽

Nandos Eastbourne delivered the fiery, flavorful experience I've come to expect from the chain. Despite a 20-minute wait on a busy Saturday evening, the service was excellent.

I visited Nando's in Eastbourne for the second time, and unfortunately, my experience was not great. Our food arrived cold and took longer than expected to come out. When we mentioned this to the waiter, his response was disappointing — he said there was nothing he could do but offered a free ice cream as compensation. While I appreciate the gesture, it felt like a poor attempt to address the real issue. It's frustrating when customer concerns aren't properly handled. Overall, this visit did not meet expectations, and it was a letdown after already giving the restaurant a second chance. I hope they can improve their service and attention to detail in the future. also had no half or full chicken

Nando’s Review Unfortunately, my visit to Nando’s was far from enjoyable. The chicken, along with most of the food we ordered, arrived cold—not lukewarm, but genuinely cold. It completely ruined the experience, as Nando’s is known for its fresh and flavorful meals. As if that wasn’t bad enough, the service was absolutely shocking. Staff seemed disengaged and uninterested, offering little to no assistance throughout the visit. It felt as though we were being ignored, and when we did manage to flag someone down, they didn’t seem particularly eager to help. Overall, a deeply disappointing experience. I had higher expectations for both the food and the service, but sadly, neither came close to delivering. I wouldn’t recommend this particular branch.

they said there was a 20 minute wait, but they put our name down and saved us a table, we came back and they seated us, staff was very lovely and attentive.

The burgers and chicken themselves are pretty nice but unfortunately served with luke warm at best garlic bread, undercooked peri-salted chips, only a small portion in the middle of which were actually peri-salted. Also took a while for our drinks to arrive after ordering. Overall not bad, but wouldn’t rush to come back.

Sadly we couldn’t eat at this Nandos, because the lady at the counter with the face tattoo, clearly wasn’t into letting us eat there. First she told us to leave due to capacity issues and come back 30min later. After the 25min we came back. To our surprise we were told, that we had to wait another 30min. I simply asked, if we could at least wait, sitting at tables, since half the seats were free. The same lady with the face tattoo made clear that I can’t speak to her like that. Hearing that I left. Still I don’t know what I did wrong because a simple no would’ve been enough. It became especially awkward after a large group of 7 teenagers was let in.

I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone who loves nandos as much as I do because this nandos has to be the worst one i’ve ever been to. The food wasn’t cooked properly especially the chicken, wasn’t grilled like it should have been and the garlic bread was cold and soft. The sweetcorn wasn’t properly grilled as well, looked like as if they just put it in the microwave. My dad asked a colleague to grill the sweetcorn again and it was exactly the same how it was before. Not to mention the restaurant was so cold that we had to sit in our jackets, it’s nothing like that in nandos you get in London. Honestly this is shocking and we left there completely unsatisfied, that was definitely my last time at eastbourne nandos.

This restaurant makes it hard to use the Nando's App due to network and wifi connectivity issues on phones. It's a quick and simple app but payments via card sometimes dont go through due lack of connectivity from inside the restaurant...wastes a lot of time. Good customer service however the chicken is not as well cooked as in other restaurants. The outside of the chicken is not crispy, it has no smokey taste and the inside is sometimes not well done enough.

Staff always seem helpful and friendly. The place is always clean and busy! Food tastes good as always. Been here a few times with my children and always left with clean plates.

Arrived at around 7pm on a Saturday, was very busy but the man at the front desk was very polite and said we have a 15 minute wait which we were happy to do, at near enough exactly 15 minutes we were taken to our table which was great! the staff were very nice and polite. Unfortunately towards the end of our meal one staff member came up to our table interrupting our conversation touching our plates asking if we were finished whilst in the middle of eating. She then quickly walked away. Two minutes later she done the exact same thing again, this made us feel really rushed when the place was nearly empty around 8:15pm, we left shortly after this leaving the rest of our food and drink. Not a nice way to end a birthday meal. Disappointing one staff member letting the rest of the team down.

I have nothing much to say about the food. It is good. But the way we were handled was beyond what we expected. All staff who attended to us were friendly and respectful. We (four Indians) thought we would not be taken seriously, but we were all happy and felt comfortable during those hours on the premises. We are from London. If we get a chance to go to Eastbourne, we will surely stop at Nando's for a meal.

Chicken so dry and came out so quick that I dought it was cooked to order. The bun was stale and dry. The only things that was edable was chips and rice. The cutlery didn't look particularly clean. We had to ask for glasses for our drinks which came after the dinner. 1st time at nandos and definitely our last. All 4 of us had same thoughts and none of us finished our dinners. Complete waste of money and time

We tried the Eastbourne Nando's on a quiet Friday evening, and got a table right away. The seamless experience of ordering through the app made the process smooth and hassle-free. The food was delicious, as always, and the service was reasonably quick, which added to the positive experience. For the first time, I decided to be adventurous and tried the spiciest sauce available. I quickly realized it was a bit too intense. Despite the heat, we had a fantastic time and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The restaurant was clean and had a nice, relaxed atmosphere, which made our dining experience even more enjoyable. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. Overall, it was a great visit,

Says it’s open but closed before time - disabled person asked to use toilets in an emergency was told NO - disgraceful staffing

This was one of the worst nandos we have been to. We went on Sunday 26th May around 2.30pm. To start with the lady who was taking reservations at the front counter was miserable, negative and had an attitude problem. It almost seemed like she didn't want Any customers. Even though restaurant was half empty she told us it's a 45 mins wait. Once we got our table we found out that the card machine is not working abd they only accept cash at the tills and we'd have to order on the app to pay by card. This was a long process and when your hungry it's not ideal. When there were issues with our order and we told that same lady she refused to accept the mistake and instead said nothing could be done until I challenged her and said we have been to lots of Nandos and they are able to do it so why not you? Her reply to that was "I'm happy for you"! I mean if you want to be put of nandos then please visit this one! I think management need to tale action and remove staff who give them a bad name! We love nandos but definitely not this one. Have to say rest of team were pretty good except one miserable lady in kitchen again who had an attitude problem. Bad experience. I hope these staff will be disciplined as this is unacceptableto treat paying customers like this.

Love it. Come every time. The only thing is why they changed the kids menu and there is no longer a kids chicken burger.

Lovely branch, front of house (Joana) very polite, we had a 25 minute wait but she was very polite about it, offered to put us on the wait list apologised for the short wait. Once seated and ordered starters came out promptly followed by mains, cooked just right, food portion sizes consistent with all other Nando’s branches. Lighting was great, and manager reduced lighting in line with outside weather. Creating a warming ambiance. Defiantly give this one a try.

It's okay for teenagers and families, but too noisy and expensive for what it is.

It’s Nando’s , food is alright. However shame service lacked due to staffing, can see the waiters were struggling a lot. Looks like “good” management to me.

Have eaten at many Nandos but this was my first time at Eastbourne. Very modern and comfortable interior, food was very well cooked and the staff very friendly and helpful especially Rilei who waited on me. Thanks

My first lunch meal in this restaurant and I enjoyed it. The lady manager was very kind to help me keep my one item in their staff fridge as it needed refrigeration. My two work colleagues were also delighted with their meal. Friendly staff and good atmosphere. Only noticed that the drinks costs could be a bit dear in my opinion. However I recommend this place 👍🏻

ordered delivery, they forgot to pack an entire meal so had to re-order. The girl on the phone was foul, degrading me saying it “wasn’t her problem” and what should I expect her to do about it. Just wanted to make the staff aware that their delivery crew were missing orders and could result it lost money for them. Didn’t expect to be berated by some girl on the phone.

Very good quality chicken, and a good range of menu items and sauces, only downside is that some tables and seats can be very close to each other, I sat closer to a stranger in another group than to my partner I went there with.

Fantastic place to eat, good food, great service and love the Atmosphere. It is by far my favourite place to eat.

We were taken to a table but other than that there was no real interaction from the servers, usually someone will come round and ask how the food is etc, and thank you when you leave, however there wasn't really a server presence. The atmosphere wasn't great compared to other Nandos I've been to. Quite cramped with tables very close together, doesn't allow for much conversation as it felt uncomfortable. Despite this, food was amazing, as always! Just won't be hurrying back to this location

Walking in Nando’s today with my partner we were told there was Internet issues that was causing delays on the wait was 35 minutes on the food. We were very happy to wait and got to sit it straight away after 10 minutes of being seated I was approached by a lady She have offered us starters . Food came less than 35 minutes was delicious. I love my Nandos Nandos.

I went to Nando's in the afternoon of 7.10.23 and was thoroughly impressed with how accommodating and friendly the staff were. Not only that, but the food was the nicest ive experienced in one of their restaurants. I would also say that their pricing has increased slightly over recent years but its still worth every penny.

Despite being a busy Saturday evening, the staff here managed the floor excellently and accommodated my party of 6 in roughly 20 mins (their estimate was over half an hour). I do like the pay upfront model as then you don't need the frustration of waiting for busy staff and getting the bill. After ordering food arrived pretty quickly (again impressive given it was busy). However, for me I was very much underwhelmed by the hype surrounding the food itself, but this could be down to my choice, a chicken pitta. It was nice, but decidedly ordinary. Am not a fan of chilli so maybe that's the issue as went for a mild marinade. Additionally, the chicken fillet was cold, and I was later assured it was supposed to be hot. Anyhoo, the staff are credit to the company. Top tip for fans of drinking: they follow this new trend of selling small bottles of beer...I'd stick to a bottomless soda. Edit for Oct '23: Love the concept of using a QR code to scan to take you to the ordering site and paying up front on that. If ordering just a wrap...food arrived quickly...anything more and it can take a while. If you're not into seeds and quinoa, I wasn't quin on the rainbow slaw drenched in chilli oil that pepper sprayed my tonsils, so will stick to normal slaw from hence forth. Opted for the bottomless drink option...which helped with the wait.

Meal for 4 before the bonfire procession. 20 minute wait for a table, but seating inside and outside, so no issue waiting. Ordered and paid via the online menu, quick service, if you've eaten at a Nando's before, it's exactly the same, tasty chicken! If you're a fan it's as per other Nando's!

Have visited plenty of Nando’s in the country. This doesn’t disappoint as always. Top quality Nando’s food. My go to destination for dinner; They provide great service and delicious food. Never goes wrong. Recommend this Nando’s.
