Order not delivered, payment taken, app says food delivered, no answer from landline

Dough was particularly tough today and one slice of pizza had zero pepperoni on it

The wings have returned to find they were particularly bad this weekend crispy coating fell off the meat and had a bland taste. It’s a shame this place could be good if there was some consistency with their food.

Busy match day, but welcoming and fast

Myself, my son and my Niece enjoyed our afternoon at Prezzo, with fabulous service and beautiful food. The whole experience was delightful and we enjoyed the calm atmosphere. I would like to say a big thanks to Libby our server at the Bicester Prezzo, her kind and caring nature really made the time spend there just perfect. Many thanks to you all 💫
