The landlady and her team simply could not do enough to ensure my son and his gorgeous new wife had the most glorious & magical wedding day. The head chef created two magnificent wedding buffets, It certainly was a feast. Working together with the landlady & Chef to create everything within our budget. Allowing us free reign to decorate, although the venue already has ample rustic charm that lends itself as a wedding venue. The whole team assisted in anyway that was needed, even providing refreshments to keep us going during set up and takedown.Everyone was just so friendly & helpful. The communication with Emma the landlady was spot on with every step, friendly & accommodating, from planning to execution. Without hesitation, I would highly recommend ' The Farm' Friday Street as a wedding reception venue, fabulous Sunday roasts with acoustic sessions, a great meeting place with friends and family. You will be given a warm welcome for sure. I can not thank them enough.

Not the greatest. The roast was very dry and bland. Potatoes were the most disappointing bit of the whole dish. The best bit was the gravy and the dessert. Font of house staff was great though full credit to them. Hopefully, it will improve next time I visit

It’s been a while since we have eaten here. There’s a new chef and we were really pleased with the changes this has brought in. Fantastic quality of food. Back to what we always expected from Friday Street. The lovely Emma served us and as always good service. Well worth a visit. I am fussy about roast dinners outside the home but this was worth it. We will be back to try the rest of the menu.

Don't regularly eat at the Farm but meet with friends every month for drinks and are booking our Xmas lunch there (have had a pud now and again which has alwaysbeen yummy). Staff are lovely and welcoming, and the atmosphere is simply magical with its gorgeous fairy lights. A lovely old farmhouse with local historical significance, the place was rammed when we met on Tuesday. Just love it there; old world charm, a real log fire and a warm welcome.

Until We were there I didn’t realise it was paper of the Revived Group, it I had a wouldn’t even have gone in. My second visit to their well overpriced pubs with minimum service. A glass of very mediocre wine was £6.20 the cheapest, a packet of crisps was £1.30 and a small child’s coke was £3. ! At five glasses to the bottle this equates to £31 for the bottle which zi doubt cost £5. We looked at the food menu, basic ordinary starters and mains are ridiculously high, cheaper in some proper restaurants, needless to say we declined to eat and left, We will not be returning to any Revived Inns public houses. Whist I appreciate that prices and costs have risen and places are closing many of them I’m sure because places like this are putting people off. Plenty of other pubs with far better value, give these a miss.

We recently had a function in the Friday Street Farm, in the "Oast Room". It was a family gathering and following an easy booking process, the event was a huge success. This is largely due to the people who looked after our afternoon, and the food. Liam looked after all our needs and was extremely helpful and efficient, particularly considering our staggered times of arrival and departure. Tam behind the bar was very friendly and extremely efficient, even remembering previous drinks we had purchased. The food was freshly prepared, high quality and helped make the day as we had hoped.
