We were served by Ada and she was FANTASTIC. She had great knowledge of the gluten free menu and made sure we were happy and fed (including getting us our 5 portions of chips). Overall we had a great experience for my dads birthday

Our server was called Vida and she did a great job. We had a lovely evening and would recommend Browns for a fun relaxed evening out.

We came for dinner at browns after our grandfather's memorial. Our server Vida was a brilliant she made sure we all had the meals we prebooked and looked after us the whole evening. Our food was well cooked and tasted great.

Vida provided amazing service and we had a lovely Saturday lunch, great food and great atmosphere. Definitely would come back!

Very friendly staff but unfortunately they were not very good at looking after us. We were a large group and we were there on a Friday night when it was mostly empty, so expected attentive service. I ordered some drinks, twice, over a half hour period but they did not arrive until I went and ordered from a third person and stood until they arrived. Due to the slow service we were there for over two hours. Food was just OK

Visited last night for a friend’s birthday and I have to say it was below average. The lobster in lobster linguine was mushed up meat stuffed in a lobster tail. The sticky toffee pudding was way to sweet. Very overpriced for what it is.

Would not visit again...Roast Chicken was dry, and the salad with chicken Schnitzel had old squishy tomatoes. Ordered side plate of yorkshire pudding that came without any gravy! Only the roast beef was good

We were served by the wonderful Pana tonight for our meal who was attentive and caring. The burger in particular was exceptional and a high recommendation of ours. Thank you Pana for looking after us and for making our visit worthwhile.

Had a wonderful birthday lunch at Browns Covent Garden to celebrate my husband's 57th. The food was amazing and they surprised us with a "Happy Birthday" plate along with dessert, which was such a thoughtful touch. Our waitress Vida was lovely and provided a great service throughout. Would recommend.

Service by our waitress Vida was amazing, so friendly and brilliant with communication. Have been to a few restaurants in London where the service has been very minimal but Vida made our experience at Browns Covent garden very comforting, would definitely recommend. :)

We went today for lunch and made the mistake of trying to save money with the set menu. Tiny portions to reflect the price I’m afraid and came home for a sandwich. Great service, smelly gents loo and a good atmosphere.

A family trip to London celebrating our granddaughter’s 10th birthday ended with a meal in Browns Covent Garden. We all opted for the roast which was delicious. Plenty of meat and gravy with seasonal vegetables. We received excellent service from Kyle who was attentive and friendly. He even arranged a special surprise Happy Birthday plate dessert for our birthday girl 😊 Very enjoyable dining experience and rounded the day off wonderfully. Thank you Kyle and the team at Browns.

My friend and I had an afternoon tea time and globally everything was good, the service was really nice but unfortunately we had a food poisoning a few hours later. We didn't eat anything despite the tea time so we do think that there was an issue with either the food or the cocktail we took.

We went for my birthday. Ada assisted us and was very good, precise and very professional. She advised us very well. She also speaks Italian very well. Perfect Gluten Free. I highly recommend

Had a fantastic meal at Browns - the duck salad to start was delicious, followed by the chicken schnitzel (with its perfect and crunchy thyme crumb coating), and crème brûlée for dessert. The sakura paloma, elderflower sherbet and hedgerow paloma were perfect drinks, with the first two being excellent non-alcoholic options. Huge thanks to Dharma and the team for being so attentive and looking after me so well, and to the chefs for making such a memorable and delicious meal :)

Had Christmas dinner with my girls friends. Place decorated beautifully. From the entrance, stairs, and few different spot. It's nice to have dinner during Christmas time. Food was delicious. Staff also friendly and taking care of us. The price also affordable. Good value of money considering the food quality, service and nice location. We are all happy.

Been a while since I previously dined here but decided to make a reservation for a bite to eat before heading to the theatre. Ordered off the theatre prefix menu available between 4pm-6:30pm; I highly recommend the ribeye (£6 supplement but cooked perfectly) but there were also some great options for vegans & vegetarians. We were served by Ada who was lovely, never felt rushed and was extremely accommodating when it came to an allergy within the party Will definitely be coming back

Really good experience! Went for the afternoon tea which we served with champagne which was very good! The service was class and what you’d expect for a restaurant and establishment of this class. It was someone’s birthday too and (for free) gave us a dessert plate and eclairs. I was impressed. The atmosphere was nice and chill, pleasant for an afternoon tea! The food was good, the sandwiches tasted slightly old but otherwise the cakes and scones were made fresh and was good. The selection of food was large and a good range of food for the price. Do I recommend, yes of course!

Zina was fantastic - amazing service and a really lovely person to be at our table. She was there for everything we needed. We will come again and I recommend Zina every time
