I forhold til prisen lever maden desværre ikke op til denne. Service var god og imødekommende tjenere, så det trækker lidt op.

Good option to eat gluten-free. They have a separate menu with adapted dishes and another with vegan options. We tried a pasta dish that was very good and several pizzas that were also delicious. If we return to London we will repeat.

Lovely atmosphere, staff and food

Pizza for children. I was left hungry. They don't even know what a pizza is. Parmesan without flavor. Don't sell what isn't thanks.

Excellent for dinner or lunch with kids. Lots of options on their kids menu which comes with a choice of desserts. My son absolutely loved their gluten free pizza. The waitress was extremely accommodating with our dietary restrictions. Overall, a fine place for pizza!

I tried something the new ‘Calzone’ Chicken Italiano! It was ok, because it was bland! I like my food well seasoned and this had nothing, which was disappointing. But I ate it all and would not order it again. If your someone that prefers bland food then this would be perfect for you. Great staff and service!

Fatal . We were a person with reduced mobility and we were seated at the very end of a cellar, almost unable to move. To leave we had to bother half the restaurant. The waitress was very unpleasant, she ignored us as much as she could until we got up to leave….the food is not bad, but what hurt me the most was having to pay £22 for service for a very incompetent waitress. If I go to London that is where I would never repeat

O tríes to never left bad Reviews, even tho the pizza was nice I’m not going back, the attention was really poor, the waiter look led at me on top of my shoulder, I was in a hurry trying to find something good and fast in the area to eat and go to a concert and I was soooo uncomfortable.

"The staff were so friendly" seems like a cliché but these guys genuinely made our son's night with their wit and banter. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and they carefully catered for our coeliac dietary requirements. We cannot recommend this place enough! Please go here if you get there chance!

Don't trust their table booking service - we booked online in advance to make sure we could eat before going to the theatre - we got confirmation emails - they had overbooked their restaurant and were unable to get us (and quite a few groups arriving at around the same time) a table - so it is difficult to organise a visit in advance if you aren't actually sure you have been able to book a table for your group.

Popped in for a bite of lunch. What a change from the last time I went to Pizza Express. Quality has gone right down as the price has risen. Not a pleasant experience and I wont be back.

Food was average Itallian cuisine and the portions were small and its not cheap either.

The food was exceptional, and the Pollo pesto is a must try. Highly recommend!

We met up as a group of friends for our monthly dinner today at the branch of Pizza express in Victoria ( Victoria st ) A big thank you to the lovely, kind, polite, patient waiter Bruno who looked after us. The food was delicious and atmosphere perfect. Would happily go back there to eat and of course be taken care of by Bruno.

Our waiter was attentive and friendly, I cannot fault the service. The restaurant was busy but quiet which made the perfect setting for an evening meal. My only complaint was that the chicken tenders (starter) had too much batter on them and were slightly undercooked however, the mains were amazing, fresh and came out in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend the vanilla cheesecake if you have a sweet tooth!

Service was satisfied with the taste but the older gentleman was unsympathetic, a bit friendlier please! You don't have to like your customers, and no one demands that you do! If you go on holiday in my home country you will also receive a friendly welcome!

I booked a table for 3 for World Pizza Day. I was looking very forward to this meal. I was with my 12 month old baby. We were shown our table. The first thing I asked the slow waiter was if the free pizza offer was still available he said yes. I said can I proceed to order, he said it’s only for customers wearing stripes. I had a baby in my arms and was unable to take my coat off either way, yet he didn’t care. When I said can you ask a manager, he had forgotten to ask as I was left waiting for a response for 10 minutes. I had to ask him if he had an answer. He said sorry we can’t offer you the free pizza because you are not wearing stripes. I was appalled as I travelled far for this, and they could’ve made an exception, like really did they want me to go home, get changed, then come back, with a baby who was hungry, tired, and fed up at this stage due to the lack of customer service and appalling treatment. In conclusion, my experience was ruined and I won’t be returning to this particular Pizza Express. I would recommend the Millbank Pizza Express as I went straight there after this entire ordeal. They were so accommodating in the Millbank Pizza Express. Please avoid the Victoria Street Pizza Express, you’ll just be faced with rude, slow, disinterested workers and managers.

I literally just dined in here not even 30 minutes ago and I’ve never been more appalled at the behaviour that was executed by the staff. Both me and my friend were treated in a unwelcoming and unpleasant manner, as soon as we arrived we were met with a very hostile man waiter who ignored me when I said good evening and looked me in the face and walked off, then we were sat in a constricted area so we asked to kindly move somewhere more open if possible(there was free seating so that was the only reason we asked as if it seemed extremely busy we wouldn’t want to interfere ), and I was met with rudeness straight away. Then it got worse… we went to order and we ordered 3 mains and a starter but for the salad I was change it around about to suit my dietary requirements and throughout the whole process of receiving our order he kept raising his eyebrows and huffing and even said ‘wow’ mid stating the changes and his attitude and behaviour was utterly disgusting.My own father works as a head chef in pizza express and I have never ever in my fathers 10 years of working and going to many diffirent restaurant been treated in that way. He continued to give me very weird and hostile energy, to the point I got so overwhelmed that I ignored him. As a result he changed our table waiter to another person who to be honest wasn’t any better. They also got my order wrong and blamed it on me, and I knew they were talking about me and my friend because other waiters and even the kitchen staff came and would look at us and then walk back inside the kitchen. I geniunely have never been more disappointed, I am not rude nor would I did I come across rudely for you to disregard and treat me less than you because that is exactly what it felt like. Absolutely appalling behaviour towards customers, if you cannot treat all customers fairly i Surely hope you learn to. Thank you very much I was table 25, me and my friend were present just us two. We ordered a beetroot Buddha bowl, pollo pesto and a pizza.

The pizza is not bad although I prefer the Neapolitan style. The place is designed to appeal to a wide spectrum of customers. We ordered an American (pepperoni) and a Margherita.

Booked for today (Saturday) and we were given a table out of the way. We had to wait a while to order drinks and then food but it was all delicious when it arrived. We joined the app and managed to get 50% off pizzas for 4 of us which was quite a saving.

Much larger than you think Pizza Express with private area at the rear. Clean and well staffed.

The host bruno is friendly and welcoming.Paulo is such a fast server, all of the food and drink that they serve is so good. Definitely would recommend it and go back again.

Always trust pizza express as the gluten free options are great for a coeliac. Had dinner here which was lovely, the gluten free pizza and the dough balls were amazing. Special shout out to our server Coco, she was fabulous!

We were rushed by staff from the moment we arrived. We had a table booked at 9pm and we were effectively rushed through the whole process. At 9.50pm we were told " Guys you have to go now". Worst service we've ever had!

Food is great but the service really needs improvement. The waitresses are kind but very slow and you can’t find them, they keep disappearing for minutes.

So I went here with my friends two days ago on a Sunday evening and we practically left the place hungry, angry and feeling racially attacked. We were waiting for over 30 mins for someone to take our order and even called the waiters on two separate occasions. But no one attended to us. In the end a middle aged white guy who we asked to take our order and explained our situation said ina very rude tone. “We are understaffed. Im sure you were told when you arrived. Someone will come to take your order when we get the time and if that’s not good enough for you, can leave if you want.” I think the whole experience has tainted my perception of Pizza express in general. So I will never be going to another one. Thank you.

Good food but a bit expensive. All the pizzas we took seem to be a bit spicy. The lasagna as good but not too much meat in the sauce. And the plate of pasta was too small. We took 2 others pizza after our plates because we were still hungry.

We have been this evening and we loved the food and the service! Highly recommend to order the beef pizza and the garlic mushroom, was really delicious. Sam was so kind and friendly helping us with the menu and with our first experience in pizza express!

Worst pizza and bread knots ever… cold after immediate pickup, pizza thin and frail (I’m happy w a good cheese pizza but this fell short of frozen grocery store pizza standards. Better off going to a fast food pizza chain. Severely overpriced considering the poor quality. Bread knots were simply dough balls, not containing significant seasoning or butter (very plain w sauce on side). Honestly can’t image this place staying in business.

The truffle & mushroom pizza we shared was very good. The same counts for the dough pieces with garlic. Really delicious. The service and the atmosphere were ok, but not thing special. Prices were fair. In total 5* due to the good food.

Exactly what you expect from Pizza Express. We hadn't book, but were given a table straight away. Pizza was lovely, drinks good, even though they were busy service with a smile 😃

I recently dined at Pizza Express, and the experience left much to be desired. The service was disappointingly slow, with staff seeming indifferent to customers. To make matters worse, the presence of flies buzzing around our table was not only unsanitary but also distracting. Overall, a regrettable dining experience.

We’re regulars at pizza express and this branch is especially cosy, at least in the evening. We had to ask a couple of times for certain things as the staff were quite busy, but the pizza was delicious and up to the standard you’d expect from the chain.

Went here for lunch a few days ago. It was quite busy for a weekday lunchtime and you can see why. The restaurant looks and feels modern, the service was friendly as you like but also very fast and the food was very fairly priced. We started with some dough balls and garlic butter. They were hot, crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, very nice. Moved on to the Margherita which was okay. It didn’t taste like the kind of gourmet hand made wood fired pizza that is popping up on every corner these days, but I never expected it to. The dough was fine, not the most tasty but good with some garlic butter dip. The sauce was tangy and rich and by adding pepper and chilli oil it was definitely elevated. If you want somewhere for a quick and easy lunch, this is certainly a good spot for it.

Nice food, ambience and service

It’s a shame to have to leave a poor review as I’ve previously enjoyed dinners here but recently the service I received was quite disappointing. My most recent visit was made unpleasant by a patronising, and unaccommodating manager who was manning the reservations desk and refused to accommodate the requests that my colleagues have always made on my behalf in mg presence. These colleague’s have frequented this particular branch for years and I have only visited twice without them both times to be met with lovely customer service from the floor staff and an unjustified hostility from this same manager. I did consider that the different treatment I received compared to my co-workers was perhaps to do with the managers prejudice towards my complexion. However, I will make no assumptions as perhaps there is another reason for his snide and impolite attitude towards me on both occasions. Nonetheless, it’s a shame that this is the service management endorse. Needless to say I will not be returning and will suppress any suggestion to do so amongst by colleagues.
