Pizza Farm in Wirral

Local pizza shop do my best to keep it in business however checky bastards with terrible deliveries banging on the door at 12 o’clock when already tried to pay and got waved away as don’t speak English

Inside Chicken was pinker than Mr Blobby wouldn’t reccomend anyone to order from here.

Absolutely appalling customer service. We received the wrong order, so we called and explained to which the person on the phone tried to say the order was correct when it was not? The driver collected the food and I rang to ensure the order is right on their end to avoid the same issue. Again, whoever I spoke to was extremely patronising and could not accept he provided an incorrect order, I was shocked at this level of customer service even more so from a place we order frequently from.

I would avoid this restaurant at all cost. This is our ‘go to’ place when we order however there was pink in my chicken burger. We have tried to sort it with the restaurant however they were not cooperating with us. We have now reported this to the environmental health in hope that they can take action. I would avoid unless you enjoy eating pink chicken.

The hot stuff arrived early & decent quality but the ice cream (choc fudge) was left off. Good enough, driver said he'd go back & get it. But, they came back with a half melted tub of what I was told was cookie dough but was Caramel Chew-Chew

Fries where reheated and Donner meat had been cut long time before served as was crispy. Not impressed

Normally love this place but the smaller pizza was stuck to the top of the lid and my daughter’s child meal was spicy! She couldn’t even eat it

Donner meat wasn’t nice, chips were nice, missing naan bread and replaced with pitta

The burgers were great, really tasty and juicy, however everything that had been fried e.g chips, popcorn chicken and chicken strips had the sauce drizzled over them in the restaurant and then sealed so it was all incredibly soggy, the breading on the chicken strips had turned into bread sauce almost. Usually when a dish comes with a side it’s delivered separately however this may just be personal experience.

20 mins late, (waited over 90mins) on just eat app said delivered (it wasn’t) had to phone twice. When turned up pizza was burnt, cold and very thin! No apology. Will not use again.

Food delivery cold only in cardboard. Appalling unacceptable response from Manager; did not care he hung up on phone.

gave a delivery slot of 19:00-19.20, stated delivered, 2 phone calls later it turned up cold at 19.55, first and last time using this place

Uf you use ither Pizza Delivery places ditch them and use or at least try The Pizza Farm. Menu is utterly amazing. They take cash which is a big plus. I have had tthe Lamb Chops meal and could not believe the size. Excellent my preffered place from now on.

No order was delivered after tracker saying delivered. Rang shop and said it’s still cooking and now they have shut with no food delivered

I love Pizza Farm's kebabs,my husband and I always get a mix of 2 meats and its always so tasty and beautifully cooked. Try the chicken, it is absolutely delicious!

Food was cold and inedible. Just eat won't refund. Absolutely shocking food won't order again. The shop is only round the corner and the food was cold.

food is always spot on... just dont understand why driver always ignores the notes. everytime i put my number in notes and ask to ring when her. everytimes he knocks like a baliff waking the whole street.

Usually I love to order from here but my order was over 30 minutes late! Left children hungry waiting for food not even an apology and rude deliver driver !

foods always spot on. but 3rd time now ive left in notes not to knock but phone when outside, and put my number. and everytime drivers rang bell and woke kids. who then hover round for scraps like little gremlins and we have to share the food with them. plus my girlfriend then gets aggy with me thinking i didnt ask driver to ring... all problems that can be avoided if driver just reads notes. thank you. will try again in few days.

Part of out order was missing. I logged this on the just eat app. Within 10mins I had had a phone call from Pizza Farm with the missing item and extra by way of an apology. Great service, thank you

Base was BBQ flavoured - on a pizza! No description on the website that it would be. Totally spoiled what would've been 'just ok'. Tomato base should be the default, surely 🤔.

Pizza had 2 toppings missing, didn't have time to go back so I emailed them to let them know but didn't hear back.

Forgot the salad in the kebab when we're asked not to put in any sauce. Had to drive back with kebab for them to put salad inside. No apologies or gratuities.

Ordered two pizzas for delivery now, and both came quick, fresh, hot and absolutely delicious.

Good grub. Good portions. Convenient opening times. Sensibly priced. All good.

Everything tasted stale. Over cooked chips, burger and chicken strips. Its not hard to make fresh food. I will never ring these again.

Terrible pizza, toppings so you couldn’t even see them under the burnt mozzarella also so small you can’t taste them, mozzarella was badly burnt all you could taste was burnt mozzarella and tomato sauce, never ordering anything from here again I thought the clue was in the name pizza farm if they can’t get the pizzas right then god knows what the rest of the food is like.

Food quality is always very good. Delivery turns up as promised. Definitely recommend.

Just had special kebab ..lamb & chicken both cooked spot on and tasty indeed...(I did mean to order the special with donner) but more than enough ...my boy had a small donner and he was happy to share and did say best he’d had ... Chips good portion and nice to (which makes a change from most places) Garlic cheese bread average and only blemish ... Portions not as big as some places but I will say it was just enough and lamb in particular was not fatty in anyway ... Will visit again
