Maia was amazing, so lovely and kind being very careful to take down the right order. I recommend her service to everyone who comes there, she was also always on time whenever we finished a part of the meal. God bless you all and Jesus loves you!

The lady that served us was very friendly and informative, the service was fast and the atmosphere was great. We had a lovely meal.

We celebrated my daughter’s 5th birthday with a pizza making party at PE St Marks Square and to quote her, it was “the best party ever”. The staff were so accommodating and they led the activities so well considering they are only 5 years old, they were laughing and excited throughout, apart from near silence when they ate their food. All the mums really enjoyed the time to chat and also take lots of photos and help out. I absolutely recommend this restaurant and can’t wait to go back. The value for money for the party and extra food is really good, ans all unfinished kids pizzas were taken home.

Went here for my daughters birthday meal last night. The staff are so lovely and helpful. You are made to feel very welcome. The food was delicious. Would recommend to anybody. Well done for providing an excellent standard of service.

I waited over 1 hour for a driver to pick-up and still they didn't so I ended up driving to the restaurant to collect it myself.

Cold pizza and doughballs, paid for extra garlic butter pot contained half a tea spoon of butter. Pesto pot full of oil and little actual pesto.

My son had an absolutely brilliant time for his surprise birthday family party at St Marks… Tomaso and Elvira made sure that everyone was well taken care of, and they went above and beyond with service, friendliness and care. The food was delicious and they were patient with our large groups order… even helping in serving our own cake instead of us ordering pudding. We will definitely be visiting again. Thank you for a lovely time and great memories for my son 😊

I had my usual pizza but today it was rather disappointing. Undertopped and a little underwhelming in flavour.

Appalling experience. Ordered pizzas and salad at 7.15pm, got them 8.25pm, 5 minutes before our film was due to start (last Wednesday). No apology. When we asked to pay promptly, please the bring the card machine, the waitress (or manager) never came back and we were left waiting again. Won't go back.

Fabulous food, fast service. We dined at about 5pm on a Saturday, so was a bit quieter, but nice table in front on the window for myself and 2 daughters.

No green chillis on American hot, only pepperoni. Pizza all turnt up all folded in box with cheese and toppings everywhere but not on the pizza. Stingy dip portions. Dissappointing and not the usual standard

I booked a table at Pizza Express recently, citing four people in the booking. We had to add another person at the last moment, this was no problem for the staff who accommodated us from the moment we arrived. They made great recommendations for us, serving us quickly and making us feel at home. The restaurant was very busy with couples and families who were clearly enjoying themselves - the staff managed all of this efficiently. The managers took time to check if we were happy with the service and the food. The ambience was lively and just what we wanted and I was happy that the cleanliness of the restaurant was very good. We had a very enjoyable experience and have already booked to come back - I think this will be our go to choice when we want a reliable local pizzeria with staff who are interested and engaged!

Staff were inattentive, didn't bother to check in with us, left our starter plates on the table making the table very cluttered for the main course, was not offered and salt, pepper, garlic oil or chilli oil. No one bothered to ask if the food was OK. I was watching the staff busy themselves with the other tables though. I was embarrassed taking an overseas visitor to this restaurant giving them their first experience of Pizza Express cos they dont have one in Canada. Vegetarian options are gross. Massively overpriced for a plate of boiled pasta that they get in frozen and just defrost when ordered. After being a very long loyal customer of Pizza Express, I won't ever be back.

Brilliant food time from start to End

Now I haven't been to a pizza restaurant in at least 20 years, so thought...why not give it a go...so we did. Okay, pizza's aren't exactly Haute cuisine and are not complicated to make but you can make them stodgy and tasteless or full of flavour and yummy. I had a the Romana Spicy Guiseppe, which was huge and indeed full of flavour. My wife had the same but in the classic version. We were more than happy with our choices. Mia the most excellent waitress, who I can't recommend enough, allowed us to have a taster of one of the wines and my wife lost as my choice was better...🤣 Which means that for a pizza restaurant, their choices of wine were good. Will definitely go back sometime and again, three cheers for Mia the most friendly of waitresses.

I love the food from here. The service by the woman was great but she was trying to do us and a few other tables all on her own so made the waits for ordering anything or paying slightly longer.

I’ve been visiting the restaurant since it opened and my family and I are always made to feel welcome. Had a wonderful kids birthday party today. Lovely staff who were really good with the kids. Also last day for one of the chefs, who kindly showed the kids how to toss the dough before making the final pizzas.

Beautiful I had the spinach and ricotta caniloni, I thought it would come with a salad or chips but didn't unfortunately and didn't have time to re order as had tickets for cinema

Delicious food and very friendly service, up there with the best Pizza Express locations. The only negative is the acoustics are awful and even a half empty restaurant is very loud, so for anyone with sensory sensitivity it is quite a draining experience. Nothing the staff can do anything about, just the way it's designed. If it had been a nicer day I'd have eaten outside for this reason. Hence I've scored 4 rather than 5.

Service was excellent, the server was hilarious despite me having had a few cocktails before we arrived. Food was hot and delicious, dessert was beautiful Tiramisu. Just perfect.

Went here this afternoon for my daughter’s 9th Birthday. Amazing food and service. The guy serving us with the beard went over and beyond normal service, chatting to the kids and was genuinely enjoying his job. Nice to see. I’ve been here a number of times recently and it’s great to see good standards, when most others are slipping. Thank you.

Lovely gluten free pizza and dough balls

I held my daughters 10th birthday party meal here. From the beginning of the booking (via phone) the staff were very understanding and accommodating - even though we needed a very large seating plan. On the day the service was great and they dealt with a mixture of children and adults in our group very well. They dealt with the birthday cake situation expertly and before that the food was really good. Add the Friendly staff to all of that and we all enjoyed our time at the restaurant. Thankyou! RHW

We visited with the family great services all round.

Went there with my other half we just ordered are food then starters came and I found a small black hair in my food that was wrapped in the garlic King prawn starter I told the manager but he just said something in is own Language and walked off and did nothing so I told him I didn’t want a starter after finding that in it. Not going there again.

Over priced abd forgot some of the order. Also putting a surcharge on the bill without advising. Would hhace left a tip anyway. Never again
