Pizza Base in Newcastle upon Tyne

Holy smokes where do I even begin, this was the best cuisine i have ever tasted in my 39 (almost 40 haha) years on gods green earth. I ordered a peanut butter, anchovy and peppercorn pizza and by jovi it was delicious. From now on, I dedicate my life to the pizzabase motto.

Overpriced so probably wouldn't order often. Mixed kebab was nice, salad, chips and sauces were also good. Portion size was good. As for the pizza, it was ok, but not the best we've had.

The delivery was fast as the place is not so far from my home and the food was fresh and hot. very tasty too.

Thieves, ordered today through Uber, these scam “artists” took my money and I never received my order, called up and they were willing to do nothing about it, just told me to contact Uber, won’t be ordering from these scumbags again

Came all way from newcastle airpot To eat something , they showed they are open till 4am but they were not open at 3:40 am

parmo is not a parmo was visiting from boro and this "parmo" was basically just breadcrumbs and cheese the chicken was wafer thin and don't even think there was any beachimel on it, pizza wasn't the greatest either, and who on earth offers curry sauce as an option in a pizza shop very strange also very over priced in my opinion.

1st time ordering. pizzas were hot and tasty. it arrived 10mins earlier and the driver was cheerful. Will deffinitly order again

So many pizza options and all such a good price! Food is great and lovely staff as well, even left me a note saying thank you in my pizza box. Would definitely recommend!

I do really like this food place, but the delivery service is abysmal, had to argue with the delivery driver to come to my front door and drop off the food, he wanted me to go go downstairs and pick up from the street, that's not what i paid for, never again

Standard pizza and kebab shop. Cant fault it but wasnt blown away by it. Food ok. Prices ok. Staff ok. Just meh. Theres better in the area.

Really nice pizza but was on a bit on the cold side due to the inclement weather. One of those thermal boxes suggested and recommended. Otherwise, very nice.

Pizza Base is amazing, their food is unreal and I’ve ordered from them for just over a year or so but unfortunately they’ve stopped delivering and taking calls which is a shame because now I can’t order from there at all unless I travel all the way to Manors!

Ordered online and the pizza never arrived. Asked Deliveroo for a refund and they claim to have delivered the pizza. Total scammers do not use

I order from pizza base quite allot, very dissapointed in the service tonight the pizza was under cooked, toppings were falling off and was squashed up against one side of the box!

20 pound for a kebab and pizza to go in the bin because they forgot the sauce and staff have a stinking attitude when you call up to ask about your sauce,

food was soggy and undercooked when we got it, haven’t even ate any of it

Ordered a 14" cheese pizza and a portion of nuggets and chips. Food was decent, not amazing but not bad. The guys who served me were so lovely and had a great, positive attitude. The atmosphere was okay, a little messy but it was 3am on a Saturday night so was to be expected. Overall it was fine, will probably go again if I have a midnight craving for pizza.

Just got a kebab from pizza base, honestly fantastic, great service and portion size is massive and delicious, I'm a happy chappy.

Delivery driver was so rude I would of turned him away if I hadn't already paid Delivery driver called me to say he was outside so I went to look for him but he wasn't there then he called me back 10 minutes later shouting down the phone at me asking why I wasn't waiting outside for him just so rude and uncalled for won't be ordering from here again

This pizza is awful and under cooked. I would like a refund .

Great food, superbly fast delivery.

Delivery fee was apparently wrong on website so rang to ask me for more money! It wasn't a cheap order and whilst as soon as I said I have no cash they didn't ask again, it wasn't a nice experience to be honest.

Clean and Friendly wee take-away, best chicken kebab I have had in a long time and the cheesy chips and bolognese had the mrs wanting more, highly recommend adding jalapeños on top tho. Very reasonably priced and loved the messages customers have left the wall with paper slips, very quirky 👍

Delivery was the quickest I have ever had, and well worth the money the tuscona Pizza was the best I've ever had. My partner gives her BBq chicken pizza a chefs kiss. Overall an amazing experience with the food, delivery and restaurant. Well deserved maximum star rating.

Unreal cheesy garlic bread as always, fast delivery

Food was lush. Pizza base is soft and a nice thickness, loads of cheese and a tasty bolognaise sauce. Would recommend the chicken burgers too.

Never open when it says it is. Online says open til 4am. Went at 11pm and its shut

My most favorite pizza from pizza base is Sorrento. The taste is superb. Tried their vegetable pizza also, that too was mouthwatering. I will highly recommend this shop.

Bolognaise pizza was delicious, with a really authentic sauce. The chicken burger was awesome and really fresh when I got it.

This is the best takeaway I’ve ever had! The food arrived 20 mins before the proposed earliest time and it was all piping hot. The pizzas were full of flavour, literally the best pizzas I’ve ever had. Also, the cheesy chips were out of this world and are unbeatable! Don’t hesitate to order from here

Usually use this takeaway all the time. Unfortunately tonight it was inedible. The kebab looked like it had been left out uncovered all night, was afraid to even try it it was so dry and like plastic. The pizza tasted really weird like the cheese was off, so we were unable to eat that also. I won’t risk wasting my money again. Very disappointing tonight unfortunately.

Unreal food again! Curry pizza was the bomb! Only downside was I asked for Diet Coke and got Diet Pepsi. They have totally different tastes and I hate Pepsi. But apart from that a can’t fault this place! Deffo my new go to takeaway! Food arrived piping hot and the lass delivery driver was friendly too!

I must say Got to give loads of credit to the driver I had the wrong address on my order and when he's rang up I explained and he's hasnt complained he still delivered the order on time 👍👍

Always absolutely delicious. Our go to takeaway! The cheese and tomato garlic breads are always cooked to perfection and the cheesy chips are delish - always gooey melted cheese and a good portion of chips. The best thing out of everything is the garlic sauce, absolutely to die for - we order double what we need so we have some left over for meals in the week following lol. I really can't recommend more, friendly staff and delicious food :)

Lady apologised on arrival as pizza had slipped in car and wanted to get me a new one. No need, food delicious and hot all be it a little crushed. 10/10 will return
