Pizza 5 in Bristol, City of

The room was spacious, very well cleaned and offered a good night's sleep, it had one large wardrobe which was a bit of a let down, the bottom of the hanging area was blocked with spare blankets, towels, a fan heater and a fan. Slightly irritating.

Popped in for lunch with a few friends and was greeted by a (understandably) grumpy waitress. Service was generally very poor. Gave us bottled water rather than a jug of tap. The atmosphere was absolutely dead, no music, no windows open, no vibe really. Food was middling but leagues better food is available within a 5 minute walk. Food was fairly priced but not impressively so. No mystery why they were dead of a lunch time considering the service. Overall I'd give the place a miss but if you're in a pinch, go somewhere else. Update: The steak lunch sandwich has 6 pieces of chicken nuggets sized steak in it for £18. Priced for the location not the food. Enjoy a pint in the garden and buy food elsewhere

Fabulous small plates, all interesting. How did they get that flavour?

Pretty nice good, very lovely serving staff. The venue was a little hot in temperature for my liking but we asked if they could open the door and they did very kindly to allow a breeze in. Great wine selection too. For a more high end meal out it’s a good option, especially if you have the AMEX dining credit to use.
