Delivered a cookie dough that was stone cold & 3 milkshakes without any straws complete shambles

Status sat on “courier or at the resturant” for over 45mins my order arrived at 22 last midnight.

bit annoyed that my food was ice cold...delivery driver delivered it in an m&s 10p bag so it had no chance!

My delivery time went up by at least 5-10 minutes and my waffle is stone cold, I put I was unhappy with my order and they credited me £3 something when I paid £10 for the waffle and another £3 for service and delivery, I am very unhappy about this

No cup holder just chucked in the bag to leak on everything so half my thick shake gone, no straw staff must be high

1 hour 35 minutes from point of order. Hot part of order was cold, ice cream had melted. Tried to cancel after 1 hour "order being prepared" point but was advised if I do all money would be taken and not refunded by help desk. Poor service, will not be ordering again, advise to give this place a miss.

Overpriced. Got the red velvet cake all all I could taste was caramel, did not enjoy and the portion was small. Just a thing slice, not worth £7. My grandkids had the waffles which they were happy with.

The food was so good, and the service was amazing. I recommend coming here it’s so good.

Really helpful staff, did not wait too long for food and all was prepared and cooked well, accommodating our children's needs (daughter has ASD and needs food not touching etc) with extra plates and bowls for the fruit etc. A lovely after school treat, thank you!

Ordered a waffle to eat in and it arrived stone cold. How can I be in the restaurant and the food arrives cold? If your ordering for delivery from here you have no hope on it arriving warm. It was so cold that my ice cream and chocolate hasn't melted which shows it was sitting on the side for a while before being plated up. They were also very stingy with the sauce, they always give the smallest drizzle which makes the waffle soo dry and cant even taste the chocolate. It was so dry I couldn't even taste the sauce. And for the price I paid! Absolutely not worth it. Honestly don't waste your money.

Wanted to eat in and got there at midnight. States open until 1am but it wasn’t open at 12. Went to Croydon instead as open until 3am.

Really expensive for what you get and the ice cream wasn’t very nice, the local ice cream van is better! Cake and waffles really sickly. Shame because I LOVE ice cream. I wouldn’t recommend. Nice atmosphere but that’s about it.

Ordered gelato ice cream eat in. When it come to making the payment they tried to charge me extra discretionary eat in service which is on there menu. They didn't ask me! I questioned it and stated I didn't want to pay it as it is discretionary. So they took it off, but what if I didn't question it? They just add it to the bill. Even though they should ask you whether you want to pay the discretionary service charge before payment but this wasn't the case. Apart from that the service was good and so was the gelato.

I ordered a sundae and waffle. My boyfriend and I wanted to change the flavour from chocolate to pistachio. They didn’t let us, seriously? The chocolate sauce on the sundae was dreadful, and the ice cream was very average, not worth £10. The waffle came uncooked 😬 They made a new one very disappointed, considering we paid £21 for two items

Never received my food but app said it was delivered. Driver delivered to the wrong address. Rider clearly shown on my cctv driving straight past me standing outside my house waiting for him. I absolutely love the food and drinks from this place, but sadly, the delivery service and Uber Eats drivers have let me down too many times. I feel like both the cafe staff and the drivers share the blame for this. I've ordered two large Slush Puppy's on three separate occasions, and every single time they've spilled and tipped over in the Uber Eats motorbike, leaving me without drinks and needing to request a refund each time. I always provide photo evidence as proof. Either the Uber Eats driver has to cancel it, or I have to take a photo and request a refund. I understand that I live quite a distance from the cafe, so there's a lot of driving involved. But you'd expect the staff to use cardboard cup holders or something similar at the very least. Instead, they put the drinks loose in a thin paper bag, making it highly likely they'll spill in the Uber Eats bike's large box. It's just not packaged securely enough, and this is evident as they always spill and tip over by the time they reach my house. I've given them multiple chances by ordering again, but the same thing keeps happening. I'm losing hope in ordering from this place. That said, the one time I did get to enjoy the Slush Puppy's before all these issues, they tasted amazing. They have the best Slush Puppy's by far, which is why I'm so disappointed that the last three times I've tried to order them, they've spilled and I've been left without my drinks. I don't think I'll order from here again for a long time, which is a real shame. Until they start using cardboard cup holders or stronger bags, I won't be a customer anymore.

Not been delivered, where is it.

I had a Caramel Frape and was very good. The place is mostly empty, but the sweets are good and the staff is friendly. I just needed the frape with a bit more of caramel in the mix to be perfect. Do come in here and try their sweets. I will try the ice cream next time I visit! When that happens, I will also update my critic. PS: they have a big schedule, and are open even at midnight! Edit: the "heavy" milkshakes are delicious!

The quality of the gelato at Creams Italino is exceptional. Made fresh daily with high-quality ingredients, the gelato is creamy, rich, and bursting with flavor. A special mention must go to Keerthana, one of the staff members, who made our visit particularly memorable. Her genuine warmth and attentiveness added a personal touch that elevated our entire experience. She was knowledgeable about the menu and offered excellent recommendations, ensuring we sampled the creams best offerings.

I have just had a scoop of their nutty ice cream and it was brilliant! Definitely recommend their ice cream. The Bromley Creams also offers nice tables to sit in which can be tricky in Bromley. Definitely coming back.

They dont label the gelatos so you dont know what your eating!!!

Really slow service waited over half an hour for drinks and a doughnut. Nachos ordered arrived 40 mins nachos not toasted with squeeze cheese

Dined in with my family of 5. Service was good and food came quickly. However when it came to paying the bill, they charged us full price for some of the items ordered even though a promotional offer was on display for the waffles, the staff member confirmed that this offer was still valid (Mon-Thurs), today being a Wednesday. I’m not a fussy customer, as the kids wanted to go out for dessert but When I asked for the breakdown of the bill, they replied that this offer was not valid on festive days (Eid) - which was not in the t’s & c’s, but no one had bothered to tell me this before, which is bad business practice in my opinion. Morale of the story for myself and everyone is check the bill and what you’re paying for before you pay for it because They’ll quickly take your money without you being fully informed. In future I will be supporting other family run and high street vendors that are just as good for a fraction of the price.

The order was being prepared for 35minutes. Which took it past delivery time! Arrived ten minutes late, absolutely freezing cold & tough. For £45 plus service charge, WAS NOT WORTH IT!!!

ordered the Easter Sundaes. didn't receive as described. mini eggs were substituted for peanut M+Ms with no warning or contact. no milk chocolate egg pieces. and the half a creme egg is a mini version not the normal size shown in the photo 😕

I'm sorry but we got there for 6 40pm, sat us down at a table right next to another couple as they said other tables were reserved. Then they finally moved us when found out they wasn't. Charged us full price on Wednesday 20th March which was my birthday but it actually was 2 for 1, didn't realise till 7 05pm then said they couldn't refund us for the deal even though we ordered 6 50pm. But the poor rating comes from finding a hair in my waffle, ok they did make another one but they brought my wife's latte just before the waffles which was ordered 10 minutes before which we had to remind them about. Somebody might of had a better experience but that was mine 😳

Thay changed management and system again (!) I came at 9pm hoping it's quiet. Menu changed and waiter was awkward. My crepe was fine, but had to wait for my tea more than half an hour. And asked few times. It still came on its own, no milk, no spoon, no sugar / sweetener so have to ask again! I ws nearly asked gor refund and walk out. There was about 30 people came at once and they couldn't cope. But I ordered well before those noisy bunch came in. Worst experience at this branch.

I get that it’s been driven and delivered so not expecting everything to stay in place but there is no white sauce on it. That’s the tightest amount of white chocolate sauce they might aswell of not put any
